I love Thai Pattaya. I started going when it was a tiny little 10 seater restaurant on Memorial. It's a much larger, prettier restaurant now. Loses a little bit of the sense of familiarity the old site had though since the new site has a larger kitchen in the back where it's not as easy to get to know the kitchen staff and owner.The food and service is always very good, although at times a little inconsistent (but that's because real people- not machines- are cooking your food to order). It's like grandma's cooking. Always good but not standardized like a MCNugget.I am no Thai food afficionado, but I just know I love the service and enjoy the food consistently. (Thumbs up to my fav server Brandon!) My favorite picks are the green curry (which looks yellow but has green veggies) with steamed tofu, tom Kha (coconut soup), crab wontons (with little taste of crab but like tiny yummy cream cheese eggrolls), fresh spring rolls, and veggie egg rolls. Oh, and the cabbage salad!

New location is great and spacious! Same great food. I highly recommend the chicken red curry. I can only stand a level 2 for heat...and that still makes me sweat!

I am always on the look out for good Thai food...I saw Groupon for this place so I thought I would give it a try! It was in a convenient location and was easy to find. I order the Chicken Pad Thai and the vegetable coconut soup. Both were really good. I found that the service was good as well. Brandon was my server and he was fantastic! I go to school at MTSU, so I will definitely be hitting this place up again for a quick dinner after class!

I love this place!! I have been dining at Thai Pattaya since it first opened. By the time they moved, the old location was standing room only at lunchtime!!! The new location is spacious with so many more tables. The cabbage salad, my favorite dish, is always so fresh and flavorful!! The curries are excellent. I appreciate the freshness and plentifulness of the veggies served with each dish. I also love the homemade coconut ice cream when it is available on the menu!!

Yes they have moved because their old location was too small. The menu is the same and so is the friendly service. They are in the same strip mall as Toots and Olympus Gym (original location). I like a few dishes and there are others that I don't care for. I think this is the same for all restaurants I patronize. I like the newer location even though it is not as cozy because I am glad to see them succeed by working their rears off making a good product at a good price.

Love the pad see ew!! It comes with thick noodles, your choice of meat or tofu, broccoli and carrots stir fried in soy sauce! Absolutely delicious! Plus they give mtsu discounts! Plus great customer service

I've always loved their Rama dish, which is peanut based! It's what I go their for. They're in a new location, which...I'm personally not crazy about the decor, but it's alright. Standard restaurant ambiance. I'd love to see them kick it up a notch there and have a more unique and memorable restaurant setting. Josh is great! He's he only server I've ever had there. Prompt and attentive. They offer fantastic lunch specials and occasionally advertise themselves on groupon, so snatch those deals up when you see them!

We went there and got Pad Thai with tofu. It wasn't good at all. It was really soggy and tasteless and the tofu seems like it was cooked yesterday. I've been to the old location a few times and wasn't impressed but I thought I'd give it another try. The new location is really depressing. The server was good and very attentive. So two stars.
