So I was shocked to see al the 5 stars, and then I saw my own review from last year and it was a pretty good one as well. Well, apparently this place has gone to hell in a hand basket since then. My drinks never taste right, and I am constantly getting a crabby young man at the drive in. It is to the point that I would rather not have starbucks than stop here. **PS look at the date on all the reviews, very few are within the last few months.

This is one of my favorite starbucks to go to. I've been inside only a few times, and the staff are pretty nice. I usually go through the drive thru, and the line goes by pretty quick. It doesn't seem as slow as the other starbucks I've Been to.

Like it one day hate it the Next. The new staff isn't so great. They aren't friendly or helpful. The staff from 2 years ago was better. The coffee is good. Better than dunkin donuts

my drink is always right when I go to this starbucks. They are always down to try a new drink idea and then make sure you love it or they will make a different one. Try the iced strawberry mocha! it's like a chocolate covered strawberry. soon good!

By far my favorite Starbucks in the 'boro! The staff is always so friendly and the drive-thru is very quick. They always get my order right and serve me with a smile. It's right in front a Kroger, so it's nice to grab a pick-me-up before the not so fun task of grocery shopping.

The barista girl we had was so nice. She knew what my friend was getting before we even walked up to the register. She also accidentally made me the larger size for my latte and gave me a voucher for any free drink! The larger size?! No complaints there. This Starbucks is great.

This Starbucks is great. Drive thru is always quick. My drinks are always made correctly. I love getting the Salted Caramel Mocha, non-fat and no whip. The cheese danish is me favorite pastry. Ask them to warm up the pastry for you...they taste so much better warm.

This Starbucks is a goodie. When I am in the boro I always stop by. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable about their products and fast. The store itself is very clean and well stocked. They have never got my order wrong here, and it is always spot on with the way I like it. If you are in the area I suggest stopping by for a cup.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks location. Friendly service, everything is clean etc. After my first cup of coffee, and a refill, the Clerk just gave me the second refill, that was nice of him. This location is maybe a bit smaller than some others I've been in, but there are still several "comfy" chairs if you want to relax, and several tables. Probably the right size for it's location.

This is the only Starbucks I pass on a semi-regular basis so I'll occasionally stop in and treat myself to a chai latte. This is one of their smaller stores, but it has always impressed me with friendly, fast service and accurately prepared orders. Clean and well-maintained, with a lot of comfortable seating.

Friendly service and the wait was not terrible. This store seems more spacious than others in the Boro. Overall the store and bathrooms were clean except for overflowing trash which wasn't emptied for a while. Good amount of seating with both tables and lounge chairs. There were a good deal of wall outlets adjacent to the seats as well. The parking lot is a little challenging because of construction nearby but there are an ample amount of spaces. Although I'm not on this side of town a lot, this would probably be my preferred Starbucks in Murfreesboro.
