I am generally a fan of the food, but the service is so slow that its not worth the effort. Not to mention that the people making the sandwiches paid little attention to basic food service hygiene: handling cash, touching hair and faces, and then my food with no gloves or washed hands is not appetizing. With a general sense of apathy towards the guests waiting 45 minutes for get some simple steak sandwiches, I was very unimpressed and do not plan to return.

Best Philly Sandwich I have ever had. Bread is fresh, sandwiches are hot and the hand cut fries are fried in peanut oil. The fries are great just by themselves. The Philly sandwich is the star though with melted cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms and grilled sirloin. Delicious!

Penn Station is one of the best places to take anyone, anytime. delicious food. I have eaten at locations in Multiple areas of Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio and Tennessee. This is one of the best! This location has a new owner; and I have yet to connect with most of the new staff. However, the food is always hot, service is always good. Curious what to order? Philly Cheesesteak, lite onions, (mushrooms if you like - say lite), banana peppers or green peppers. Say no to mayo, mustard or pizza sauce. Small Fries Tea or Lemonade. Get a cookie and ask them to warm it up. Great For Lunch, Great For Dinner. They just re-opened their drive thru.

Price is great for the amount you get and the service was great too. I do believe we have found our new love in sammys! Definitely as go to place for me and the family!

I had the namesake cheese steak sub and it was offered with a lot of options, more than I had in Philly. I will have to come back to try the artichoke sandwich (artichoke hearts and melted cheese Mmm Mmm!

Best Philly in Nashville area! I get a 12" (which is way to much but i will force EVERY bite down) double cheese with banana peppers, yes i said banana peppers NOT bell peppers (Which I LOVE) Mayo and onions. Its devine I had it 3 times in one weekend when I first found this place! you MUST go!

Great service, great food and you can get in and out quickly while still having a satisfying meal. I prefer the chicken teriyaki with the grilled onions, savory and sweet. A perfect place for lunch or take home on a busy day.

3 1/2 stars would be appropriate here. Cheese steak sandwich was ok, but not excellent. Maybe my expectations were too high, but if you're gonna call yourself "Penn Station East Coast Subs", you really need to bring it. Fries and lemonade were great as was the service. Not cheap, but is a good place for a fast and filling lunch in the 'boro.

For a hot sub, it's kind of expensive. Even with a coupon for buy-one-get-one we ended up spending $18 for two subs, two fries, and two drinks. That being said, The Italian sub was delicious, and the philly cheese steak was not too bad either. The hand cut fries were very tasty as well. We went on a Sunday afternoon when families were there after church. It was kind of busy, but we didn't wait very long for our subs, I just think the tables could have been a little cleaner. I don't think it was worth the price however, and don't think I be returning since there are lots of other places to enjoy and equally good sub for about half the price.

Food has excellent taste; however, it has MSG. That's a deal breaker for us. If you don't mind the MSG, though, go here. Best tasting Philly Cheesesteak in Murfreesboro. It is pricey, for sure.

Reminds me of Cincinnati! I ate here all the time up north. This place serves a sub that you taste every single vegetable/meat/condiment you add. There is no bland tasting sub at this shop. French fries are cut behind the counter. Not some frozen bagged crap. potato to slicer to fryer! Eat here!

They have really good subs! No complaints... If I had to recommend one I would get the Pizza Sub! It's delicious and you'll love it if your a pizza lover. The staff is also very friendly and outgoing! Nothing at all wrong with this place
