Cashier rang my order at 5:23 and I was done eating at 5.37. Obviously, I Inhaled my food, but the service here is CRAZY FAST, plus they were super friendly! Loved my visit. Plus a $.99 cinnamon roll as big as my head - to go, what more could you want for a traveling quick stop?

Similar to most Panera locations and pretty spacious for those with larger groups or people studying. I've come here frequently over the last few years and I will admit I feel it's kinda gone downhill. Lunch time is always hectic and it's easier to just order ahead if you're going to have to wait in the line anyways. Food is always consistently good but they do run out of things towards the end of the day. Staff is usually pretty friendly and management has been helpful with any problems I've experienced. My biggest wish is they had a drive thru but with the location, it's impossible. Maybe Murfreesboro will get a second location soon with a drive thru... I can hope right?!?

Staff is always friendly. Love the chicken lentil quinoa bowl. Antibiotic free chicken. They have great meals to choice for kids. Every time we come to Murfreesboro we stop here. I love the food as well as the environment! Free Wi-Fi too so my son loves that.

Management, listen up. You need to promote your morning cashier - Katie. She is by far the BEST at customer service i've expereinced in a long time. For 18 years i've headed up Disney's training (Disney University and Disney Institute) and i would easily use her as a model of what i was trying to instill. You don't promote her, someone will definitely snatch her up. Don't miss this opportunity. She's the real deal.

Plenty of room to spread out. Great variety of salads. I love how Panera is becoming more health conscious. They are always very friendly at Panera. I love the service here as well. They really try to get you in and out quickly. Love, love, love the bar seats where you can see the bread and baked goodies being made. You can also tell that Panera has a great system in place as all the employees know what they are supposed to be doing and are on top of it. The reward system is pretty cool too. Not sure how it works, but glad they have it. I will be back to this location real soon. I almost forgot. I had their avocado, egg flatbread sandwich(subbed the white egg out for a full egg) with some iced coffee this morning. Excellent combo. Their Iced coffee was delicious as was the sandwich.

Nice place for lunch. You may want to get there early as the lunch rush is heavy and you may not be able to sit where you want. It is on the other end of the building from the Men's Wearhouse. The staff is courteous, the food is well-made, especially the breads. I had the French Onion Soup (hearty) and Bacon Turkey Sandwich, which was a great combination for me. The salads looked good and so do the baked desserts, which means I will need to make another visit!

Like any Panera, the food was delicious! Broccoli cheddar soup is the best! Needs to improve in cleanliness and appearance in comparison to others we have visited. Customer service is always great :)

Avoid during lunch, the food is extremely sloppy when they're busy. I was also totally unimpressed with breakfast. Other than that its alright, I like the Italian combo and the regular coffee. The double chocolate duet cookie is the bomb.

Great food just gets busy for lunch. I like their cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Their flatbreads are very healthy. The bakery has lots of fresh baked treats and bread. Their scones are delicious.

This Panera has AMAZING service. I have two small children and it is almost impossible to do everything I need to. Both times I have come to this Panera I have had outstanding service!! They offered to bring a high chair to our table, as well as bring my food to the table as well. There was so way I could have done it myself. I just don't have enough hands, and I can't leave my kids at the table. I really appreciate the help I have received and I will always be a loyal customer to this Panera. --on a side note the food is always fresh and amazing!!

Love this place. I have never gotten a bad sandwich or had bad service. The only complaint I have is the price. Some sandwiches are priced a little high for what you get.

great staff! great room for seating and has outdoor seats. this is highly important because they are always busy, for good reason...they rock! only thing that gave them a 4 star instead of 5... your always out of creamer. put 2-3 of them out abd get soy creamer too for those who can't have dairy. please.

So I have only been here once and will absolutely update my review when I go back. I ordered a half and half with the signature turkey panini and a caesar salad. I have to say that the caesar salad tasted just like one that I'd pull out of a bag. It wasn't anything special, but I guess then again it's hard to make a salad special. The sandwich was good too. The people I was with got chili and someone else got a broccoli cheese bread bowl and I will be getting one of those when I return. I think that I would've probably been more satisfied with my choice had I done so. I will say that their baked goods are phenomenal. The M&M cookie that I got was SO good. That was probably the highlight of my dinner. Overall it wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it wasn't a disappointment either.
