We used to love it but now most of what is out seems old and a lot of things sit empty which is always what I want so I have to wait :-(

I came in for a meal around 9pm Dec 20. 2014 and the employee at the front was mopping the floor. He then tries to handle my food without washing his hands. I tell him I don't want the food anymore and walk out. People who don't remember to wash their hands shouldn't work in a restaurant. Employees need to be trained better. Rude and leave you waiting. If I could give half a star I'd give that. Your lucky to get one. Nasty slobs

I came, I ate, I left, I never went back. The food just does not taste good. The people that are cooking do not seem to care. I sat and watched them operate for a while and they were really not interested in being there much less making food. I have been to a Panda Express in a different state and the difference is breathtaking. When the employees care and put some passion into their work, it makes a difference.

Easy and greasy. This is the only Panda Express within any reasonable distance to where we live and their food is hit or miss. Sometimes on the same plate. The last time I went the honey walnut shrimp was ridiculously awesome but the noodles were terribly dry. The food is overpriced for the quality but there's no place else to go to get it so what can you do. I think next time I will ask for a sample of the noodles before I waste my money because when they are good they are sooooo good.

Really wish I had seen reviews here. 2 minutes from my office and it kind of just blows. They don't make enough of a dish at the same time so it was several Minutes wait if I chose---to get what I want. People are super indifferent serving you. Are off the wok smart menu and had brown rice with teriyaki chicken and angus beef. Chicken was really good, the rest-----nah. Won't go back unless forced.

Terrible. Always old food sitting out, just say "sorry we're out". Everyone looks mad working there and they are rude. Floor is nasty. Don't eat here

Great food and fantastic customer service. The place was clean and it had plenty of space to eat. They ran out of beef broccoli and it did not take them not even a minute to put some more out.

The first couple of times we ate here we didn't have an issue. The last 2 times were pretty bad. The manager is not doing a very good job. Out last visit was on Sunday. We got there 39 minutes after they opened. The place didn't look like it had been cleaned from the day before. Food was hot and ready but you could tell there was some tension between the cooks and the server. It was very uncomfortable and things were being said quite loudly. Not sure if we will go back.

They were out of many selections and did not want to make more when asked for them. This was at 6:30 pm, so it's not like it was just before they closed. The orange chicken was bad, not at all the usual quality of Panda Express. My daughter got Rangoons, and they were burnt. She took them back and was told very rudely that they were supposed to be like that. We eat rangoons often enough that we know when they are burned or not. The only thing decent was the beef broccoli. Overall, mediocre to bad food, horrible service. We've been eating at different Panda Expresses for years. Just will never eat at this particular one again.

Worst panda ever. Doesn't taste like what Panda Express usually tastes like. The restaurant was filthy. No one cleaning the tables. Employees acted distracted. Will not be returning here. Will not be recommending. Beware.

Ok I am shocked by these bad reviews. I go over here if my kids all have plans and hubby is at work and I get two meals out of a 2 entree to go box for around $7. I always get the noodles, Orange chicken and then usually pick a lighter fare option like mushroom chicken. One time I got the bejing beef and it was great!. I am not terribly impressed by the egg rolls or crab rangoons so I just don't order them. I see them making all of these dishes fresh and in small quantities and I have always felt that everyone in there has been very nice! WAY WAY better then mall chinese even though you might think it might be.

Food not very fresh & too hot inside for us to even stay to eat. Ridiculous.

I would never return to this location again. The poor girl at the counter was the only one doing everything. The men at the grill couldn't speak English. They didn't understand the food she told them to add the be cooked. I waited over 30 min for CRAB RAGOON!~ She ended up having to go to the back and put it in the cooking oil herself with lines of people waiting/ I have never seen anything like it. I told the girl she shouldn't put up with such working conditions. The Manager obviously needs a new line of work!

This is my 4th and last trip here unless I see a sign that says under new management. The food has never been great and the selection is poor for a Panda Express. however since I learned to ask for something they don't have ready, and they will fix it for you this had fixed the selection issue, but the servers always seem put out. Tonight I arrived and there is a sign that says out of orange chicken for the night. Not what I wanted so no problem. Then when I get to ordering food it turns out they are out of just about everything. Even one of the latest promotions of sweet fire chicken. Next they were out of forks. Walmart is only a few blocks, I would think someone could get some more plastic forks since that's all they use. They said they would fix a shrimp dish for me and would bring it to the table. They forgot and by the time I went looking for it, it was almost out again. The server copped an attitude when I asked for it and seemed upset I had asked her what had happened. She did try to make it up, but the damage has already been done.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
