Sriracha Wings limited time and not too too spicy... pretty good

This was my first-EVER visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat in the bar area. I ordered the Asian Chix Salad and was not prepared for the chicken to be SPICY HOT! They were so nice to exchange out a whole new salad with chix just grilled and not sauced at NO CHARGE. I was impressed at how they took care of me. I would TOTALLY recommend this place - good food & service!!!

Typical Wild Wings. Food is ok. I wish there beer was colder. Small crowd for Saturday night. Not sure why? Maybe that should have to me something. Wings were good and I also like there sliders with Jammin Jalepeno sauce. 3.5 stars.

My favorite place to go in Murfreesboro! Great food and friendly staff. It's the place to be on Gameday

Never thought about calling the corporate headquarters of a chain restaurant until visiting this location 2 times, 2 years apart, with the same experience. Leads me to believe there is a management problem here. Placed a to go order this past Saturday. And just like the previous dine-in experience, the flavor was lacking significantly and the texture of the chicken was that of last weeks left overs. I've been to different BWW all over the country and this one, the one in my own hometown, has to be the worst! I'll drive to Smyrna from now on.

Called in an order for five to go. 4 out of 5 orders were wrong. Wings were ok, burgers were dry. Maybe we will give it a second chance next time we are in town.

This BWW used to be pretty good but the last few years it's lost its luster with me. Decent service for the most part, aside from a few incidents (when servers hold personal grudges against patrons that should be a RED FLAG). The food hasn't been too spectacular the last few visits. My last visit on Saturday night was the final straw. We came specifically to watch the Florida State/ Clemson game. We mentioned this to our server who said "No problem we can get that switched over on one of the TVs at game time." Well game time came and went, when the server finally got back around we were told that "our Directv boxes are all down except for one" and "our manager is on the phone to resolve the problem." Okay, whatever. We waited a little longer. We ended up finishing most of our food before being told "yeah they're not going to change the TVs at all because Directv says there's a storm our the area." Woah. Hello. What?!? Excuse me for being a major geek (and a meteorology major btw) but according to The Weather Channel app, there was no storm in the entire southeast region. Instead the entire place showed the Vanderbilt game for the course of our meal. We never got a real answer, just excuse after excuse. When the server finally got around to coming back to our table to give us the check, we were ready to leave. At first she was very nice and helpful but by the end, she seemed to adapt a "get over the fact your game can't be shown" attitude. I pity the poor girl she was training, they were just sitting in a corner by the bar talking. I contacted their corporate offices because I was not happy with the excuses and no real confirmation from any type of management or their "captains" they now have walking around. I'll drive to Smyrna to get my BWW fix from now on.

We stopped here last night for wings and basketball. The service was incredibly slow. Also, my daughter ordered mild boneless wings and they were rather spicy. When I asked the server to order teriyaki wings since the mild were not mild, she said it would be and added cost. It will be a looooong time before I consider stopping by here for dinner again. There are other wing places in town that have TVs.

I think I am being generous with a 2. 9 on a Wednesday so expecting normal service. Bar was pretty slow but the bartender was also the table service. Not good. She was polite but hard to be attentive when you are doing two jobs. Beer order was wrong. Food order was missing an item. Offers to make things right but it just felt slip shot. The wings were cooked overly well done. Sauce was as expected, hot. Forgot the fries. My guests both had burgers. They only come one way per policy which is well done (i.e. cooked to death). This is not a place to get a good burger unless you enjoy hockey pucks. Best part was I got to watch the hockey game with a couple of pucks at the table... Not a good experience. Would rather patronize a local sports bar and put the money back into an entrepreneur than shovel money at this franchise. Bummer.

For commercial wings they are good especially for the boneless .hard-to-find boneless wings of any kind of quality in town unless you go here with that being said for the rest of the food goes I worked there I know how everything was made and had everything . Most food on the menu is made cheap and overpriced so wings are your best option here avoid the appetizers not worth the money. it's a good atmosphere good wings

Great place to get wings, salads, sandwiches etc with a chicken twist. The variety of flavors is great in case you feel like garlic parmesan one day and asian zing the next. I particularly like the fairly new flatbreads and the chicken tenders. Of course, there is nothing like the traditional wings or boneless wings with one of the 14 sauces. The people at this restaurant are friendly and neighborly and we have gotten to know them over the years. The bar area is great, digital projection screens are on every wall and smaller TVs are in between and you can request a particular game or channel if it is not showing.

My review for BW3's will likely be the same for every location. Fantastic! Wings, beer, great service and BuzzTime trivia! A recipe for a great night!

The food is pretty good, but a bit pricey for the quality. Game nights are always either crowded or dead. Most of the time it is packed, though. With as small as the place is, being packed makes it fairly uncomfortable. The trivia is lame. It's not a terrible place to go, but you can get better of everything in other places. Fat Guy has settled for less. =X

My second visit to a BWW, but my first to this one. The restaurant was pretty full, but we didn't have to wait for a seat. The networked trivia is fun, but some of the questions are ridiculously hard, which takes the fun out of trivia for my boyfriend and me. However, it's hard to hold the trivia against BWW, as I think they subscribe to a 3rd party service and don't maintain it themselves. The wings are good, the fries are so-so. I love being able to choose from different flavors for my wings to be covered. My only complaint about the restaurant is that our server was too attentive. There's a fine line that servers have to find in giving the right attention, and ours was way over the line. I suppose it's still far better than having a server who never appears, but I don't need to be asked every 3 minutes if there's anything I need. If that's the case, then just sit down with us, and we'll let you know when we want something.

This is my favorite place to go watch a football or hockey game with a friend. It can get a little loud at times but that's what you expect when watching football. There are many screens and many games to watch and it almost feels as if you might go into sensory overload. They are good at finding you a table near a TV showing the game you're interested in. The channel we were watching got changed accidentally but they fixed it quickly. The food is good. I've had the burgers and the ribs. The ribs were tasty as were the burgers. The onion rings were really good, but the fries are average. The servers are prompt and the food comes quickly. They are good about keeping you drinking.

I'm always a fan of BWW! There have been a few times where they are skimpy with the sauce. Sports, wings and beer are a great mix. It's a great place to just hang out with the guys. If you haven't tried BWW's wings yet, then you should go for sure! The range of heat is pretty large. They have a lot of really great flavors. Go in and try them all out. If you're man enough, try the Blazin Challenge. 12 blazin wings in 6 minutes.

I always get the parmesan garlic boneless wings with a side salad, and it's always awesome. I really like the vibe and layout of this particular bdubs. My husband and I have had the same waitress every time we've been there, and she is great. I love going to bdubs, so it was great news to find out that the bdubs in our new town is a good one!
