My family and I have given this place chance and after chance. Every time the wait is super long, service is slow, food mediocre and cold and WAY TOO overpriced! You could spend the gas money to drive to hooters, buy the same thing you would have ordered, spend money driving back home and still come out ahead from going to Hooters.

Service was great, Melisa was the servers name... She was awesome!! Kept my tea glass full, and was constantly checking on us. She did a great job. I ordered the hot wings. Sauce tasted simply like franks red hot sauce... The sauce could have been way better, the wings were extremely small, and didn't pack much flavor. I'm not sure if I'll be returning., the wings were a complete catastrophe. The sweet tea is really good though..

JTs used to be delicious, but it keeps getting worse every time we go. My parents burgers were really terrible, and they could barely eat them. Their buns were stale, so my dad took his off. My boneless wings were overdone and had no flavor or heat at all. Their fried pickles ARE good, so that's one good thing. The waitresses are very nice, but the food isn't, unfortunately. I really hope that they go back to how they were about 5 years ago.

Getting worse. Smaller portions higher prices. Service still just so so. Hope things improve there soon. Cole slaw was nasty. Seems like it sat around awhile.

My family just moved here in March and have been to JT's a few times. Not only has the food always been amazing, but the service has consistently been great! We have never had a bad meal, or felt like the staff was ignoring us. They are always polite to my young son, and have no problem making the experience "personal". I sure do love small town USA. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal. P.S. That catfish is awesome!

The burgers and the wings are indeed great, but something you will be hard pressed to find many places is some good healthy options. JT's comes through with a solid grilled chicken breast platter, and a really good side offering of grilled veggies. Staff is always friendly and service is usually quick. Only thing that would make it better would be if you could catch more games on the tube there since it is primarily a burger and wing place.

Third time here! This time I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was so juicy I didn't need to add anything to it (like mayo)! And the seasoning is so good I asked if they had it for sale (have to talk to the manager). The girls who work there are the sweetest. On our first two visits we had Sierra help us and she is the best waitress I've ever had anywhere! Not only did she remember us coming in, but she remembered everything each of us (3) ordered! Right down to my dressing and what kind of cheese my husband had on his burger!We obviously love this place and will definitely be coming back the next time we are in TN!

Are family was introduced to JT's when we fist moved here a year ago and have really liked the food every time we go which is often. They are very consistent and have really good wing sauce (we prefer honey gold). We also like to get the fried pickles with ranch, they are so tasty. Im also gluten free and they have a gluten free menu and even have gluten free buns!

Service was quite good however the young girl at the register initially refused to accept their gift card because she would have had to ring the check up again. It was only through our insistence that we wanted to use the card we had purchased at JTs about a month ago when they were having a promotion that we were finally able to get the owner/manager to get the girl in gear doing her job. The front desk is about to cost them what has been a loyal customer. Other than the desk, place is pretty good food and service.

This love when it first opened wasn't that great, but I have them another try and they did much better this time. I called in an order of chicken wings and fries. It took them about 15 minutes. The food was great, exactly how I asked my wings to be cooked. The service was excellent. I highly recommend eating here.

Never order take out from this place! Two weeks in a row they told me 15-20 minutes and both times it's been 40 minutes plus! It seems like they take care of the people eating in and puts the to go orders at the end. Not worth the wait and will not be back.

Chicken takes a while to cook. I'm glad they take their time. I love their wings, totally reminds me of NY. Their burgers and all their food is fresh, not a bunch of corporate Cisco plain jane food. I've never had a bad experience here. Now with beer too.

I dont know what happened to this place but since they moved to the new location its only done a nose dive. I used to get their hot wings every Saturday during football season....not their wings taste like vinegar. The fries are always cold & freezer burnt. The wait is RIDICULOUS even when they dont have many customers & the wait staff is even worse. I wouldnt eat here again if they gave me a free meal voucher!

Great food and friendly service! Hand cut fries (sweet potato fries, too!). Great wings and burgers. Don't miss the fried pickles or the To Go single-serve desserts at the counter.

Went back to this place after the last time we ordered take out and asked for add onions on a hamburger and got home and none of the burgers had buns, when we called them about it u could hear the girl in the background saying but she asked for no buns.. well tried them out again to day. They have changed their onion rings, oily battered mess. No onions on the burger, no steak fries instead floppy undercooked regular fries. The people taking the order even got the name wrong. there was 2 cups of tartar sauce in the bag when does anyone eat that with hamburgers or chicken tenders? This place used to be really good but i see it going down hill fast. STOP CHANGING THINGS. People ate there for a reason go back to ur old fries and onion rings. I would hate to try anything else on the menu to be just disappointed.

Tried the steak hoagie and southwest chicken wrap. Excellent!!! We just moved to the area and will for sure come back really soon. Vicki was our server and is one of the best we've had.
