First time having brunch at O'Charley's. Really enjoyed it and will return. Our server, Sara Leigh, was attentive despite the place being pretty busy.

We were taken to our seats immediately but it all went downhill from there. Our server was sweet but she was rarely around and forgot a lot of things we asked for. I ordered the cheese burger. It came out over cooked with a tiny tomato slice, wilted & brown lettuce and one measly pickle slice. No condiments were on the burger and I had to wait 20 minutes to get ketchup. On top of the horrible service and the more than disappointing food, I believe my meal may have been contaminated as I suffered from symptoms of food poisoning all night. I will not be returning to this restaurant or quite possibly the chain itself. I urge the owner to reevaluate their staff and give more training on sanitation, hand washing and personal hygiene. Maybe you can save another patron from spending their night sick on the bathroom floor.

I don't know where to start as soon as we walked in no one seated us , we sat ourselves. The waiter took 30 mins just to bring us our drink. After that I got the most dried out and disrespectful piece of meat that I paid 13 dollars for was dried out , my husband had ordered soup on the side and we didn't receive that at all we didn't even get the bread that we were suppose to get ! After being so fed up with the extremely horrible service I ask for the check my husband reminds me that he still hasn't gotten his soup !!! So we asked for it to go I will never in years will ask anyone to go eat there spec

I've been to this location twice. Why I return, I'm not sure. The service is nothing special and the food is OK. My mom and I came in 2 Saturdays ago and Barry was our server. He did an OK job but that's not why this review is 1 star. When we sat down we counted the number of dirty tables. 7. There was a family eating at a table right next to us at a large table .They left shortly after we sat down. By the time we left - 45 minutes later- the table was STILL dirty. Do you know what it's like eating at a restaurant surrounded by dirty tables? We watched as so many servers walked past and didn't bat an eye. The server was a blonde girl - I don't know what took her so long to get her section cleared and cleaned. What's more - the manager even walked past several times and didn't assist. Multiple servers and hostesses stood at the host stand instead of getting tables cleaned. Even if it's not your section, you can't help your fellow coworkers out?!

Horrible in every aspect. If negative stars were possible they would receive one. Food-poor, service-sub poor. It would have been better if I had just cooked and served myself. Yuck.

Brandy, our waitress, was very accommodating. She did everything in her power to do whatever we were asking of her. The food was great! The service was wonderful. I like to come here every once in awhile, when I don't feel like going to the Lebanon one.

O'Charley's in general is so horrible but I was just reminded of it yesterday. I never even go there because I've had nothing but bad experiences. I went with my family yesterday because my mom wanted to try the California Chicked Salad. As usual, it took forever to get our drinks, over an hour for our food, and waited a long time for our check. We almost just left without paying. My brother said the unrinal in the bathroom was leaking and he had to stand in water. The food here is SO JUST OK and overpriced. The service is pretty much horrible. I don't understand how this place stays in business. I believe it's because there are alot of people who don't know what good service is like because they have stuck with places like O'Charleys and Applebees for so long they are just used to crappy service and overpriced food. This place is a joke. Well, actually the joke is on YOU if you choose to spend your money and all day here. After a while, we were like "how long have we been here???" It seems like 4 hours!!!!!

Very bad experience at the store in Lebanon after always having enjoyed my experience at other stores in this change. Tried to order eggs on one of the breakfast brunch specials. After 3 returns I gave up. Not ready for prime time. But this place in Mt. Juliet knows how to do it right. Walk right into the bar, friendly bartender, patrons. doubles for happy hour, and a r3eal fun feel. It's like a cher\ers atmosphere. So, for what it's worth, DO NOT stop in Lebanon for a sip after work our coming from the airport, nope. Hit this one in Mt. Juliet instead. They have what you thirst for!

This is a standard joint....expected mediocre service/food, got mediocre service/food. Nothing outstanding, but a good meal when we didn't feel like cooking.

Excellent quality meal for a great price! Staff was wonderful, waiter knowledgeable and there when we needed him, food was picture and taste perfect. Really could not ask for more.
