One of my favorite places to eat in Morristown! Located in downtown Morristown, they have a menu that you are sure to find something you will enjoy. If not, they also have a great salad and soup bar. MY FAVs: Salad & Soup Bar, Meatball appetizer, club sandwich Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area! I'm a fan! Cheers & Enjoy!

Ordered breaded mushrooms for appetizer and veal parmasain for lunch. I love the breaded mushrooms; the breading is amazing and the dip is delicious. The Spegetti was al dente and veal tender and smothered in mozzarella. Plate was perfectly heated. Never disappointed with the food as I have had several dishes over the years and they are consistent in preparing the dishes. Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The BEST soup in Morristown. Potato soup is my favorite. Just wish it was available every day.

The service is great, the food is great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is not too expensive. Some prices are better than the chain restaurants. If your looking for a good meal stop here.

This is a sweet little local stop. It is just a bit off of the highway. We ordered the date night special which included 2 entrees salad bar and desert. The salad bar has a lot to choose and a great pasta salad. The service is very quick and friendly!

Great local, family owned favorite in downtown Morristown. The chopped steak is cut fresh everyday and is wonderful and juicy. Pair it with the creamed spinach and you have one of the best meals in Morristown. They have a wonderful selection of different items on their menu, including several Greek items. Don't pass this jewel up.

I recently moved to the area and stopped here during a house hunting trip. The salad bar is yummy, but I should have stuck wit the soups on the bar. I ordered the French Onion Soup and it was a bit salty. Someone that was with me got the special, the Pork Chop and they couldnt have been more satisfied!

So, you know, it's tough to review this place when the pickings in Morristown are so slim! So here's my attempt. If I had other choices in Morristown, I'd probably not go to Little Dutch. The food was alright, greasy, fattening, home cookin', about par food. I was excited to try something a little more authentic (apparently the owner is Greek? and there are some Greek dishes on the menu, though some weren't available when I visited), and was working hard to avoid the O'Charley's in town (typically the highest rated on most sites). I didn't do the salad bar, but it looked pretty iceberg plain. I did do some pork chops, with apple sauce. They were fine. Pretty much prefer those I make at home. And I'm pretty sure my friend's fish was Shake N Bake. Like I said. I dunno. Let's just say this. If it's between Little Dutch and the O'Charley's, I guess I'm gonna skip out on eating in Morristown. If I'm required to eat at Little Dutch again, I'm just not going to expect too much. Maybe this will change if I get to try some of the authentic stuff?

My wife and I stopped in here on our drive from San Diego, CA to Alexandria, VA. We really liked the home town feel, because it seemed as if everyone knew everyone. The best part is that people didn't look at us crazy when we drove up in a 2004 VW Beetle with California plates. haha

I just can't say enough good things about The Little Dutch! I've lived in Morristown for years now and The Little Dutch is my and my husband's favorite place to eat. We've eaten at some upscale restaurants (Tavern on the Green in NYC - NOT impressed with them - their food and service are HIGHLY over-rated)) and would prefer to eat here any time!. The atmosphere is quiet and quaint. The service is impeccable, and the food is delicious! I LOVE their salad bar - always stocked with fresh foods and clean (I particularly enjoy their house dressing!). The menu is diverse and priced very reasonably (2 can eat here including 20% tip for under $40). My drink glass NEVER goes empty - and I drink a LOT of tea. My hubby LOVES the creamed spinach and my favorite dish is the homemade spaghetti. Good home cooking is hard to come by in a market of chain stores. I find no fault with The Little Dutch and my hubby and I will continue to be very regular patrons. Give the Little Dutch a try if you'd like to enjoy a good meal at a great price in a relaxing environment. :)

Nice little family owned family style restaurant near downtown. The salad bar leaves a lot to be desired but the main meals are pretty good. Their big claim to fame is that the crew from some 1970's horror movie ate there every day while they filmed in Morristown.

We dined at the Little Dutch on January 6th. Great service, and really good food for a reasonable price. My salmon was a little overdone but still tender.
