It's your average Starbucks. Me and a good friend of one usually go to breakfast once a month, and then we'll head to Starbucks for some good coffee. The service can be hit or miss, as well as the drinks. My friend ordered a drink, realized that it wasn't what he ordered, ordered again, and was still not what he ordered! But other than that, great Starbucks.

This is a cool little Starbucks located in Millington right near the Navy base, so I come here quite often when I am in town. I stopped by here a couple of mornings this past week and the service was great. However, later in the day my wife and I drove by the drive thru so she could get a Venti Vanilla latte and as everyone is aware, these are not exactly cheap, at $5. We drove off and they totally forgot to add the Vanilla, it was just coffee and steamed milk, which I know, because that is what I drank earlier in the day and I tried hers. We did not go back, it just was not worth going back, so what I learned is don't come here after 2pm. The Millington Starbucks is great if you come here in the morning, the staff is pleasant, smile and they make good drinks. However, if you come here after lunch, some of the pm staff are a bit impolite and may not make your drink correctly. Like all Starbucks, they have free AT&T Wi-Fi. However, just to inform those who plan on coming here and need bandwidth, this location has very slow internet, the top speed is anywhere from 40-67kb/s. I was downloading some computer drivers, a 150mb file took about 25-30 minutes to download, but hey, it is free, or at least included with the drink prices. [Review #163]

Awful service, not customer friendly. Employees just going through the motions with no real passion for their job or products they make. Make sure to check your order for correctness and that the coffee is hot. Not a fan

Starbucks is one of my happy place. All different kind of coffee from non caffeine drinks to very high caffeine filled with different flavor, very refreshing drinks, freshly grinded coffee beans for the ultimate taste.

Service is pretty good. But I've ordered several drinks and they didn't taste quite right. Very hit or miss. The only reason I still stop in is because it's on my way home..

Starbucks is pretty much a place where it's a luxury to drink their coffee which I say is pretty good. I have been going to this Starbucks for years and usually I get good service. But I will say that being greeted by good afternoon or welcome to Starbucks isn't used at this store which maybe they don't do that. Sometimes they're busy with the drive thru but I think people should be greeted with a nice hey how are you today. I will probably go there because its the only one near to me.

I've been to quite a few Starbucks in California and i was expecting "southern hospitality" when visiting this one in millington, I got quite the opposite. This Starbucks has possibly the worst customer service out of all the ones I've been to. Both the cashier and barista were rude and acted as if doing their job was the most troubling thing in the world. You're not doing your customers a favor, we are paying you. If you don't like your job then quit. Simple.

Bad customer service. Three people behind the counter talking to each other. Noone greeted me or asked to help me. Stood at the register @ 5 minutes before helped.

Large coffee tasted like my usual large coffee and blueberry muffin tasted like my usual. Staff seemed genuinely nice.

Nice folks, good coffee, and good room to sit and chill. I'd like to check out that fireplace when they have it fired up.

Not the best Starbucks in the world. It seems to me as if they have a lot of staff turnover. Starbucks has changed a lot though and this store may not be a lot different than the others. I have, from time to time, had to explain to the barista how my drink was made. Used to be SB's was like Waffle house in that they greeted you when you walked in the door, that is not true at this SB's so much anymore. They are not suppose to mop the floor @ closing until the store closes but it happens all of the time. I have gone in to buy a cup of brewed coffee 15 min's before closing to find out they have poured it out already. All in all though, the staff is always friendly and willing to wait on you. They never seem like they are too busy to be of service. My biggest complaint is that they used to offer a 10% discount for active and retired military (Millington is military town). They stopped this practice a few months ago but you can still BUY a pound of their coffee at FULL price and donate it so they (Starbucks) can "Support the Troops" with it. I find this rather insulting given I'll bet 30% of their business comes from the sailors in this town and a good many of their employees are military spouses.
