What a great, informal restaurant with incredible food and drinks. The service was really outstanding and so convenient to our hotel across the street. Really surprised that other folks didn't like this place as much as I did.

The food was good but the service was terrible. We stopped in for a drink and some food before heading to a concert. We ordered our drinks and food. The waiter said he would be back with the rolls and our drinks. Someone else dropped off water and we didn't see our waiter for about 15 minutes. He came by and we asked about our drinks. He said he would go bug the bartender. About ten minutes later, two of the three food orders came out (delivered by someone else). A manager came by and we asked about the third food order and our drink order (at this point, we didn't care about the rolls). It took another 10 minutes before the drinks and the third food order came out (And that was a bowl of the potato soup-not something that had to be prepared, just scooped into a bowl and brought out). Frankly I was very underwhelmed by the service. It wasn't overly busy and they appeared to have enough wait staff on. Drinks shouldn't be coming to the table well after the food has been delivered. And it seems by another review that this is not the first time.

I just joined Yelp so I could write this review in the hope the owner would speak to the manager of this place and possibly corporate. There is no longer a healthy choice mark next to the healthier choice on the menus. I believe it is because there are no healthy meals on the menu. Several mistakes made by the hostess, server, bartender and cook. Wrong seat, wrong drink, incorrect beer(cider) from bartender and barbecue ribs that tasted like fish. The potato soup was mostly cheese. My Tilapia was o.k. but the spices were so hot I had to remove and ask for lemon and tartar sauce. My broccoli was squishy. Green beans were super salty and saturated in butter. My daughter's fried chicken was crispy but super greasy. Her pink lemonade was watered down. We were all so disappointed. That place is so disorganized it made us wonder how the kitchen looked and if there was anyone in charge. They seem to be undertrained and understaffed. This place won't last if changes aren't made.

This was a "to go" order, which I almost never get. Staff was wonderful (checked and double-checked the order was "glutton free"), food was excellent. Service and food here are uneven, so be careful, when when its' great, it's great!

Somehow or another we received a $10 coupon (when you spend $25) in the mail. Last night was not a night of cooking for me, so out we headed to O'Charley's - a place I've only been to once and that was over 10 years ago. The restaurant here is the one by the Wolfchase Mall tucked away off of 64. The dining area was clean and our server was good. Menu items range from sandwiches to entrees. I have to say, I was impressed with my daughter's children's steak! Cooked perfectly medium rare and juicy. The BF got the cedar plank salmon, which I really enjoyed as well. I ordered the cedar plank tilapia, and while it wasn't bad, I found myself eyeing that salmon! I have to add the salads were nice too. If you get a similar coupon in the mail, don't be skerd. It's fine for what it is.

Our server Jones made our wait time enjoyable. He kept us supplied with drinks and bread and constantly checked on us and let us know that our food would be arriving shortly. Overall the food was enjoyable but a bit pricey for what was offered.

The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars: a perfectly cooked steak and a sincerely apologetic front of house manager. Why this restaurant deserves zero stars: Being out of a soup and then magically having it again. Taking 15 mins to receive drinks, 25 mins to receive an appetizer, and 30 to receive dinner. Getting a mismade, overcooked burger and the wrong side. (Waiting 15 minutes on the correction.) And for a staff member who spilled water in our long awaited soup and laughed it off as if it was hilarious without offering to fix. What a night O'Charley's!

Tried new brunch menu. Had bennies but they didn't offer non alcoholic Bloody Mary's . Not bad but Parmesan sliced baked potatoes were cold. Should have subbed something else. My husband had tomato soup, fish labeled as cod but probably pollack, char grilled baby asparagus and peach pie which came w meal. We were seated by the Pepsi machine and bathrooms so for ambience zero but the rest of the place was typical chain.

I have only been to one O'charlies that deserved a decent review (maybe 3 Stars). However this particular location I have had bad experiences every time. It's either service or poorly cooked dishes. This last particular visit I ordered a salad with not so fresh brown avocado. I doubt I return anytime soon

Wonderful service and seated quickly for rush hour. HOWEVER food was mediocre the potato soup tasted horrible. The Ribeye was sent back couple times still came back as medium when was ordered well...even the 2nd time. Have had many issues with the food quality and taste the last few times we have tried here. Sad.

I came in to this location around 10pm. There were not many tables in. I ordered the California chicken salad. It had Grilled chicken, bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans, fresh ripe strawberries, mandarin oranges and dried cranberries tossed in a romaine and spring mix with shredded carrots and served with our Balsamic Vinaigrette. It was delicious! The service was a little slower than I would have liked. We were there about 30 minutes before getting our food. My friend ordered a steak but still... The food was excellent but the service and atmosphere made my review lower. The servers were sitting in a booth next to me and they were noisily rolling silverware.

This place has a wide variety of food options at reasonable price points. I've been for brunch and dinner, always seems to bring in a decent crowd and create a little wait. Although nothing fancy I would say the ambience is a little nicer than your average chain restaurant at the price point. There's a pretty good $9.99 menu selection. The yeast rolls are buttery deliciousness

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. I came here on my lunch break hoping to get lunch and back to work quickly. Boy was I wrong. I have a hour for my Lunch break. It took 12 minutes before we got water. The entire restaurant had a sad vibe. I was in a good mood before entering the place. You could tell no one there was enjoying their experience. Service was slow and our server must've be the cousin of Ben Stein or Lurch from the Adams family, because she was extremely slow and devoid of any kind of emotion. To help speed up our meal and get out in time for me to make it back to work, we asked for the check when our food arrived. After finishing our meals we found ourselves still waiting on the check for another 10 minutes. Then had to ask another server for our check. A piece of advice is if you visit this location and get a server name Laura, get up and go to the bar or leave! Do not engage with this server because there's no point. I was so annoyed by her service and lack of attention to the smallest detail it is amazing she even has a job. I gave this place one star simply because the food wasn't bad for a run of the mill chain restaurant. The service and atmosphere was horrendous. I will stick to Buffalo Wild Wings or anywhere else for my lunch, because this place was painfully slow.

It hurts my heart to give a 1 star review but this place truly earned it. I have visited on two different occasions now. Each time the service was absolutely terrible and both times the place was empty. I could understand if they were swamped but no excuse when servers are just standing around looking for stuff to do. Both times, I did not get silverware. The last visit I ordered water, soup and wedge salad. My water came 10 minutes after my food was served. I'm one of those that has to have my drink with my meal. He brought the bread out as I was finishing up my meal too. No biggee b/c I really didn't want the rolls anyway. They earned 1 star b/c the wedge salad had tons of blue cheese, which is always a plus in my book!

I know it was rain, so I didn't really care about restaurant floor is a little dirty. The part that not satisfied me was the chicken soup too salty!! Omg I never have any soup this salty (hopefully chef didn't drop whole bucket of salt) appetite was okay but potato was burned. Sweet fried potato was not good like I thought.
