The lady who worked there broke down the cakes & was very understanding. The cakes were very good, I had the cinnamon swirl. You should definitely try it! Great service and too notch dessert.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in (this is a big part of all my reviews!) staff was very friendly. they have samples for you to try that day it was marble cake it was amazing to say the least. I signed up for the birthday club. I got the lemon for my wife I loved it but she didn't I'm going to get her the marble next time. only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there is no seating at all. All in all its great!

I haven't had the pleasure of seeing the place yet, but I have had their red velvet and chocolate bunt cake. Ohhh my gosh. It was incredible. I loved it so much. In fact I suggested my Yelp manager add it to her segment for local Memphis live. I spoke to the owner and a couple of employees on the phone and they were all so kind and so enthusiastic about the business. Also, how can you not love the presentation of those cute little bundt cakes? And the name itself? Adorable. I love everything they're doing and can't wait to see them really take off!

Best cupcakes ever! Red velvet is my favorite! Super moist! The cheese cake frosting on it is amazing! I live 2 hrs away and will drive the distance just to get my fix! Absolutely perfect from A-Z

We had lunch in downtown Memphis. Although is was good we decided to look for another establishment for dessert. After yelping, "best desserts in Memphis ", we found Nothing Bundt Cakes. So glad we did! What a quaint business ~ seriously adorable! I only wish I would have thought about this! Our family LOVES bundt cakes. One sample bite and we were hooked. Super delicious. Super moist. Super cute. Choosing your bundt cake isn't too overwhelming ~ these gals figured it out. Deliver a great product and you won't need to have a gazillion flavors to pick from. Less is more, as they say. If you're in the area, I would not hesitate to tell you to pull over, grab a cup of coffee, choose your favorite flavour of bundt cake and ~ indulge in a blissful moment or two. Life is good!

I'm not complaining about how the cake looked or how it tasted because both were great. I'm disappointed that my order wasn't even ready when I got there. What's the point in having a pick up time when you're not gonna have it ready to go?

This place is absolutely delicious but they close at 6pm most days. So make sure you don't need a cake after 6 okay? Also they are very friendly so I can't give them less than five stars just because my only problem is their lame hours! So give it a shot! You'll love it. Just don't go late. Leave work early!!

Love these cakes so much - they are very moist and flavorful with delicious icing. It's hard to decide on a favorite flavor because they're all so good. The bundtini box selection helps with my indecision! Also, the employees are friendly and helpful and it's a very cute shop. So happy this is in Memphis! I highly recommend.

I'm not really a cake or cupcake person so when someone at work ordered a dozen bundtini's from NBC, I was skeptical. As everyone raved about how delicious their cakes were I finally gave in and wow, they are really good. The bunditni's are about the size of a smallish cupcake, topped with a creamy (almost cream cheese?) icing that's a perfect accent to the cake, not too sweet. The cake itself - I was told it was strawberry, but it seems it was probably white chocolate raspberry - was absolutely fantastic. It's moist, almost spongy, in texture and after I finished one I wanted about 15 more... and this is why Joe cannot buy bundtinis and bring them home. We've gotten them twice more for work, each time to rave reviews. We've picked up the cakes each time but they also deliver. I didn't realize it, but this is a chain, which is a bit of a bummer for me since I try to stay local. Still, they're really tasty and if you're looking for something different from your normal cupcake spot, NBC is a good option.

I didn't think I was going to like this place because it is a chain and I am a bit of a dessert snob and prefer home style local bakeries as to oppose to chain locations but this place made a believer out of me. The cakes are soooooooooo moist. And delicious. I ended up ordering some for a work function and my coworkers raved about these cakes. I was so pleasantly surprised. There are in my top 5 of bakeries in Memphis.

YUM! The cakes were incredibly moist and flavorful. My little family got 3 'buntinis'. Strawberries and cream, lemon and carrot cake. The kids LOVED the frosting, but what can you expect from a 2 & 4 year old. I thought the lemon cake was amazing. It was seriously the best lemon cake I've tasted. My hubby preferred the carrot. Delicious! We are from CA and my husband was in Memphis on business. I decided to take the kids out to visit him for the weekend. I've already asked him to bring some home on the plane with him.

Had these for my baby shower. Great presentation. Moist cake and yummy icing. So good that I then got the mini ones for another party I hosted. They make the perfect party desserts.

This place is so great! One of these days I'm going to have to try a different flavour. Every time I go, I get either the marble cake or cinnamon swirl. Both of those are pretty straightforward, but I should mention the marble cake is more vanilla with a hint of chocolate (this is definitely a good thing for me, I hate marble cakes with huge hunks of chocolate cake) - I think the ratio is perfect. But if you are a chocoholic, you might want to steer towards their chocolate cakes. The cinnamon swirl is like coffee cake. Here's the thing about this place that I love. You can actually sort of customise the bundtlets. You don't like cream cheese frosting? Don't get it. I think it's too sweet. You can get a drizzle instead which is I guess sort of like royal icing, but you can also just tell them no frosting at all. That's what I always do. Honestly, I think the cakes are sweet enough on their own. And it's a nice change from every cupcake shop in town where you get the frosting that comes with it, and too bad if you don't like it (this has especially been my pet peeve with citrus cupcakes - lemon cake and lemon frosting is just too much). The service is always friendly, whether you're the only person in there (very rare) or they have a line out the door. They're happy to explain what's in something, and of course the customising of the frosting as I mentioned.

Awesome bundt cakes! I have heard such great things about Nothing Bundt Cakes and seen many pictures on Instagram. I was so excited when I saw the store during our trip in Memphis. This was my first time in a Nothing Bundt Cake store, and I am now a fan! Very clean and bright store. The young lady at the counter provided great service and helped me pick out a few bundt cakes. We sampled the chocolate turtle bundt cake, and I enjoyed it. My bf thought it was too sweet though, but then again, it is chocolate. In the end, I chose red velvet for my poppa, carrot for my momma, and marble for me and the boyfriend. My parents both enjoyed the cakes and did not find it too sweet. (Most older Asians find American desserts too sweet.) My bf also agreed that it was not too sweet, including the cream cheese frosting. He ended up eating 2/3 of our cake, that I planned on eating the majority of, since it was that good. We can't wait to try more flavors next time we see a Nothing Bundt Cakes!

I got a coupon in the mail for a small free cake from here since my birthday was this month (the coupon actually came from Buckley's restaurant which is right down the street). I usually don't go for desserts or sweets, but I decided to give this place a try since it was going to be free. I got the miniature cinnamon swirl bundt cake. I thought it was great. The cake was moist and light. I liked the icing too, and I normally remove all icing from cake when I do eat it. The small cakes are normally $3.99 and I think that is a good deal for what you get.

I love this place. The cakes are moist and the perfect size for one. I have had the lemon, chocolate and red velvet. The service has been up and down, one moment i am greeted with a smile, once i was just left waiting and yes the lady looked me in the eye. Tastes get 5 stars service i will give 3 stars.

Hooray for butter flour and sugar! I love this little place. I think that it is a chain, however it is a delicious chain worth every calorie. The interior is very well appointed and quite cute and inviting. I'm going to go for broke and give it five stars. I am quite stingy with my five-star designations, however I feel that it is worthy. After tasting the sample, I was sold and ordered 2 mini bundt cakes to go. I had my suspicions that the cakes may be baked well in advance, frozen and then thawed on the day of sale. However, the young lady who helped us assured me that all the cakes are baked daily. This place is dangerous for the waist line. Enjoy.

Cute little storefront tucked in next to Starbucks in that odd little island on Poplar at 240 (Olive Garden is in there too.) I tried the lemon. It was pretty good. Not my favorite but good. The cake was moist and flavorful and the icing wasn't too sweet or overpowering. But I usually like to have a little texture in my food - something with some crunch. The presentation is nice and there are several flavors to choose from.

I'm not the kind of person to give away 5 stars just like that but we just stumbled upon this new place by accident and holy cow! Are these cakes good! This town was crying for a decent bakery (sorry but Muddy's is mediocre at best). Yay for taste! Boo for my new year's diet!

Gluten free treats!! We had to try them after hearing about them on Groupon, and look forward to returning. They offered delicious gluten free bundt cakes for those with a gluten allergy. Yum!

I am hooked on these cakes and I very seldom eat cake. I tried the mini bundt selection of several flavors. All were excellent, but I have to tell you that I kept going back for the red velvet with the delicious cream cheese frosting. Usually red velvet is too dry for me to eat very often but this is the moistest version I've ever had. The chocolate, chocolate chip was yummy too. I love the fact that the frosting complimented the cake perfectly and was not overwhelming. They will decorate with a beautiful bow or flower in the middle for a special occasion and you can get them in several sizes. Go there you'll like it!

Best cake ever!!! I'm addicted to Nothing Bundt Cakes. The icing is unreal! Favorites are Pecan Praline, Cinnamon, Red Velvet, & Lemon, but all flavors are delicious. Bundlets make adorable gifts-inexpensive & they wrap it up so cute. The staff & owners are great! You can grab & go or call ahead.
