This was our first visit-Easter Sunday evening around 7pm. We were quickly seated and warmly greeted by our waitress. Our party ordered the vegetable platter with the veggie skewer and a sweet potato, the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes, the hand-breaded chicken tenders with a baked potato and a sweet potato with a garden salad. We snacked on the hot rolls, peanuts and our salads while we waited for our entrees, which took about 20 minutes. The chicken breasts were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, but there was something about the mashed potatoes that I didn't like. The chicken tenders were fine, but a tad over cooked. The baked and sweet potatoes were good, but you might order the butter on the side for the sweet potato. As well, my wife really liked her vegetable skewer - she said it was seasoned well and cooked well, meaning still crisp and not soggy. Overall, it was good.

Average food... terrible service... and a painfully long wait for everything! Came here on a Friday evening for dinner and sat in the bar area to avoid a wait. Our waitress came to greet us a few minutes later and took our drink order and then gave us a few minutes before taking our food order. It was over 15 minutes before any of our drinks came out, including water. I've never been to a restaurant that simply can't pour a glass of water... I mean we were sitting at the bar! Before our drinks even came out though, they brought us bread. Bread to eat with no plates or utensils!!! To the food... once our food our was taken, it was a dreadful 40 minutes before we got our very average food. It's a chain restaurant, so don't expect much. Finally, top things off, after we paid... it took 15 minutes and me walking into the kitchen before I could get my to-go box. Simply pathetic! If you're in the mood for a very long wait and terrible service... for average food, come here... if not, avoid this place like the plague!!!

One of the worst service experiences of my dining career. Nothing came out on time, some things I ordered didn't come out at all until I asked about them, and was met with an "Oh yeah..." kind of response. Even then, it was an additional 10 minute wait. Received a water after sitting there for 15 minutes and after ordering food. Received my lemonade about halfway through the meal. Received the salad after the steak, and after I asked, "Am I going to get my salad?" The food did not come how I ordered: steak was overcooked, any alterations I asked for were ignored. The only positive came in the form of a free refill which was given with haste. I think at that point one of the 3 servers/food runners could tell just how poorly my experience was. Absolutely the least amount of service you could find. Nobody actually gave a shit whether I was satisfied. Oh yeah. And it wasn't busy. I was one of maybe 10 customers at the time. Got the feeling nobody wanted to actually do any work. You can do better. Pretty much anywhere else.

It had been several months since we tried this place because the service was so slow the last time we were in there. We just tried to go there and despite the fact that the place was mostly empty, we waited 5 minutes and the people in front of us hadn't even been seated. If getting seated was going to take 10 minutes in an empty restaurant, I figured getting food would once again be a 90 minute process like the last trip, so we just walked out. I have never had any issues with the quality of the food here. My issues always relate to poor, or more accurately incredibly slow service. If you want to eat here be sure to carve out 90 minutes or more, which is not a good option for people with a 1 hour lunch.

Started out bad but slowly got better. We had 3 different waiters while we were there. No idea why but that made it confusing when we needed something. They didn't give us any silverware so I had to take them from another table myself. Both my girl and I got the Onion Brewski Sirloin, medium rare with fries and mushrooms. Mine was not medium rare, more like medium well. Hers was perfect. Also had the fried mushrooms, which were not so good. Overall I would probably go back and eat at the Logan's location again.

I have worked in the food industry before and I have never ever experienced service like this. I've had two horrible experiences in the same week in different days. The first day I placed a order for lunch before my actual lunch break like I normally do. I was ordering the any and everything salad. My friend Had told me that she normally substituted shrimp for the chicken that comes with it. So of course I asked could I substitute the chicken for shrimp. I was hit with a quick "no." Not a "well I'm not sure" or "let me check" or anything. I felt like that was very rude. Which if I had to pay extra I would have. I let that go. So I asked her about the cheese that came on the salad because I deeply hate blue cheese. She told me that "blue cheese comes on it and there's no other cheese we can substitute for it." I just feel like as an employee in customer service, you do your best to make your customers happy. The second time I placed a order online they told me it would take a hour to make and it was just a salad. But the restaurant was busy so it would be an hour. I waited more than a full hour and when I got there my food was not ready. The "manager" then came from the back to tell me it would be an additional 45 minutes before my food was ready. Which was entirely unacceptable. Nothing was done to comfort me about my wait. And I didn't even argue with the manager I just left.

Logan's is great as far as a casual steak restaurant goes. We've never had a bad experience here. Of course the meat isn't prime. But it's relatively inexpensive and its pretty quick. When we want a steak and don't want to spend $100, we head here. The free peanuts are always an added bonus! :)

I am never coming back again. Where do i begin... Wait staff with piercing in the nose like cattle to speech issues where i could not understand a word out of her mouth. We went for happy hour, the bar menu was filthy and sticky. I ordered a gray goose and tonic, think I got a vodka and soda. Don't think the waitress knew the difference. The food was cold and tasteless. I am done.

Absolutely horrific experience. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I came after work with 6 of my peers around 4:30pm- no one was here when we arrived and out of no where a waiter came running up asking to take us. From the very start it was a poor experience- he kept asking for our drink orders and 3 of the beers we requested were out of stock. Next I ordered an i sweet ice tea and he refused to bring it until 5 minutes after everyone else got their beverages while he was taking our food order. For some reason our waiter bumped into me while carelessly throwing our bread and butter on the table and put my lunch/ dinner plate on top of my bread plate. When 4 of the members of our party asked for a refill on their beer after 10 minutes he informed us he was trying to get the manager to change out the tap- my peers said they didn't care what kind of beer it was so long as it was light. When we asked a second time to just bring out whatever light beer they had he caught a serious attitude with us and raised his voice saying the manager was on it. Finally he and the "manager" bring out it beers that were 1/2 the size they ordered and were completely unapologetic and unpleasant. It was an unbelievably poor experience. If you ever come- make sure not to have Marcus as your server and if you have any concerns do not trust the manager Ana to fix it for you- there was no sense of urgency when it came to getting us our drink or food order in a timely manner- it's clear service is not a priority here.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! There were 4 of us for drinks and dinner, after a 35 min wait and on one was in line before us, we all ordered I ordered the barrel steak from the menu and it was NOT a barrel cut, it was a small petite filet, I send it back saying I ordered they took it and then brought it back 5 min later with cold fries and the SALTIEST meat I ever had, they don't know about beef or the cuts! The other people with me had to wait for butter, cinnamon all of which was ordered the first time. I will say the bartender was great that's why I gave them 1 star?

Is this the best meal you'll ever have? No. But is it good and more importantly a good value? Absolutely! Head to Logan's mon - Wednesday night for the two for $14.99 menu. Yep, that's two dinners. They'll try to be sneaky and not give you that menu - ask for it. The bf likes the chopped steak and I get the BBQ chicken, we both get a baked potato and a salad - plus lots of those yummy unlimited rolls. With drinks tax and tip we're out the door under $25, yay! Oh, and apparently they don't want peanut shells on the floor anymore, which makes me kinda sad.

I've had consistently well prepared food and friendly service. This isn't a high class or high priced steak house, but you get a decent cut of beef for the money that you pay. The nightly specials and happy hour are the bonus that makes me appreciate Logan's...and the hot, buttery, unlimited yeast rolls make this place a favorite! There are also unlimited buckets of roasted and salted peanuts on the bar and tables for your snacking enjoyment. You definitely won't leave here hungry. They offer large portions and lots of extras to satisfy you. My favorite dishes here are the Santa Fe Tilapia and Grilled Porkchops. The grilled sweet potato and the vegetable skewers are great side items. If you're in the mood for drinks, the Prickly Pear Martini or the Tie Dye Tea are great choices. Call ahead to know the special of the day and happy hour times.

The baby back ribs here taste good. Had it twice before I get satisfied. Even thought I'm on a diet on that day, I never get bored on eating it. The sirloin here was also good, I remember my friends says good things about it. Good thing I knew this place. I can now have something to brag on my friends. Great place with great food.

This place is conveniently located next to my hotel. I used to go there a couple times a week, because the food, while far from great, was good enough. If you get there late, the portions get incredibly small. I was recently there and they were out of ribs. YES, out of ribs...in Memphis. I ordered steak and shrimp instead, and the steak was tiny and like leather. The shrimp was raw. I didn't eat any of it and tried to send it back. Instead, they took the plate and gave me my bill with the meal included. Fortunately, I took a picture of my meal and emailed the company while still sitting at the bar. The bartender then left. I grabbed a random waitress to pay the bill (in full) so I can leave, figuring I would be able to get reimbursed. The next day I got an email from the Manger telling me I need to come see him if I wanted a refund. I told him I live In New York and cant come see him, just please refund my money to the card I used (he had the detail). He refused, unless I came in or called him to discuss it. Since I have an Expense account, I sent him copies of the last four times I have eaten there, to show I was a loyal customer. He still refused. I reached out to the corporate parent again, and never heard back.

I went when they first opened and it was awful service was bad and out of everything but they just opened and tried again 6 months later and same and decided I would not go back. I received a Logan's Gift Card for Xmas and decided to try again I was really amazed nothing has changed and I will not be back.

Recently, we were shopping and happened to be near a Logan's. It's a chain restaurant, but our friend said they have a really cheap happy hour, and I noticed a two for one entree deal. We decided to give it a try. It's hard to be $2 wells, beer, and wine. We split this two full meals for $13.99. We did choose to pay a couple dollar up-charge, so we could enjoy the steak. They give you complimentary peanuts and you throw the shells onto the floor. It's kinda fun, and kinda weird. I got a whiskey and diet coke for $2. One friend ordered the enormous nachos and there is an enormous amount of cheese! I ordered the steak and broccoli. The steak was cooked to perfection. (It wasn't the best steak, but it was a good steak.) I would probably go back. Our service was just ok. I also noticed that the server took more tip than I left him, so I guess if I go back, I'll pay with cash.

Now that I'm officially an East Memphian, I must succumb to the fact that I'm surrounded by chains. So sad :( But hey, why not check one out that offers free rolls and peanuts? Sadly, that's where the excitement ended for me. The service is horrible. Several times throughout the meal, our server disappeared. We had to go to the bar to request our own refills, and wave down other servers for help. The food was standard, and I'm sure it tastes just like all other Logan's locations. Needless to say, it won't be a regular stop for my family and me.

Worse steakhouse experience I've ever had in my life and I've had many!!!!! Prime rib was still over cooked after being sent back twice. I'm waiting on my waitress rt now. It's been 15 min since she brought out the 3rd over cooked piece of dry meat!!! I can't believe this place is even open. Stay away!!!

Steak was good and service was mediocre. No one including the manager checked on my food. I probably will not return.

I came into Logan's for the first time last week with my girlfriend to give this place a try. The theme was western and you could throw peanut shells on the floor; I was already a fan. We were promptly seated and were greeted by a friendly server. We ordered off the 2 for $14 menu and got a country fried steak; the lady had a chop steak. We also got an order of the loaded potato skins, which were delicious but wound up being unnecessary due to the generous portions on the meals. My salad was good and my entree was also pretty good, but I had a bite of my girlfriend's chop steak and quickly realized I ordered the wrong thing. My only true gripes about this place are somewhat slow service and how loud they get when announcing someone's birthday (I understand most restaurants will do a chant or song, but these guys are extreme). Overall though, this was an awesome experience at a great price, and I look forward to coming back and getting that chop steak!

i was so excited to see a logans, and not a texas roadhouse!! We came here after touring Graceland, and were starving, there was no wait, and... and THEY HAD GOOD SWEET TEA! All 4 of us got meals, and the fried mushrooms to start, the food cam out quickly, correctly, and delicious! large portions, good service... would def come back if back in that part of town! Makes us miss the one we used to have in ATL.

Bad service and an overcooked prime rib. Diet Cokes tasted llike they had grape soda mixed with them. My salad was taken to the wrong table. My friend ordered filet mignon but was served a strip steak. I had to repeatedly ask the waitress to bring items that should have been brought automatically. It was a comedy of errors. The meal should've been free, but not even a discount was offered. I may go back to Logan's Roadhouse, but not to this location.

Service is painfully slow and food is mediocre at best. The server must have been new, she seemed completely lost. It took a great deal of effort on our part to keep things moving. If I wanted to cook, clean and figure out money, I would have stayed home and cooked. The server even rolled her eyes on multiple occasions when asked about simple tasks. Disappointing.

The food i.e. STEAK at this restaurant was totally disgusting - it was grey matter - not edible and the service is TERRIBLE. The drinks are weak and watered down DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

What sets this place apart are their *amazing bread rolls!* They were so hot and soft and fresh... they alone are enough to dine here. I also really appreciated the display in front of the various kinds of steaks, so novices like me can understand the differences between sirloins, strips, tenderloins, "New York steaks" etc. Such a simple idea when you think about it, but only on my visit to Logan's did I encounter it. Our waitress was very on top of things, and answered my questions well about the menu. The TV's for watching sports were appreciated and the peanuts were a nice novelty. It's always fun to feel oh-so-rebellious by sweeping your peanut shells on the floor. :) Logan's gets a 5. If I lived in Memphis, I'd certainly be back!

I don't feel like wasting much more time thinking about this place but it was the filthiest restaurant I've ever been too. I have worked in the food service industry for more than 13 years and my first server job was at Applebee's (I was 18). I have worked in all sorts of places most of which were higher end. Anyway, there was food, silverware and filth all over the entire restaurant. I was brought here by some jerk who thought the food would be decent, he was wrong. the steak was $20 and absolutely gross because the meat quality was so poor. Now days I generally only go to good restaurants which made Logan's all the more unpalatable. This place really caters towards old or poor or fat people that have bad taste in food. I am still surprised the place seemed busy. It must have been a free gold teeth giveaway or maybe they were giving out free NASCAR coozies. I'm not a snob but $20 should get you a decent cut of meat and the quality of Logan's Steakhouse was bottom of the barrel.

This place was absolutely ghastly! The only thing worse than the service was the foul food. 2 people in our party ordered a vodka tonic; the server brought 2 vodkas with soda, when asked she said the tonic "spigot" was broken, so the bar served soda instead. The Onion Straws appetizer was inedible and we left them untouched (except for one sample). The steaks were under cooked and the baked potatoes were well past their "sell by" date. Normally I'm extremely forgiving when dining out, but this place was beyond the Pale! Would not go there again on a bet
