Sat by kitchen and I have never heard so much yelling and carrying on in the kitchen. Manager must have been out. Returned 6 oz sirloin it was so tough. Got a piece of chicken and it took a long time. This location used to be packed all the time, we were here for lunch on a Saturday, today, and many tables open. Don't think I will be back.

Another visit to another Logan's location. Do these places know how to cook a medium rare steak? Once again it wasn't cooked right. Other than that, the food was okay.

Very disappointed, we walked out. We never got seated, the place wasnt even crowded. So we decided to sit ourselves. We were ignored and no one came after 20 minutes. so we left and will never go back.

Food is good, but the service is so inconsistent. There are some on wait staff that are definitely not in the right job. If somehow they could get the service locked down they would be awesome. I have experienced both extremes in service in the same month. One visit everything was awesome. Everyone got their order right, drinks and rolls kept filled, and service was prompt. The next visit, chaos, waiting to get drinks, missed orders, no refills, begging for check. But the food was good both times. Kitchen gets a "A" wait staff "C-". Come on Logan's you have potential :)

Logans's steaks can be a hit or miss. There's no consistency. Sometimes they'll cook it just the way you ask. This time was good. However they did mess up my dad's order (gave him grilled when he asked for breaded). I will say that whenever you do go ask for Brandon H. He treated us really well and checked up on us on multiple occasions. Also gave us more rolls than ever. He def made up for the screw up. If I were to ever go back I would ask to be seated in his section.

Went to this location last night and had mediocre service. The Devan, waiter hit on me and was very rude to my friend. Our food was cooked wrong as well. I ordered medium and got a well done steak, my friend ordered well done and got medium well. We ended up trading steaks instead of sending it back, so neither of us ended up eating what we ordered. This location has been traditionally good on food and service, but last night was a complete miss. Not sure how I feel about going back there. If I do, I will specifically ask not to be served by Devan. Ladies, if Devan finds you attractive, warn your date he will be rude to them.

Entered near 10pm and went to the bar with not very high expectations. First, the music... The atmosphere seems schizophrenic - first song is heavy metal, then a pop tune, then a country tune. My stress level was through the roof with this music. Waited less than 5 minutes for service and I do think the bartender had great intentions of taking care of me and did a good job. My biggest complaint is that Logan's obviously does not encourage teamwork - or maybe they hire folks who don't care what they foster. Several times, other servers walked by me with my empty tea glass at the edge of my table and went to the bar where they waited for a drink doing nothing. They didn't care to help out the bartender who had 7 customers at the bar and was taking care of a couple at a side table and me at another. This lack of teamwork and care for the customer really pissed me off and is the biggest reason I can't rate higher. Add to this the awful crazy mix of music and an atmosphere that held more dreariness than fun and it would take a gourmet meal to make it good. The meal was ok - a little too high fat ratio on the prime rib and a SMALL serving of broccoli, but the prime rib was good although the au jus tasted like the drippings from a dirty grill rather than a nice then beef broth for dipping the prime rib. So meal 3, service 4, atmosphere 0. If my server hadn't tried so hard and been a really nice guy, Logan's would get a solid two-star review. But they do have ONE great employee and for that, I add a full star. I still would recommend other places if you want a great steak and great service. Last thing: A steak house and the largest sirloin is 8 oz?? Don't they all sell 12 oz sirloins? I thought so and found bigger ribeye steak and other steaks but the sirloin selection is lacking.

Wow have to say the worst service I've ever had. Busy yes but when you have 4 servicers standing at the hostest desk and not helping, it doesn't make any sense. I called for a manager and the server never got her. Thank you for making it clear that you don't care about your job or the company you work for.

Just had a bad experience or I would have rated Logan's higher. We went in around 9 pm and were seated at a corner table in the bar which we loved. Our waiter initially seemed great and probably any other time is but he had some friends(?) at another table and seemed more interested in them. Our food also seemed to take forever to come out of the kitchen. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and it was incredible! My wife ordered the Logan signature sirloin with a salad. First, they never brought the salad. When they did bring out her steak there was still no salad and her steak came out Well/Overdone (tough) instead of Medium. We had to wait to get the waiter to come over and to remind him about the salad. Probably not returning anytime soon.

10/17/2014 A friend and I ate at Logan's Roadhouse Friday night. I got there at 7pm and quickly got a table for 2 in the bar area. It's been a long time since I had been to Logan's. What I love is that they have Barq's Rootbeer. Majority of restaurant don't but I hope to take a one man stand and change that forever. So, if your restaurant doesn't serve Barq's Rootbeer then you should and then smile at the profits from the rootbeer lovers (at least my brother and I) of the world. "Barq's Has Bite". I also love the in shell salted peanuts at the table and that Logan's offers A-1. I ordered the 16oz. ribeye ($19.99) medium well with a side of fries and mac n cheese. The steak was juicy and cooked perfect. The fries were perfect and the mac n cheese was good. I just added a little pepper to force it to my taste buds. The atmosphere was great and so was the staff. It was a little too loud in there to have a conversation but overall I enjoyed the experience and plan on going back. In the bar area they have multiple TV's to satisfy any sports watcher.

Worst steak ever. Hard as a rock. The one bite I tried tasted like saddle. They cut the wrong thing. Horrible service. Manager came by but blew me off when I tried to explain why it was sent back 2 times. First time it was rare. Next time it was hard and couldn't even cut with a steak knife. Stay away. Go to Colton's or Texas Road House. Or better yet make your own steak at Home!!!

Our server was really friendly, kept our drinks filled, and always managed to check on us at the right time (not when your mouth is full and you can't talk). Went here with family for a weekly get together, we all had burgers since we were all craving one. 2 family members got the "fried cheese" burger, I got the run of the mill cheeseburger, and one got the sliders. All were pleased with the size/quality of the meat and were all cooked perfectly to order. The restaurant is a wee bit louder than what I would like to be, but it can be overlooked due to the service and the food.

I've reviewed another location of this restaurant. I do like this location a bit better, simply because it's closer to the mall. However, the peanuts on the floor thing. Seriously. How does this pass a health inspection. It's like having dinner with elephants. The food itself isn't bad, the steaks here are juicy, and the salads are pretty decent at this location. Still -- cannot get over the peanuts on the floor. Kids get excited and spit them on the floor. .... I should probably stick to J. Alexander's, right next door!

Well I have to say they passed the final test. Friday night, 7:30pm, week before Christmas, AT THE MALL! Parking lot is over run, there is no parking, I'm thinking there is no way we are eating in the next hour. Wrong, No Wait. Again, 3 hostesses running a tight ship. We were seated, drinks, bread, ordered food, refilled, re-bread, starters on the table, food delivered, multiple follow ups, and out the door in 75 minutes. Note: some of those 7.95 meals don't exist on Friday/Saturday night. That's fine, but you should know if you're looking for the family budget minded menu, that is Monday to Thursday. Never saw the manager this time, didn't need to. Thanks to Rob, great server.

We have been here several other times! We are only back this time bc I was given a gift card! The staff is EXTREMELY YOUNG!(which I understand you have to start somewhere. But you can at least pay attention) They do not pay attention to anything but their friends or other coworkers! The first 3 times we walked out bc we never even had a server greet us!(after 10 minutes) This time is proving to be exactly the same! Hostess was not friendly and seemed to be frustrated by us even walking in the door! Wasn't greeted in a timely manor! (I know about all this bc i was in this business for 5 years)Didn't get the things we ordered! Trash is everywhere and over flowing from the trash can! Asked for broccoli and cheese got over cooked broccoli with a slice of cheese that was hard as a rock on top! I asked to speak with the manager! She is re cooking everything and is guaranteeing that it will be better and real quick! Well that was over 15 minutes ago! We did finally get the food! It was finally cooked right! They really need to have Better management! And more attentive staff! This place has really gone down hill over the past year! Just do yourself a favor and don't go here! I wanted to add this.....we gave it this many times over a year and a half time span!

I was hoping to say that our second visit was better. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order. So at least the 20 minutes from that wasn't long to wait for our food. But still...it shouldn't have taken that long. I would only go Mon-Thurs to get their $7.99 menu. As my husband said, I may try another Logan's Roadhouse but certainly NOT this location.

I'm torn of what to do here. On one hand, the ribs were very good, some of the best I've had in a restaurant. On the other, its one of the poorest run restaurants I've ever been to. Saturday night dinner: father in law only drinks wine (no judging) but the place is out of wine...all 8 kinds of wine. I order milk for my 5year old, out of milk as well. Strike two. Strike three? The bathroom was on par with a roadside rest area...downright awful. I would get take-out next time, but would have to seriously think about taking everyone back inside.

We almost gave it a 3star. Our waitress was new and pretty bad. She was trying hard but was not trained at all it seemed to us. Bread came after entree was delivered despite promises to get it out soon. Our salads nearly made it out before our steaks. Beer took forever to get to us too. Then we got our check soon after our entrees! Steak was good but not nearly as good as we get at Texas Roadhouse for $1 cheaper. Also I was only given 3 small stalks of broccoli for my side dish. Food was all good but... We were seated in the corner where they stored 3broom and dustpans (dust & bug & dirt included).we couldn't even use 1of the chairs because of it! UGH! We'll not come here again.

I went here a few weeks ago while in town for work. Overall it was an ok experience but I did run into some issues. It was a Monday night and it was actuallly quite busy. The waitress wasnt that attentive. I ordered a filet with 2 sides and when it came out the steak was cold. I ate the sides while I waited for the waitress to come back so I could tell her. She came back and had it tossed on the grill again. She came back with it and extra sides. It was fine, proably the worst steak I have had from a Logan's.

Service was ok. He was weeded out. The food was ok. Smallest full rack of ribs I have ever had. Place was packed. What should I expect it is a weekend during Christmas holiday and located directly in front of Wolfchase mall. Besides it's Logans Roadhouse.

Lunch was terrible, don't waste your money. The music was too loud for conversation, my hamburger was tasteless, rice pilaf looked like something I would never eat, baked potato was little, salad consisted of nothing but lettuce and a couple carrots, and all for $21.50, which is outrageous considering it really was just one meal and a couple sides.

Great rolls and a good salad. Our steaks were undercooked and it was way to loud, so much so that several tables just gave up and left.

The service at this location is *usually* pretty good. I've had one less-than-good experience here, but honestly the good ones are far greater. The downside though? The food seems to have taken a huge hit in quality as compared to a few years ago. One stand-out in particular is the macaroni and cheese, it's really gloopy. I usually get the skewered shrimp and it's pretty consistently good. Basically it comes down to the food being okay but could stand to be improved, if only to the quality from 2012 or so.
