Came here for brunch and was disappointed. The brunch menu was limited and the food was bland. The servers were attentive and the drinks were fine, but the food was lacking.

Everything has gone down hill here in the last couple of years. Service & food. I used to love the food and atmosphere at this East End but today the service was terrible & there were only a few customers. The quesadillas used to be fat with ingredients but today it was so thin that I had to open it to see if there was even anything in it. It is a non-smoking restaurant. We sat on the patio since it was 70°. The only people inside were the loud regulars at the bar so the patio seemed nice & relaxing. Then here come all the loud, cursing bar regulars to the patio and sat right beside us SMOKING. I know this shouldn't reflect on the restaurant but I'm sure this is a daily occurrence and thought you should know before you go. My friend had a BLT and got food poisoning. Could've been the packaged mayo that had been sitting on the patio, we aren't sure but she got sick before we even left the parking lot. be careful, 18% gratuity automatically added after 6 pm but they don't tell you. I don't see this place staying open much longer unless they upgrade the food, service & seating (table & chairs inside too old, wobbly & close together)

Food, small portions under filled and boring at best,I have been here several times for lunches.. Nice fried mushrooms, club sandwich sucked,French Dip awful, burger so so Quesadillas not bad,Cajun Amberjack sandwich filled with cheap shredded lettuce and a tomato that looked like it came off the floor complete w stem...Zero enthusiasm at East End Grill is a place where you walk in happy to go eat and walk out feeling depressed ...Id rather go to the dentist at least they are happy to see me..

I have been to both locations of East End multiple times. I have been to the location on Winchester multiple times for lunch, and they're food never disappoints. I have enjoyed their steak salad and their fried sampler baskets. This time we were in the area doing some shopping. After fighting the ridiculous traffic in the Wolfchase parking lot, we needed a drink, so we decided to stop by. Well drinks are apparently only $3.25. We wanted a light snack because we hadn't eaten all day, but we also had upcoming dinner plans. We decided upon a sausage and cheese plate. The sausage had a nice smoky flavor. The cheese was pepper jack and cheddar, and there were pickles and a pepper. I don't care for going to Cordova, but when I'm in the area, this is the place that I like. I will definitely be back.

Drinks were cold and food was tasty. Nice atmosphere. Seemed like a great place to hang out and feel at home.

East End has the best salads in town. The grilled chicken or the fried chicken salads are the best! The service is always spot-on and the food is consistent.

I came here a couple days ago with the girlfriend and decided to split a few appetizers for lunch. The service was fast and attentive, and the music selection they had in there was awesome. We had the loaded potato which was amazing and the BBQ nachos which were pretty good and filling. Our mistake though was the buffalo chicken quesadilla. There was hardly any cheese and the buffalo sauce on the chicken was far too intense. I'm all for spicy, but there's a limit. We would up not eating it. However, we were full off of just a couple appetizers and had a very pleasant experience overall. We'll definitely be back!

I heard that East End had brunch, so I lied to my family like I was going grocery shopping went here at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Because I was hungry and sick of them and I wanted eggs benedict! Anyway, I was rather impressed with myself for escaping, when I pull into the parking lot to discover that the place opens at 11. For brunch. On Sunday. HOW SWAY???? I tell you what, I'm going to open up a restaurant that sells lunch, but we're going to open at 3 every day. O_O Anyway, that was a waste of half an hour. I was a bit leery because the parking lot looked like there had been a big party the night before, but I returned at 11 to an open restaurant and a server who seriously looked like she had just woken up from her nap. IShe was nice enough, but I wondered if she really wanted to be in bed rather than bringing me a plate. I ordered a Southwestern Eggs Benedict. And it was excellent. The potatoes that are served with it were excellent as well. Even the coca-cola was extra fizzy. So, your problem here isn't with the food, folks. I had already blown a half hour and my family was starting to call because apparently nothing can be done at my house if I'm not there. But, I had to wait another seven minutes for the server to stop talking to another customer so I could pay. SEVEN. I'm not exaggerating. I finally just walked to the bar and paid whoever would take the money so I'd still have time to cover my trail with my peeps. I'd go back here again, definitely, but I'd wait until after 11. Because, you know, most people don't get hungry on Sundays until then, anyway....

First time coming here tonight with my family for Father's Day and man was I impressed! The service was excellent! Our waitress gave us very helpful advice, since we had no idea what we wanted, and was very fast and attentive. As far as food goes, I had the Reuben sandwich with just a side of fries. I've never had one before so I can't judge it against any others, but it tasted amazing. We will definitely be back!

These guys are a great place to run to when we're craving burgers on the weekend, but don't want to drive very far and want REAL FOOD! McD's they ain't! Nicely cooked, always tasty, and friendly, fast service.

I come here for drinks, and have had some appetizers from here. Their ruben sandwich is very good. They have an outdoor patio (at their Hacks Cross location). Their beer is ice cold, and the servers are friendly and attentive.

I met my parents here recently for lunch. I'd never eaten at East End, but my dad raved about what a great burger they had. And, I have to agree, their burger was pretty delish. It was cooked well and had all your toppings on the side, so you could dress it how you like. The bar/grill is exactly that, a bar and grill. You wouldnt expect stellar food and shouldn't, but if you're in the area and need a juicy burger, east end is your place. They have a fully stocked bar, and the place seems like it would be a good low key hang out spot. Also, they have Woodchuck, a draft cider (girl beer) that I drink. So, they have my vote of approval.

This is a great little neighborhood bar and grill with everything you'd expect in such an establishment. In other words, lots of cold beer. Actually, the food is pretty good here as well. I used to live in the Bartlett area, and this was one of my regular hangouts, mostly for the beer and the nice patio, but also for something else: The Fried Cheese Balls. I could eat baskets of those things. They make a darn good burger too.

If you find yourself out in East Jesus and can't bear the thought of entering a 'McBar & grill' with a server decked out in 'flair', stop in to the East End Grill. Its almost like a midtown bar transplanted to the 'burbs. East End Grill is a fully stocked bar, friendly service and open late. Nice outside patio area. Reason to chow, I mean go: the Cajun Amber jack sandwich and/or the Tuna Teriyaki sandwich.

Great place to walk to if you are staying at the Homewood Suites or the Hampton Inn around the corner. The food is good , portions big, and the noisy bar atmosphere is fun. They have a trivia night as well some nights. Inexpensive as well.

This was my first time eating at East End Grill. Every time I drove by the place it looked crowded so I never made my way in. This Friday night I was particularly hungry and had a buddy who wanted a cold beer so I decided it would be worth a try. We get there and it was a slow night. Lots of open tables but we sit at the bar. I can say if it was busy it would feel crammed inside but we had the place to ourselves mostly. The music added the bar feel and the Tv gives you something to stare at. The beer and mixed drink selection were plentiful and the menu had a little something for anyone. I went with old reliable, the turkey bacon cheese melt awesomeness and had a side of potato salad. It was good but mostly because I was really hungry but I would definitely go back to try the Toasted Ravioli or the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla sometime. Overall I had a pleasant experience and will go back in the future.

Went the other day. I can see why reviews say it is overpriced. You have to buy things seperate ie: your burger is just a burger, you can add fries for 2 dollars. It is slightly over priced because of this but it is still not as bad as it may have been made out to be. We went during the middle of the day after lunch so it was slow. The food was actuallty pretty good so I don't see why all the bad reviews. The potato salad was something serious. This seems to be a bar first and restuarant second with the food still being good. I can see the place being super packed on the weekend nights with a very lively time. There are spaces marked just for Harly motorcycles. lol I will def go back!

Very old school neighborhood bar feel. Have been 4 times now and have always liked the food. Was no smoking inside this last time, only smoking on the patio.

Good food and friendly staff. Service is a bit slow. Nice for a leisurely lunch not a quick bit.

We were near the mall and all restaurants were on at least a 45 minute wait so we ended up at East End Grill. BIG MISTAKE. I should have known when we arrived at 8pm on a Friday night and the place was almost empty. We should have turned around and walked out the door and settled for McDonald's. The place is very small and reeks of cigarette smoke with an overall "dirty" feel to it. This is the worst bar food I have ever ate. Burger was completely overcooked for medium and the "upcharge" for fries or onion rings was a total ripoff. Our server Autumn was rude, defensive, and unapologetic. Asked for a Manager to come to the table and it never happened. If something is not cooked as ordered or you do not like it, too bad for you. They will do nothing about it. They obviously do not care about customer service. Huey's has wayyyyyyyyyy better food and service and it never disappoints. Never again.

Great food and waiters. Still smoke inside :(. Nice old school bar and good atmosphere.

East End is where my friends and I go when we want to get our bar grub on! I love the fried cheese nuggets while my friends like the fried mushrooms. Anyplace where you can get mini corn dogs and beer is great with me. The burgers are good and just know that you will be sharing your fries with friends. In the multiple years I've been going there, we've never had a wait for a table but know if you are going during Tiger sport seasons, you may want to get there early to snag a prime spot in front of the TVs!
