I've been meaning to try this place out for awhile now because I'm one of those annoying people that loves juicing. I even asked for a nice new juicer for christmas :). I finally caved when Joelle came into the office with about 4 of those bad boys. I like this place. I like this place a lot. Yes the prices are a bit higher than most, but unfortunately when it comes to healthy food, thats what you have to be willing to spend. My mom used to bring me wheatgrass shots all the time when I lived with her, and I was so excited to see I can now get my own wheatgrass shots! Theirs even comes with a slice of orange to help cleanse the pallet. Mah never provided that. If you've never had a wheatgrass shot, it tastes like fresh mowed grass smells...if that makes any sense. It tastes terrible, but its apparently good for you. When it comes to juicing, I have been juicing on my own for about two years now. I love it! I enjoyed looking at their big beautiful board for ideas as well! Also, its good to know that if my body is craving some juice and I don't have time to go to the store and make it, I can count on this place. The juicing process can sometimes feel like a lot of work, so I'm glad I have the option to bypass it all together and have someone else make a yummy creation :)!

It's nice that they have Bermuda grass growing in pots and new wave furniture, but at the end of the day it's just a smoothie and this place has outrageous prices. I don't care what organic, natural, local labels get thrown on the menu, $6-10 for a smoothie is insane. If you want to be enlightened and save Mother Earth then take your precious smoothie money and feed a dozen starving children. What's leftover you can buy smoothie makings from local farmers. Seriously, the prices here... you don't know whether to pull your wallet out or bend over at the counter. Cosmic Coconut does offer real deal healthy options that you won't get elsewhere, and the quality is better. Just be ready to pay

If you like to eat healthy and enjoy a wide selection of choices this is your place. From smoothies to breakfast bowls to lunch and dinner, this place has it all. Had the Acai Breakfast Bowl and it did not disappoint. Flavorful, fresh, healthy ingredients. Perfect way to start the day!

A little pricey, but tasty and fresh! I ordered the hummus and veggie plate which was delicious. Also, I ordered the solar power juice which was so yummy and filling! The juices really full you up so don't order too many items! The menu is limited so think carefully about which friends you have accompany you here! Clean place and great staff. Will visit again!! Giving it three stars just because I feel like the menu could offer more.

This is a good vegan option and a place where people with food allergies can hopefully relax a little. I ordered the Cure-All juice, which was a base of beets offset by acidic lime and some other goodies. It was delicious. The interior of the shop is somewhat modern and earthy, and very clean. They sell little odds and ends that benefit charities globally and some local books. There are plenty of spots to sit, and I picked a nice comfy chair adorned with a peace sign throw pillow near a bookshelf--I was pleased to see some ethical eating books in there. Bottom line, if you're hungry for something 'veggie', try Cosmic Coconut. They have homemade date and almond bars, sandwiches, smoothies, and juices that are all very fresh and reasonably-priced. It's a welcome spot in the sea of pork that is Memphis.

I'm a big time juicer in the city where I live (Atlanta) but am often on the road for business. I try to find the best organic, juicing option in each city and Yelp sent me to the Cosmic Coconut. And they were right! I had the terminator: wheatgrass, ginger and lemon shot-- that they combine into one big gulp with a piece of orange chaser. It was great. I also tried the bean and grain bowl-- brown rice, beans, quinoa, avocado and a fruit salsa-- really great. Seasoned well and super tasty. My experience was so great the first day I went back today again and once again had the terminator and this time tried the "Cosmic Coconut" smoothie. Not too sweet and very fresh. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the menu is beyond Coconut heavy (hence the name) and I wish it had more variety. I will be back next time I'm in town.

First, the food is amazing! If you haven't been there definitely check it out. My recommendations are the hummus wrap and quinoa burger - both are delicious! This would be 5 stars except for one very fixable issue. Half of the staff is friendly, but a few were very cool when I came in. Luckily, I'd been there before and didn't have any questions. If I was apprehensive about visiting a vegan spot or wasn't sure what to order I might have been turned off by the coolness of some of the staff.

Their food and smoothies are amazing! I was a little taken back by the prices and the size of smoothies. I ordered a small avocolada and got a shot size smoothie... It tasted amazing!

I like this place! Totally vegan. They make some spectacular sweet potato white bean soup for dinner. A lot of stuff is pretty expensive, but you know what I heard? Something about the U.S. spends less on food, percentage-wise, than most other countries, so. Just because we are used to spending less doesn't mean it is doing us any good. The smoothies are 100% organic and you're GONNA pay for that. I have had some really delicious smoothies there. Haven't tried the juice because I only like a week ago started to understand the point of juicing, but watch out because now I am ON it. Didn't like the flaxseed crackers or the chocolate mousse I tried, unfortunately. But everything else has been great, they carry some hard-to-find vegan food items and they have been known to have really interesting speakers in there.

Finally made the trek out to Cosmic Coconut, and boy am I glad I did! I had an avocolada smoothie (coconut water, lime pineapple, and avocado among other things), which was smooth and filling without dairy (a huge plus for me). This smoothie was a bit tart for my taste (probably the lime), but it felt well worth the price I paid for it as it filled me up without weighing me down. The staff was relaxed and friendly, and the environment was great to hang for a couple of hours and do work. It seems to do a good lunchtime and after school business, but it was never so crowded that I felt like I should leave. The music was just a hair loud for my old ears, but the selection was right on. I can't wait to go back and try their quinoa burger and maybe a soup!

We decided to go on a whim and try them out for a snack. I ordered a Chocolate Covered Almond Smoothie which was delightful. It had just the right balance of ingredients. The service was also pretty fast. After getting our smoothies we were able to linger a bit and drink our smoothies without feeling rushed, which was nice.

New to the area and recently used them for a juice cleanse. The customer service from Scott (I believe the owner or one of) was awesome! I missed the normal ordering deadline and he still flexed to get me set-up and even continued to answer my (million) questions along the way. Really appreciated the help! AND the juice cleanse was a good experience - drinks were great and I felt good throughout the whole experience. Looking forward to trying some of their full meals in the future. P.s. Running around for work and craved a smoothie so I stopped by here for one. There was a funky smell once you walk in but I'm sure it's because it's the healthy organic food. I ordered a large Stand By smoothie which was strawberry, apple, and banana. One of the best smoothies I've ever had and you can tell the fruits are super fresh. The only reason for 3 stars is because of the price. Even with the check in coupon, my total was $8.10 (incl. tip). You can get TWO drinks at Starbucks. I guess that's the price you pay for organic and healthy. So come here if you can afford to shell out the money. It's worth it! I, sadly, will be back. Bye paycheck!

I picked up 3 days of the rejuvenate juice cleanse. The staff was very friendly (Will especially) and even offered me recipe suggestions. They had my order ready first thing on Monday morning (even though they are closed on Sunday) so that I could start my week of right! Thanks, Cosmic Coconut!

Oh holy hell @ the prices! My smoothie was amazing, but the price per ounce was insane. And my kale chips? They weren't made onsite, but were priced at almost $5 a bag. They do sell cold pressed juices to-go, but the price is about 50% more than you can pay at whole foods. For $13 I got an 8 ounce smoothie and some kale chips. I could make that @ home for way less and feel way more full. I will say their menu items (soups, sandwiches, salads, etc.) look delicious. I'll probably give those a try sometime soon. But, if I'm I'm the mood for a smoothie or a fresh juice, I'll keep driving to whole foods, or, my house.

So my girlfriend has recently been on this health-tip, and had bought a $375 juicer for herself to make some drinks at her home. So when she came to visit me in Memphis, I thought I'd take her here to quench her thirst and to cure my curiosity. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering, and the menu on the wall seemed overwhelming at first. We picked a juice and a smoothie, and decided on the acai breakfast bowl to munch on. We placed our order, and had a seat. We watched as more and more people started to come through... I suppose since the yoga class just finished down the plaza. At the front door you then notice that they grow their own wheatgrass. Moments later, our order was before us... I was hesistant, but went at it... the juice was delish, and the smoothie was satisfying. I really did enjoy the crunch the acai breakfast bowl had, as it featured local made granola. My belly was happy, and I felt sorta healthy for once. It was good enough that we returned that same day after watching a movie at the Paradiso. Support local, go get yourself some juice!

Delicious! My 11 yr daughter loves the Standby with Strawberries, Bananas, & fresh apple juice and my 8 yr begs for the Vanilla Happy Dazed with Almond Milk, Bananas, cinnamon, & vanilla. I always get a ginger shot and any of their juices. Always hits the spot!!

I've always wanted to try a place like this but didn't want to be a poser. Don't get me wrong, I eat healthy, well, organic....I shop at Whole Foods. But I'm definitely a carnivore. And so the idea of me walking into a vegan restaurant with an implied health emphasis didn't seem like a good idea - what would I eat? So glad my girlfriend asked me to meet her there for lunch today - the perfect excuse! This might just be the first time I have had a grilled cheese and didn't feel like it was terrible for me. And the sweet potato soup was perfect for this chilly day. Their menu is not as intimidating as I thought it would be and I can't wait to go back and try their smoothies!

I came here because I had to buy a gift certificate for a friend's birthday. I had their Cosmic Coconut smoothie. It tastes fruity. I heard that this place has real good juices that you can use as meal replacers (if you are trying to go in a juice diet). I will perhaps try a juice at a later date should I go on another juice diet.

We had a great experience here. Came in around 11 and there was no line. I had the green detox, my husband had the good vibrations and my kids had a smoothie and they split it for them. I also tried the cacao chia bar and it was so good my picky daughter liked it! We will defo be going back. Everyone's happy :).

Love the juices from here. Always worth a stop in when in the area. I am a fan of the Go Green Detox and the Veggie Love. I have tried some of their soups too, and they are really good. They always have neat little baked goods in there. They've got some pretty cool T-shirts as well.

Extremely friendly and great Detox Juice! The cold press their juice so all the nutrients are saved! They have an assortment of juices and smoothies with a ton of boost choices. Great fast service. I would definitely recommend the GO Green Detox juice.

I was in Memphis for a couple of days and this was a gem. I have to say that finding a healthy place to eat in Memphis is tough and this place was exactly what I was looking for! Their food was great and their juice was on par with some of my favorites. This would be a staple for me if I lived in Memphis. I recommend getting your own Cosmic Coconut mason jar. Not only is it a deal, but it's great way to help the environment :)

Happened to drop in due to my ole faithful Whole Foods closing due to remodeling. Travel back and forth to Memphis therefore I don't explore much. Shame on me because this is an amazing find! Lots of options for juices and smoothies; even had blue green algae!!!! Flexible if you want to somewhat create to your liking. ONLY warning would be.....it's slower than I prefer. So, be patient....it's worth the wait!!! Happy to avoid the "Whole Foods" madness altogether.

I'm planning on becoming obsessed with this shop, which won't be difficult. I have visited on a number of occasions and each time I find myself happily sipping down a healthy combination of flavorful fruits and vegetables. Cosmic Coconut serves juice, smoothies, and other snacks. They make each drink on request, so expect to sit down for a hot minute. Their food is a little pricey but they use organic fruit and juicing requires a lot of fruit and vegetables. Don't be scared by the wheatgrass and carrot concoctions. Just ask the barista what s/he likes and you won't be disappointed.

Memphis needs more Cosmic Coconuts. It should be a law- for every piece of smoked meat you devour, a Cosmic Coconut juice should follow. This little vegan spot is truly a gem. I normally work during the days at one of the numerous coffee shops around town, but am currently doing a juice fast. I knew I couldn't handle the temptation of all that caffeine, especially only on day 3- so I set up shop today at the Coconut. It's a shabby-chic, cozy space offering only a handful of seating options both in and outdoors. When you work remotely you tend to notice the little things, and their chairs kind of rock. Much more comfortable than any of the work spaces I've been frequenting lately. They were also pumping the jams through the speaker system today. Always great to work with stellar tunes in the background. This is an all vegan place, and everything seems to be raw aside from random specials of the day. The juice and smoothie menu are quite extensive and also offer the ability to "build your own" by choosing 6 ingredients. They also offer a few salad options, fruit bowls and a hummus wrap. I am dying to try that portion of their menu, but for now it is all juice. I had the "All You Need is Love" (hey- you can't take the Beatles out of this girl!) the other day when I stopped in, and it was delicious. Rightfully so as it was made primarily of fruits. Today I opted for the "Go Green" which is kale, lemon, cucumber, apple, ginger and celery. It sounds vile, and I promise the first few sips are. It grows on you. I've been drinking a variation of it for a couple days now and theirs was right on. The staff was very friendly and uber accommodating. They frequently came over to see if I needed anything, even though you order at the counter. I felt very welcomed in the 3 hours I worked here today. Anyone who sets up shop and camps out for a few hours at a free Wi-Fi joint knows the perils of feeling like a complete nuisance. I didn't feel this way at all- in fact, I think they were glad to have me. I will definitely be working out of this spot more frequently.

Excellent juice bar and smoothie joint! I tried the Solar Power drink with carrot, apple, orange, and ginger and it was perfect! Tasty and so healthy. Also sampled the vegetable soup with lentils. Simply delicious.
