Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I've been here a couple of times. Their lunch entrees are 5.50 and pretty decently sized so it's not a bad deal. Their lo mein and their rice is good and both times I've come I've ordered the Sesame Chicken. It's good but there's so much sauce on it that by then end you're feeling pretty woozy! All in all, not the best Chinese I've ever had, and not the worst. It's a pretty popular spot for all the local businesses' employees to drop by on their lunch breaks.

This was my first time trying a new Chinese restaurant because I wanted to try something new. So I went in and saw a cool Water fountain next to the counter. I ordered some Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice from thr lunch special. When I open the bag, I saw a little quantity of Sesame chicken but a large serving of pork fried rice. The Sesame Chicken was great with the Sesame sauce and the rice was great to. I just would have like to see a little more Sesame Chicken. But I guess I would have to try the House Special Sesame Chicken. Overall for $6.00 it was great.

Had a good first experience at this little place. It's in a older strip center and nothing fancy inside but was clean and the owner was very nice. Hot and sour soup was nothing special but it was good, jalapeño wings were very good, pan fried dumplings had good filling and dumpling sauce. The owner mentioned some dishes not on the menu that I will try another time. With this first visit it is possible some of the specialty items might push it to a 4 star.

I ordered take out near closing time. I was not impressed with what I ordered. The spring rolls were the best things I tasted. I will not be returning. I went because of the reviews. However, my experience was not representative of the reviews from others.

For this to be a small place and not very popular, it's amazing! Food is great and prices are even better. The owner and services are so friendly and welcome! Not only can I eat there, I can eat comfortably.

there are multiple asian dining locations near the Hickory Hill area, but for Chinese, i would recommend C Fu for its consistency. A small location located right behind the Tacobell off S Mendenhall. Duck Noodle soup is one of my favs since it stays traditional with baby bok choy and thin yellow egg noodles. Also their traditional Young Chow FR is pretty good as well. Lunch times are quite busy and affordable.

Love the food and the owner is very friendly. If you want good Chinese food, then this is the place to be but it is not in a good area. Lunch is usually pack and dinners are mostly to go orders. I love the chicken wings with jalapeño and my next fave is the eggplant in spicy sauce.
