There is a BWW down the street from my current house. And I haven't been there in ages. Seems like a high school reunion spot I could care less about! With that being said, I did miss out on the decent blue corn chips and the large selection of wing flavors. As I was driving to my buddies apartment, I noticed on the way there was a BWW. And I knew I would not have a high school reunion here, I decided it was time to rekindle the flame. Mind you, the Fed Ex HQ is across the street, so when you are walking in wearing brown, you get some interesting looks. Bring it! With that being said, the servers are friendly, efficient, and could care less who you work for (as long as they get their money!). When it comes to getting drinks, they do it, and quickly. However, they do not serve the blue corn chips here, but the queso reminds me of the stuff at home. The menu looks the same, if not bigger- but I stuck with what I know- those boneless buffalo wings. My usual flavors are mango habanero, spicy garlic, and carib jerk. This time, I am not sure with what it was, but I tell you what- either those chicken were coated with an ultra unhealthy preservative, or those car. jerk wings had some new spices- because my stomach didn't feel right for a week after I ate them! My buddy was fine? Is my iron stomach finally wilting? I sure hope not, I have not been able to find a replacement on eBay yet! But at the end of the day, for a chain- it seems like a quick easy option for decent wings I am familiar with. And walking distance from the soon to be new home- so I might have to get shitty here a few times! PS- I think you have to be at least 19? after certain hours, and smoking is only allowed on the patio (covered and heated).

Food was great but service was horrible! Majority of the employees had attitudes and drinks never came until food was half gone. People were even falsely accused of not paying! Never coming back to this BWW, rather drive a longer distance for a better BWW. Would rate this place no stars if possible so the one star is for the food only.

I really like BWW. Well everything except the service about half the time. I don't know why it is bad or sub par about 50% of the time. I keeping coming back and hoping for the best.

We've been here a few times. It is a national chain and this location is pretty much like the others. We used to enjoy the trivia games...do they not have them anymore? In any case, the food was pretty good and typical for a wings place. The wings tasted fresh fried adn were crispy and hot...this makes all the difference on the world. Love the mango habanero, asian zing, and parmesan garlic sauces. Did not care for getting nickel and dimed...charging for blue cheese and celery? Really? In the past, I think you got your first servings for free with the wings. In the past, you also could choose how many wings to order...now, you specify sizes. I don't know if I am a fan of the changes. as always, tons of TVs to watch your favorite game. Service was a mixed bag...our waitress seemed very apathetic and we had to go out of our way to flag her down. However, another random waitress took a liking to our little one, and brought her a side of fries with a selection of sauces so she would know what to order...and she checked up on us more than our own waitress. She was SO nice!

Given that I haven't been to alot of BWW, I will say this about this location. the food is good but nothing to write home to mom about. It's more like bar food in a sense. I would go back to this location for sporting events, because it is great to be there during games. otherwise, I'll find somewhere else to go eat.
(3)
Dean D.
Just ok. Wings are small and just average. They've got a good sauce selection. I have had their chicken sandwich which I thought was good. Great place to go for sports events... Lots of big screenTV's. Service is average. I've found many better options for wings in the Memphis area.

We recently ate at this BWW location. I absolutely love BWW's food and atmosphere. But we had HORRIBLE service at this location. Our server Sarah neglected to wait on us. We watched her as she stood in the corner watching the tvs the whole time!

Bw3s is awesome and this location is great! I eat here often, and it is always good. Sitting outside is the best. :) Plus they have Stella Artois on tap

Unprofessional, deceptive and awful. Slow service, semi-dirty restaurant and the food was greasy. The waitress was sweet but service was practically non-existant. We ran out of beer several times and some of the food we ordered was forgotten by the staff. We went to see a nationally-televised game but on this week night was "Trivia Night" and all the sound for the game was off and a "DJ" for the trivia was on all the loudspeakers. I asked the manager if we could turn the sound on for the game because we (almost the entire restaurant) were at their sports bar to watch the game. She said no... every Thursday is Trivia Night some (my count 5) people there were playing on their computer devices. Crazy..

I was torn about how I should review this place and figure 3 stars would summary my experience there best. The service was OK and most of the food wasn't something that I would go back there for BUT their wings were pretty darn good. So my 3 stars go purely to their wings and delicious sauces.

This location was good when it first opened, not so much now. They must have changed the distributor they get the wings from. Huge, fatty like the chickens are pumped with steroids. We always order crispy and it never fails the cook screws up the order and they aren't cooked well. Way too expensive for the quality of food you recieve. After months of second chances, we will NOT be back.

It's basically a fast food joint placed inside a large sports bar :) Works well actually. The wings are inferior to those of Hooters (imho) but they have a much larger menu and burgers aren't too bad either. It's less rowdy then Hooters... or at least the men here don't expect to see breasts under tight tees and if they do, well, I guess that's always a bonus for them lol. But it's a fun place... air-conditioning is super cold (which is nice in the summer here) and the bar seems to be always crowded. They also have those remote trivia games you can play with. Get one from the bar area if you're interested. I think Thursdays are trivia nights if I'm not wrong - but don't quote me. I'm still upset they took the Thai sauce off the menu - that was the best sauce ever! Their other sauces are alright. Their most spicy sauce is more sour then hot... so I usually get that and add it with something sweet. Then it's perfect :)

Went to BWW by my house this past weekend. Reminded me why I never go to BWW. Inexperienced, unknowledgable wait staff, poor food, over priced beer, and an ok atmosphere. The waitress didn't know any local beer on tap, even though the menu says 'ask about our locals beers', which I could of got over, but the slow service, or lack of service was disappointing. The people I was with ordered wings and never got napkins, when we asked for some we were given bev naps.. for messy wings? Really? The burgers were also very messy, and didn't get my topping right on the Build your Burger.. of course the waitress blamed it on the kitchen. Just own up to your mistakes, we all make them! Won't be back for a very long time, if ever.

If you are into sports and wings this is your place. The food is fairly good. Do expect the best food you have ever put in your mouth. But hey this place is all about wings, beer and watching sports.

Ask for Christian best server here bar none! Wings are good get Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic but the atmosphere is terrific if you love sports and need to watch every game currently playing. The room is filled with tv's and the servers are attentive and friendly. I didn't like getting charged for the ranch and blue cheese but the wings were hot and tasty. I don't recommend takeout here as the wings get soggy by the time you get home. They also have boneless options for the kiddos. It's loud and fun and great during game time. Tuesday night wing specials are a steal and the fried mushrooms for $3 are awesome!
(4)

This is everything it advertises itself to be -wings, beer, and sports. There is a ton of variety with all of these things: plenty of sauces and dry rubs from which to choose for your wings, impressive amount of tap beers, and tons of tv's. For being a chain, their wings are quite impressive. Note that on Tuesdays, the wings are .60 cents each.

Food was pretty good but the service was very slow. Our waitress barley came to check on us. The food took almost 40 minutes to come out when the place wasn't busy at all. We came for lunch and this was the worst service I've experienced at any Buffalo Wild Wings.

I have loved BW3 since college. I don't do meat anymore, but I love the buffalo chips with cheese. Tonight was less than optimal. Food came maybe too fast. My chips were just a little soggy. The spouse liked his wrap OK

Service sucked. Food was 5 out of 10. I had to get up and ask my server 2 times for napkins and silverware. My server drop the food at my table without napkins silverware..... unacceptable. Only redeeming factor is they have a fairly decent selection of beer.

This location....I truly frown upon! ....The service is very slow. Stay away from this place if you are on a time schedule. Part of the staff seem very clueless of what's going on. My friend and I had lunch here a couple of weeks and it took them forever to figure out who was waiting our table...apparently no one! The food was OK...I had the snack size wings with Asian zing sauce and potato wedges with cheese and sour cream. I also came here last week and had the same thing but the wings were disgusting. I guess this place is a "hit or miss" type joint. I will not be eating here anytime soon.

Let me make this clear. The 1 star rating is for the food only, not the staff. This is now the third time I have given this chain a chance. All three time have been in different cities and different states. I don't believe I will ever give them another chance. A place named Buffalo Wild Wings should have good chicken wings. I have tried multiple flavors of the wings and cannot find a single one that is worth ever trying again. None of the flavors go well with the chicken and all of them even taste canned. I am very disappointed in their wings. However, the staff at this branch was wonderful. They were a little slow greeting us at the door, but they were all some of the friendliest people you would ever want to meet. Our waiter, Christian, was extremely friendly and very helpful. The gentleman that came out to let us try different flavors before ordering, I wish I remembered his name, was also very nice and helpful. I feel bad for the staff because they are so nice, but my rating has to go with the food on this one and the food was awful.

Sunday football, open tables, waiting 45 min to be seated because the manager told the hostess not to seat because they are short staff. He's running around waiting tables wilt four employees are staring at us in the waiting area apologizing. Fire the busboy who is trying to be a manager and hire someone who knows how to put people to work. On the positive side, the manager never slowed down from waiting tables. Would make an excellent worker :)

BONELESS WINGS $0.65 ON THURSDAYS!! I have come to this location about three or so times over the past seven years with a variety of different people. Not often, but I just recently discovered how much I like (boneless) wings. Hubby and I came here together Tuesday night. I can definitely say they have improved a few things over the years. For example, they have significantly improved the tasting of different flavors. Since I haven't been here in a bit and I never wrote what I liked down, I had to start from scratch and memories. In the past you could try a few and they would bring you little cups and you had to order fries or figure out some way to sample them. Luckily, now you can sample up to 6 flavors from a sampler guy. He was pleased that I wrote mine down on a piece of paper for him (I always have a notepad on me for Yelp stuff!). I was pleased he even bring a small thing of thin fries to try the samples with. The food here is pretty great. I don't like bone-in wings so I always get the boneless. I usually don't venture beyond the wings here because that's what I come here for (and unlike Hooter's the wings here are actually supposed to be their selling point). Interestingly enough, the only thing that is called Buffalo is a dry rub, which to me had no flavor. However, the original sauce (which comes in a variety of spice levels) tastes like Buffalo sauce. I asked once about this but was told it wasn't... but it totally is. I like spicy things, but their max, Blazin, is all burn and no flavor, so I've played around with different things to see what I like. Another cool thing they do (at least with boneless) is let you split your wings up and get different flavors for each set of five. For example, if you get the Small with 10 wings you can get two flavors. So with the Medium with 15 wings you can get three flavors. If you feel they didn't put enough sauce on you can always ask your waiter for more. I'm not sure if the bone-in wings are cooked in the sauce or what but the boneless ones are just cooked wings with sauce thrown on top (as far as I can tell) so it works out. Sadly the Santa Fe sauce is gone now though hopefully they bring it back! (I opted out of trying the new Maple Syrup flavor). It's a tad expensive for something that I don't have any leftovers for, so hubby and I have agreed to only come on Thursdays to get the discount on the boneless wings. Loved: - Asian Zing Sauce (fav) - Fries - Honey BBQ Sauce - Onion Rings (with its sauce!) - Parmesan Garlic Sauce (hubby fav) - Santa Fe Sauce Liked: - Fried Mushrooms - Jammin Jalapeno Sauce - Medium Sauce (hubby fav) - Mozzarella sticks - Nachos - Spicy Garlic Sauce - Thai Curry Sauce Disliked: - Blazin Sauce - Bleu Cheese - Buffalo Dry Rub - Caribbean Sauce - Honey Mustard Sauce - Jalapeno Pepper Bites - Mango Habanero Sauce - Mild Sauce - Sweet BBQ Sauce - Teriyaki Sauce

Overpriced and cheap owners is my overall impression. The food is just ok, the beer selection is better than most, lots of TV's, and a few games for the kids and adults. I say cheap owners because of my last experience there. I ordered wing which came out ith almost no sauce i wanted to send them back but the waitress said she would just bring me some out, when i looked at my bill the charge me for it!! Along with just about everything else, ended up feel like i got a deal when there was nothing on the bill for ketchup! Beer prices are a little steep too. It is however a great place to catch a game just brings lots of cash if your eating/drinking

It is however a great place to catch a game just brings lots of cash if your eating/drinking

Not very good at all! The wings and service were bad I would much rather go to a Hooters and will next time.
