absolutely love the environment. The service was very good and the food was terrific. I'm puzzled buy the fact that the bread they serve with the meal is such low quality and that they serve the cheap shaker parm with the meals. Very odd ways to cut corners. With that said, yes I would highly recommend this place

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the city. I always get the chicken parmesan, as it is so delicious. My wife and I always go on dates here, and they never disappoint.

A local establishment with 20+ years serving the neighborhood. Entering, you'll find a small bar with a few low-rise tables featuring bulky chairs. It would be more inviting if the oversized chairs and low-rise tables were replaced with high bistro tables/chairs that could then accommodate 3-4 per table. Then, it would look and feel like a bar/lounge. No music. Could hear the crickets chirping. Poor air conditioning in the bar area was blamed on Sun through the glass...but the frontage faces South (cute). Could really use some "Italian music white noise" in the background. Would add to the place's energy. The food was adequate. Has the taste of "off the truck," not homemade. Service from a young staff was very attentive (A+). I definitely got the impression that the second generation owner is not as interested or attentive to this business as the founders. Pity, but common.

Three of us went to Brooklyn Bridge for dinner on a Friday evening. None of us had been there before, so we started our evening with the Antipasti Misto in order to sample a wider variety of dishes. The calamari was OK but was taken out of the fryer before it reached optimum crispness. The spinach/artichoke dip was just fine. No complaints. It was pretty much what one expects for that dish. The caprese salad, however, was oddly tasteless. Both the tomatoes and cheese just had nothing going for them. The occasional bits of basil made the dish worthwhile, but those were on the sparse side. My husband had one of the specials of the day. I wish I could remember its name, but simply can't. It was a very large chicken breast, served with mushrooms and a brown sauce. He said he liked it a lot. I did not taste it, so I simply can't say. The portion was huge. I can attest to that! Our entrees came with a pasta and salad. We all chose the house salad with blue cheese vinaigrette. Had they used a light hand with the dressing, it probably would have been a nice salad. But, the thing was drowning in dressing! It was all I could taste. Too bad. It really seemed that, given a little restraint, the salad could have been enjoyable. As it was, a few sad tastes were all I could handle. My pasta side dish was another failure. I ordered angel hair with pesto. Big mistake. The pasta was way, way overcooked. I would have preferred pasta that had been removed al dente from the water, drained briefly and then tossed with a glistening mixture of freshly blended pesto, fragrant with pine nuts and olive oil. Alas, the angel hair pesto I was served that night appeared to have spent quite some time on a steam table. It was thick and gluey. The pesto had turned to an opaque amalgam with the mushy angel hair. Nothing glistening here! I scraped a couple of forkfuls off the top and called it quits. Just dreadful. My veal marsala wasn't very pleasing, either. The veal could have been more tender. But, the big problem was the sauce. I couldn't taste much marsala. The texture of the sauce was the biggest disappointment, however. Rather than being a reduction, it was apparently thickened with flour. It had the consistency of a gravy. Bleah! Our friend had the spaghetti and ravioli combination with meat sauce. He says he wouldn't rave about it but that it was good. (He didn't have anything left to take home in a box.) He liked the calamari better than I did but had no other comments about the meal. We probably won't be back. For these prices, I expect higher quality. I don't mind paying for a good meal...and this just wasn't all that good.

You have GOT to check out their happy hour menu from 5-7 during the week. Acutally from that menu, (even though it's pretty limiting on their choices) the single serve pizza is wonderful. You can get as many toppings as you like but you do not want to pass this up. They have lots of other things on their regular menu to choose from, but what a great quaint place.

What else can I say! The best Italian restaurant in the city. I love their spinach lasagna. The service is great. I have to admit that the decor can be updated a little, but the food is great.

I will try to spell out objectively why I've decided to go full-on one star here. First, I have to say that the food wasn't very good. I came here with three friends, and really only one of us liked our food. We started with the antipasto misto, which had fried calamari, bread with spinach and artichoke dip, and a caprese. These things were just okay, but the caprese especially had bitter tomatoes and tasteless mozzarella. None of the four of us cared for it. I ordered a decent bottle of wine, a Barolo. In Italy, a Barolo will cost you about $15-20. I felt like the $80 tag on this bottle was excessive, even by comparing it elsewhere in the US. We ordered farfalle with shrimp, chicken parm, veal marsala, and penne all'arrabbiata. I tasted all of them, and really the farfalle were the only thing that was decent. The chicken parm and veal marsala were just okay, and the arrabbiata was just BAD (and unfortunately, was mine). I counted NINE cloves of garlic in my one plate of pasta. I mean, I like garlic - but come on. It was quickly browned in a pan and raw inside. It might have been delicious had the garlic been caramelized and sweet, but instead it kept its sharp edge. The veal marsala tasted like it had brown gravy instead of marsala. So until that point it was disappointing, but then the $198 bill came. I don't shy away from a meal that's $50/head, but it had better be good. In this case, it wasn't even close. The decor here is a little kitschy but cute, the service seemed pretty good - but you have to have good food to make a restaurant.

Last night we were at a loss as to where to go eat, so I pulled out the Entertainment Book I bought for my daughter's school fundraiser....Brooklyn Bridge just kind of stood out. The bf said he'd eaten there a long time ago and he remembered the lasagna and cheesecake being really good. Sold. I fell in love with the place the moment I set foot inside. I felt like I was in Little Italy or something - very old school, but not tacky. Family pictures are everywhere and the lighting is just right. The menu - GOOD LORD, the menu! I have to say, I hemmed and hawed over all the selections for a good long while before going with my Italian favorite, veal picatta. Since it was my first time visiting, I decided that if they could nail a benchmark dish like that then they would be worthy of a second visit. The bf had (predictably so) the lasagna. Both entrees came with a nice salad and were delicious. The service was spectacular - our waitress made some very good recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the menu. Sorry for the long review - I guess I could have summed it up like this: GO. The food is fantastic and the menu is better than any other Italian restaurant I've been to in Memphis. (And the cheesecake? A definite YES)

Not impressed. Had way better Italian food in Memphis. The chicken in the Marsala was cooked perfectly but tasteless. The huge cloves of garlic on the pasta were raw. Dinner for three was well over $100. Way over priced!

Food was decent, but not terrific value because it was only okay, not excellent or memorable. Friendly service, good sized portions. I think I'd like this place better if the entrees were priced better, I think they were in the $20-$30 range.

We came from Atlanta to visit our daughter who lives in Germantown. My wife loves Italian food as she is from N.Y.C. and knows what good Italian food is all about. We went here on Xmas eve with my wife, daughter and grandsons. I had the Spaghetti con Vongele, my wife had Veal Marsala and my daughter had Spaghetti and meatballs. The kids had plain pasta. First the service was excellent. The server was very cheery and polite. There was a normal wait for the food to be presented. The entre's came with a house salad and bread. The bread was just sliced Italian bread you get in the food store. It came with olive oil dip and butter. The olive oil dip was mostly just olive oil with no flavorings that were pronounced. The salad was just a small typical mixed green salad that was OK. I did order the mussels as an appetizer and they were tasty and done just right. They came in a tomato sauce with onions and other spices. Now for the main courses. I like pasta with white clam sauce and the Spaghetti con Vongele was just that. The taste was mostly just pasta and the white clam sauce was not pronounced at all. It did come with a boatload of clams however but they too were pretty much void of taste. My wife's Veal was fine, she did say that the portion was very large and more than she could finish, My Daughter's Spaghetti and Meatballs were also OK. Just what you would expect for this kind of dish. The downside on the establishment was the price. I thought that $125.00 for all of us was a little high for the quality of the food served. I did have a beer with the meal, but they do not have draft beer only in bottles. They did provide a chilled glass for the beer and that perked up the experience. I would reccomend this place even though it is on the high side for families. You might be better going as a couple. My only pet peeve for a restaurant of this type is grated cheese on the table in a shaker bottle. I wish they could have provide real brick cheese grated by the server. The taste would have been so much more enjoyable.

One of the top Italian restaurants in Memphis. BB has a broad menu of authentic Italian dishes. I lived in Italy three years and BB is as close as it gets without being there. Service is good, so is the atmosphere. Great place to meet with friends or business associates.

This restaurant is dark inside, it kind of has an 18th century old Italian feel to it. It's ran by Italians -- the Correale family, so it's not McItalian -- it's the real deal. Chef Giorgio Correale whips up yummy fare in his kitchen -- try the Pollo di Piccata. It's a tender chicken breast sauteed with lemons and capers. The artichokes are good, not slimy, and the wine sauce is very complimentary. For around $20 per entree, the food is not cheap, but as cheesy as it is, there's love put into it, and you can taste it. It's not pre-frozen, pre-packaged anything.

I went with friends at their suggestion. Thought it was average. Everyone was surprised that they didn't have fresh grated Parmesan. I thought the best part of the meal was actually the bread and olive oil seasoning mix & our artichoke spinach dip - the rest was nothing special.

I'm a little disappointed to read the negative reviews below, because there is something really special about this little place. I've been many times over the years and have always had a wonderful experience. I almost feel like I am in Italy when I am there. Now I am pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. But Brooklyn Bridge never disappoints me. For starters, try the Shrimp Gorgonzola. It's simply shrimp cooked in a Gorgonzola sauce with brandy and herbs. But it is so delicious. And I love their pizzas. My favorite is the Spinach and Four Cheese. It's huge and the crust is soft and yeasty. Sometimes I find myself actually craving this (like now). Oh yeah - I think I know what I want for dinner tonight!

Brooklyn Bridge serves up the warm, inviting Italian food and atmosphere that makes it one of the universally beloved cuisines. You walk in here, and you're family. My parents visit regularly (with me when I'm lucky) and have yet to find a dish not worth ordering again, but our favorites are the lasagna (for meat lovers), manicotti, and the gnocchi. Save room for dessert if you can, and enjoy!

I live in Memphis, but grew up in New York. I love this place, it's a genuine NY Italian restaurant, exactly like the restaurants I remember from my youth. I've recommended Brooklyn Bridge to many friends and colleagues and they all have loved it as well. Favorite dish is the Penne Calabrese Arrabiata.

We have dined here a few times and I can say that I have always had a pleasant experience each and every time. Italian Food (except pizza) for some reason is never on my radar and we often go a year without having any Italian. Most recently was no exception to my track record here. We started with the Shrimp Gorgonzola for an appetizer and it was AWESOME! Just the right amount of everything! The sauce was nice and thick but still somewhat light. The Shrimp were cooked very well and where nice and plump. I had Vitello Parmigiana for dinner and I really enjoyed it. The veal was cooked perfectly and the sauce, cheese, and everything were on point! I will say they could have used about half the sauce but hey... It was still great! I had angel hair with Pesto as my side and it was very good as well. My wife had a very boring Baked Penne... Tasted good, but boring... Maybe this is why I skip the Italian, yes, this is exactly why... She gets sauce and noodles... boring... Anyway, this place is a great bet for a nice quiet evening in an old family owned place serving great Italian food... Even if it is boring...

3.5 stars. I will say my starter salad with bleu cheese vinaigrette knocked my socks off - like abnormally good. I normally barely touch those silly salads that "come" when you order a certain entree but this time I was licking the plate clean. But until the dessert came, my experience otherwise was lackluster. The shrimp appetizer with a gorgonzola cream sauce had absolutely no flavor...you couldn't even tell it was gorgonzola. And my spaghetti/ravioli combo entree was just bland (where were the spices?! Or butter?!). The only thing I ate was the giant meatball and I took the rest home because there was so much food I couldn't justify just leaving it there...lucky for me my boyfriend is a master chef because when he made me leftovers the next day he added all of the spice that was missing the first time around...and it was a delicious, different dish! I love that this place is a family restaurant and it seems everyone is involved. The picture of the ginormous family all together by our table warmed my heart. Our waiter was attentive and sweet. And the atmosphere?! It screams warm and fuzzy Italian comfort food! And the caramel pie with Oreo crust and whipped cream was just a lil slice of heaven.

Like the atmosphere and the service was excellent. I had Eggplant Parmigiana on the recommendation of a friend - I found it to be very cheesy which I am sure a lot of people enjoy. I will try the Fried Eggplant next time and ask for the sauce on the side - the sauce on top was tasty but made the Eggplant Parmigiana a little soggy. Their wine list is good except for the prices which were a little high.

We ate here the day after Valentines Day. Although the wait was a bit long since we did not have a reservation, we very pleased with our meal. We felt as if we were dining in Little Italy. We started out with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly. Both my wife and I had the Veal Saltimbocca Romana, which was absolutely amazing! The service was great, and the prices are terrific. We cannot wait to return to this little gem, and enjoy another romantic Italian Dinner.

Consistently average. I'll probably catch some flack for this review and, candidly, 2004 Matt would tell 2014 Matt he's a fool for giving this place less than 4 stars. However I genuinely feel that the food world has passed this place by. What used to be one of my favorite Italian spots in the city, now feels musty and lethargic. Food that once jumped out with fresh flavors and textures now comes off as mushy and uninspired. It's unfortunate but I believe two factors are at play... both a decrease in passion by ownership/management, and a stagnant, uninspired menu. I understand the desire to feature classic Italian fare. It's a style that can generally stand on it's staples. However the sauce seems thinner and the pasta seems more "mushy" than it did in the past. Don't get me wrong... The food is still solid, and I will still be back. However given the price points, they fail to achieve expectations. My filet was cooked perfectly, but the bed of spaghetti it sat on more closely resembled grits than pasta... And the sauce it was swimming in didn't taste fresh at all. My girlfriend's shrimp and pasta dish was equally unimpressive. Perhaps I'm a hair low on this... 3.5 could be fair. But no way I could in good conscience give this food 4 stars at this price point... and 2004 me hates myself for it. Get the passion back, guys.

My absolute favorite place to get pizza in Memphis! The four cheese and spinach pizza is great. If you call in your order for delivery, it's ready for pick up in about 20 minutes.

I have been eating here for years but, sadly, the food, service, and management have all declined. My husband and I were there a recently and our experience was disappointing from the start. The hostess didn't acknowledge us to be seated until after another employee instructed her to do so. It took another ten minutes for our drink order to be taken. We ordered an appetizer at the same time we ordered our drinks and the food beat the drinks to the table. We finished our appetizer and waited an additional twenty minutes just to order our food. Once our entrees finally arrived, my food wasn't even warm. This entire experience was disappointing and unexpected as I have been a patron of this establishment for several years; however, after this occurrence, I do not plan on returning.

Nice little Italian place, a bit dirty, but the food is great.we had the marsala sauce and zuppa di peace, both of them very good.
I love "the bridge" so very much! My family is from New Jersey so I grew up on New York style pizza and this place has the best in town. I'm also a huge fan of the spinach dip, to the point that I will pout if whoever I'm with wont agree to one. If I'm not getting pizza the it's always a hard decision between to vodka penne and gnocchi - SOOOO good! Don't forget to save room for dessert, the cheesecake and cannoli are made in house and are the best the Memphis. Dinner for 2 one app, two entree, one dessert and two glasses of wine will run about $100 and pizza with one appetizer will run about $40 for the table so you can go high or low at this place - which I love. Oh, and the pizza reheats well if you don't have 3 or 4 people wanting to go. The leftovers are worth the $3 to order the large. The ambience is a little cheesy, no questioning you are in an Italian restaurant but a good date place nonetheless. I always see families with kids there though, depending on the kids this is ok but if you are on a date , my favorite spot is the little nook by the window under the stairs, a little private.

Yum!! The pizza is so so good. I'm from New York and have lived a lot of different places so I'm always in search of good "fold over" pizza, but Brooklyn Bridge has it! I didn't order the pizza the first time my husband and I were there, but I saw a lot of different tables with Pizzas. So I thought next time I would try it. Glad I did. My husband ordered a chicken dish--I forget...might have been chicken marsala. He really liked it. It came with a side of pasta. It was actually enough for 2 meals. The only downfall is that service was really really slow. We had a 7:15 rez and we didn't get out of there until 8:45. Our waitress was really nice though and offered a dessert on the house for the delay. The only other comment I have is that the first time we were there we sat in the room opposite the bar. The lighting was nice. This time we sat on the bar side and the lighting was much brighter. It would have really made for a nice atmosphere had the lighting been lowered.

This is a nice, family owned and run place. Food is more traditional than you find in a lot of the chain restaurants, and is always good (but pretty rich). It isn't cheap, but is a good value for the money. Service is always good. They could put olive oil on the table so you can replinish your oil to dip the bread.

Brooklyn Bridge has been on the Memphis scene forever, but this was surprisingly the first time I had dined there. After this experience, I will never return. THE GOOD: ---The restaurant was very accommodating and secured a reservation for 7 people with just a few hours notice. ---Our server was extremely nice and patient was our large table. He definitely knew the menu and I appreciated his good attitude and willingness to help! ---Entree portions are decently sized and enough to make 2 meals out of it. THE BAD: ---The decor is extremely dated. You feel like you are in a time-warped Italian restaurant from 1971. ---The first thing you will notice when you open up your menu is...the PRICES ARE INSANELY HIGH! I live in Atlanta, and you can get an entree at a gourmet restaurant for less than a plate of veal parmesan at Brooklyn Bridge. If the food had been amazing, then maybe the prices would have been justified (see next bullet). ---The food here was AWFUL. Fresh parmesan? Nope. The bread was clearly store bought and had the taste to match (it was cold too). The salads that come with your entree lacked any type of imagination, and instead are comprised of wilted romaine and sliced raw carrots and cabbage (and doused with dressing). They honestly reminded me of the crappy salads you get at a hibachi restaurant before the magical fried rice and shrimp/chicken/steak combos come out, but at least at those restaurants the rest of your meal is delicious. Our group ordered a variety of pasta dishes: spaghetti and meatballs, manicotti, penne a la vodka, veal parmesan, etc. The manicotti was supposed to have a meat sauce, but from what I could tell this dish was 95% ricotta cheese and noodles. Neither guest who ordered it seemed to care for it. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and added two meatballs to it. The entire dish lacked seasoning and honestly reminded me of the spaghetti I used to get from my elementary school cafeteria. The meat sauce had hardly any meat and they definitely skimped on the sauce when ladling it on. The meatballs were decently sized, but again they lacked any type of seasoning or flavor. You expect Italian restaurants to produce dishes filled with love and seasoning, and that remind you of family cooking. Brooklyn Bridge did not deliver on this. Save your money and go get barbecue or try some of the new restaurants in Overton Square or Downtown Memphis. Brooklyn Bridge is dated, overpriced, and not willing to put any love or care into the dishes that it is serving.

Pleasant surprise... ambiance is great for dating and quaint celebrations. Opens at 5 today.. I got here about 5:15, immediate seating. The waiter was very young but very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered Farfalle with chicken. I have never had sliced chicken in a pasta dish...Oh my was it flavorful. A true taste of Italy, smack dab in the middle of Memphis and just what the doctor ordered. Definite repeat..

Had a great anniversary dinner. My wife and I celebrated our 11th at the place where we got married. The food, the atmosphere, and the people make this our special place. Daniela and Mr. Correale have mad every visit special. Tonight's food was spectacular as always the Steak Marcella and the Steak Pezolla were superbly cooked, the drinks were mixed well well. The remove ration for the Shrimp Gorgonzola appetizer was awesome. Garett the server was very attentive and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. Coming to the Brooklyn Bridge is an experience every time. Enjoy!!!

The food was terrible. My boyfriend and I could not finish our entrees. We were one of the only parties in the restaurant and our food took forever to get out. We will never go back. How this has good reviews is beyond me because the food did not taste fresh nor was there good flavor.

Nice restaurant situated in a quaint square. No line when we arrived and we were seated immediately. The menu was extensive. The clams in white sauce were excellent as an appetizer and we were allowed to keep the empty dish to dip our bread. My Fillet of Sole was good but I'm not sure it was fresh. My companions enjoyed their dishes and the atmosphere was good. I did see some other dishes that I want to try so I intend to return.

I love this restaurant! The setting is small and quaint. It's so nice that it's a true family restaurant, with staff who obviously like their jobs. The wait staff is smiling and friendly and the owner walks around and greets guests, many by name. I agree with a past reviewer who said the salad was unusually delicious. I rarely order pasta as an entree, so can't address her comments there. I can recommend the chicken and salmon dishes. I especially like the horseradish crusted salmon. It's a great contrast of flavors. I think some items on the desert menu have changed recently. Hope they bring back the old cheesecake recipe. It's the best cheesecake in town! Portion sizes are generous; I almost always bring something home. Prices are reasonable for the size and quality of the meals.

First I will start with the best things about this place. The service is perfect. We interacted with the bar tender, hostess, and waitress and they could not have been any nicer or more patient with us. The atmosphere makes it. I am a huge fan of small hole in the wall places and this definitely hits the mark. Even though this place was small and their was a wait they have done well to make the best of the space and I never felt cramped. It actually takes reservations! So many new restaurants these days don't take reservations. This one does so it is a good place to remember when planning ahead and wanting to avoid a wait. Ok as for the reasons I gave it 4 instead of 5... Really mostly centers around the food and the inconsistency. To be honest its hit or miss. For instance: bread was blah, salad was awesome!, gnocchi was meh, parmesan crusted salmon out of this world, tiramisu just ok, coffee best ever.

Food = 5 stars. Atmosphere = 4 stars. Wait staff = 3.5 stars (waitress was very nice, but a bit slow and ditzy). Just my wife & I for a quick dinner tonight, and we decided to try Brooklyn Bridge. I knew it was there but had never gone in... a friend told me it was "nothing special". I would disagree. Hands-down, this is the best thin-crust, NY-style pizza I've had in Memphis. It was actually "white pizza", so I can't really comment on the sauce. But it was loaded with fresh cheese and spinach... absolutely delicious. These guys understand two of the key principles of pizza making: 1. When you fold a slice of pizza, the crust should CRACK a bit, not just bend. And 2. There is no such thing as "too much garlic". We also had the spinach and shrimp stuffed mushroom appetizer. Excellent blend of ingredients with Gorgonzola cheese... Delicious! Can't wait to go back, although right now I'm so full I may not eat breakfast tomorrow!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I don't mind paying for a good meal...and this just wasn't all that good.

it's O.K.....nothing to write home about....it's average....but for MEMPHIS....probably.... THE RAGE.......no big deal

(4)Trevor T.

(5)Debby R.
Not impressed. Had way better Italian food in Memphis. The chicken in the Marsala was cooked perfectly but tasteless. The huge cloves of garlic on the pasta were raw. Dinner for three was well over $100. Way over priced!
(2)Jennifer L.
Food was decent, but not terrific value because it was only okay, not excellent or memorable. Friendly service, good sized portions. I think I'd like this place better if the entrees were priced better, I think they were in the $20-$30 range.
(3)j g.
t is good. a lil pricey on the entrees but its good food- best gnocchi in town, wonderful choc cheesecake, nice crisp salad ( lil too small - good house dressing) great alfredo pizza. killer lasagna--dense n cheesy- i get a big pan for take out parties often

(4)Missy E.

(4)Joellyn B.
Food was excellent! Service was extremely friendly and great! Shrimp Gorgonzola was fantastic!
(4)Mark W.
Just ok. Nice atmosphere but mediocre food even at half the price. I wouldn't recommend Brooklyn Bridge.
(2)Sara H.
(4)DJ B.
(4)Jim A.
Maybe not five stars but good food friendly service. Pay no attention to those other guys; the food is good, the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable and the staff is wonderful.
(5)Rachel W.
Sub-par Italian food that is way overpriced. AVOID!
(1)Adam H.

(3)Don C.
(4)Justin L.
(4)Matt S.

(5)Kristena P.

Of all the Italian restaurants in the Memphis area, Brooklyn Bridge is probably one of the top establishments. I have been here several times now and their service is always friendly. The décor is very much like an Italian restaurant; there are white tablecloths and interesting art sprawled across the walls. Usually when I come here, I get the spinach artichoke dip which never disappoints. Their New York style pizza is also quite good; I am personally a more avid fan of Chicago style, but for what it is, it is delicious. They do not skimp on the toppings and although they use a hearty amount of cheese, the pizza is never too greasy. It is also quite filling and very reasonably priced; if you order a large pizza for two, you are almost certain to have enough leftovers for the two of you to have another meal at a later time. I have tried a couple of their pastas and it's probably some of the better pasta in the area. The desserts here are absolutely amazing, regardless of what you choose. This is a really good date spot, as you can enjoy the ambiance and attentive service of an Italian restaurant along with an appetizer to share, a pizza to share, and a dessert to share for less than $50. I would definitely recommend the Brooklyn Bridge to anyone looking to eat out for Italian in the city of Memphis.
(4)Amanda E.

Excellent food and great service. Great atmosphere. Definitely a must go place. Try the antipasto Local family.

(4)Gary D.

(2)M M.
(4)Reggie W.
Enjoy!!!
(5)Caitlin S.
The food was terrible. My boyfriend and I could not finish our entrees. We were one of the only parties in the restaurant and our food took forever to get out. We will never go back. How this has good reviews is beyond me because the food did not taste fresh nor was there good flavor.
(1)Robert S.
(3)Mary M.
(5)Ashley B.
(4)Alan K.
