Very good food. Have ate there a few times now and the food is always consistent. I have had the chicken cordon bleu melt and the Italian sub and both are amazing. The hummus w pita bread is a good started and they have 4 different flavors of teas. Highly recommended and will definitely visit any time in the Martin area!

If I felt like waiting 45 minutes for a tuna melt I would've asked my 80 year old grandmother to make it for me. If you lose an order, don't act annoyed that you need to make another one and take an additional 20 minutes to do so. As for the sandwich - sub par should be the new name of the restaurant. Prepare to be underwhelmed.

Since opening, Sammie's has yet to let me down when I'm feeling a a rumble in my tumbly. The five Burroughs dag and the chicken cordon bleu melt are my go to sandwiches, but I love trying new things there. When you go into Sammie's, expect to be greeted and treated like you're welcome.

I think this place is great. Although I am still mourning the loss of BDX (if you went to UTM between 2003 and 2008 you probably know what I'm talking about) because my husband and I had many a date night there when we were still in college and dating. I knew they were going to go under when they started trying to do food. Anyway. I'm glad that something that is legitimately good has finally moved in, and I hope they stay. If I was at UTM now, I would be here all the time. Are some of the sandwiches a little pricey? Maybe, but in my opinion they are good enough to hold their value. I have only been twice because the drive from Nashville is a little far, but my experience was great both times. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pita both times. I wanted to try something else the second, but I think I actually had a dream about this sandwich so I had to get it again. It is REALLY good, and you can opt for low-fat ranch if you want. They also have fruit tea! FRUIT TEA!! I wish they sold T-shirts; some of the shirts the girls that work there wear are actually kind of funny. I'd wear them. If you haven't tried this place yet, check it out.

I've eaten here lots of times an the food is always good and the staff is always friendly. A little bit pricey for the "Dags" I think but the subs aren't a bad value. I really like the santa fe. Cookies are really good too they warm them!

Went into Sammies and ordered a tuna melt Yum. The staff was super friendly and courteous. This place is awesome. I'll definitely be back.

Great food great atmosphere! Prompt friendly service. We have been there twice and each time tried something different and all have been great. I'm glad that this place has opened in Martin.

There was a big line but it moved surprisingly quickly. Store was noticeably clean. Seating is comfortable but a little cramped. I had the hot italian beef and cream of tomato soup and unsweet tea. Italian beef was very tender and juicy and covered in Giardiniera. I was worried it was going to be too spicy but it was just right. Tomato soup was literally creamy, I think that they put cream in. It had little tomato chunks and mild spices. It was served with a toasted bread stick which was a nice touch. Tea was great, not the colored water most places serve. Service was friendly and efficient.
