Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Pretty good Mexican fare. Great draft XX beer. Atmosphere is great. Big portions of food, but I've had better Mexican food.

Holy absolutely amazing!!! Everything tasted great and service was awesome! Whatever you get, smother it in queso, and you'll not be disappointed. Prices were alright, but WELL worth the quality! We ordered the shrimp tacos, California burrito, the burrito real with shrimp(smothered in queso!!!), and mango margs! EVERYTHING WAS MAGICAL!!!!

Good food, great service, had the California burrito. Surprising the quality of the food in a smaller town. The wife has the pork tacos little spicy for her taste. I had to give them a taste and they were excellent as well.

Was in town for training and decided to fill a crave for some Mexican food. Decided on El Mol since it was off the main thoroughfare and the parking lot was full. The inside of the restaurant was clean and we were seated promptly. Shortly after being seated we were give chips and salsa. I decided on the Carnitas and my partner Pollo Queso. The food was fresh and cooked and seasoned perfectly. The only draw back of the meal was the Margarita that was on special that evening that's glaring absence of alcohol. We asked the waiter about the Margarita to which he laughed and proceeded no longer understand English. Overall food is worth the stop, but stick to Coke or beer!

First time here. Passing through on the way to Jackson, TN Good food, however the lunch express prices are $2 - $2.50 higher than the usual express lunch in a Mexican Restaurant.

Great Mexican food from an unexpected place. Had a large modelo michelada and it hit the spot. Also downed the fajitas and I almost fell into a good coma. Portion sizes are large and the prices are low. The quality is great and the taste is authentic. I was in town for work and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Not the cleanest place in the world but fast, good service. Fajitas were definitely the best choice at our table.

We loved the food here! It's namesake dish was some of the best Mexican food that I have had. We were just passing through town on a long drive and were so pleasantly surprised!

Not bad for Mexican food in Tennessee. Restaurant was clean, lots of choices on the menu, food was good, service wasn't bad. There wasn't much for spice in the meals, but if you are in the area it is a decent choice.

The prices are right, the meat and ingredients are pretty fresh tasting (definitely get the pork). Their chips were fresh and warm and yum. Anything that I ordered with a corn tortilla.... I just removed the corn tortilla, it was not the right texture. Anyway this place is good, didn't knock my socks off but - I have high standards so three stars :)

A coworker and I were in town working at Arnold Air Force Base and I found this place on Yelp looking for a place to have lunch. Once again, Yelp did not disappoint...we both ordered 3 al-a-cart tacos and both agreed they were very good. They give free salsa and chips so, our total bill for the 2 of us to eat a good lunch came to $13. Service was good, food came out fast, reasonable prices...great place to grab lunch.

This is place kicks ass! For the few days I was in Manchester, I went here twice. The pork tacos were insane, and everything is definitely what you hoped. Check it out!

Food was awesome! Large portion and cheap! Service was great as well... too bad they don't have one in Houston!
