So we just got back from this Starbucks and they did not do very well. We wanted to try the new Smores Frap. As we were waiting we saw them catch a breakfast sandwich on fire. People in line were complaining on how the store has gone downhill since new management has happened. We were in line for about 15 mins and they were only serving 2 groups in front of us. When we finally got our Fraps, they were not expertly crafted at all. The graham cracker topping was not there and it seemed to be blended into the drink which made it feel sandy. Also no marshmallow cream. The only thing they got right was the heating of the Smore Tart which was really good. Surprised it didn't catch on fire.

Make sure to check the order before you leave. This place likes to fill drinks up halfway and give them to you for the full price.

Not all Starbucks are the same, at least they aren't in the Nashville area. I've been to almost ten. Some serve food on plates, some have more sitting room (including outdoor tables) this one makes my drinks right. Not allow of them do. Oh, and they're friendly.

Long wait, but very good hot coffee. I like how the art is tailored to the area, with the chalk drawing of Madison, Tennessee and the O in Madison being used for the Tennessee Tri-Stars. Keep it up Starbucks.

I am a small town barista, well was. I don't care for yhe brunt flavor espresso that Starbucks serves up. However I do like the I pike roast coffee and will get a travel size take along to share at work now and again. I have gotten a travel box once before at this location, but today wow! So nice, had it ready upon arrival as well as walked it out to my car! Above and beyond that morning.

This Starbucks is just ok for me. It's nice that it is close to work so I can stop by before I head on in but they take too long. I have waited over 5 minutes for them to make my drink and hand it to me. For a drive thru that is a pretty long wait time especially when I only have one drink. The baristas are pretty friendly though. I just know that if I am in a rush that I will have to bypass them.

They do not have the menu items they post. I asked for Green Tea on two separate visits and they claimed to be out so I guess they don't stock what they post. Avoid.

It's a Starbucks. There isn't a whole lot of difference between them. The coffees, especially the bold ones, are always good, hot, and somewhat overpriced. The baristas are always very friendly but unhurried, and they no longer try to correct me when I ask for a large coffee.

WORSE STARBUCKS EVER!!! I was in the area and decided to get some good coffee but I ended up leaving. The employees lack customer service skills. They don't know how to smile or greet people and they were extremely slow. Not going back!!!

I purchased two Veggie Artisan Breakfast Sandwiches. They were served to me frozen and uncooked. I've become ill after consuming them. I've reported this to the Tennessee Department of Health.

This one has the best staff that I've seen at a Starbucks. I've been to them all over the country and they are always staffed well. This team is exceptional.

I love Starbucks...always will....it's my addiction of choice. :-) Tonight they were giving everyone in the line free drinks because the line and wait was so long. Thank you so much Starbucks :-)

Manager gave me grief when I asked him to refill the mug I bought at a different Starbucks. I have had this $20 Starbucks mug filled at several different Starbucks in Tennessee with no problem but this guy told me it was against policy if I didn't buy it at that store. I didn't want him to go against policy so I drove away even though he said he would do it this one time.

Starbucks are usually Starbucks, except for the staff. They usually make the difference ANY place you might go. Well, the staff here was VERY nice. They watched my laptop while I left for a moment. They made excellent suggestions while ordering. The only complaint this day was that someone left something in or on something for too long. There was a burning smell for a while. It was nice and cold inside while it was hot outside, and this makes ALL the difference when drinking coffee in the summer.

Love this location and so does everybody else. So when you stop here for your coffee fix expect a wait. But it is worth it!

I must agree with the gentleman who stated the staff here is very nice. I frequent this Starbucks often, and never had bad service! They did get my order wrong and served me a sugary drink instead of sugar free. I did call to advise to watch serving sugar if someone specifies sugar free and the staff was very apologetic and offered to make it right. Again, the service is very good, in spite of one mishap in several years worthnof visits!

Over priced and not friendly at all. Go here for free wifi and comfy places to seat? I think not!

Friendly workers, of course expensive. I can't understand why they don't put up a fence by the drive through. The view is all of their garbage, very unsightly!

Drinks are always quick and on point. Not to mention Aaron made our morning last week with his singing through the drive up speaker. Glad to have a solid Starbucks close by!
