There are 3 main parts of every visit and review, the Food, The Staff and the Site. The Site is like most Chili's and fine. The Food is traditional Chili's Food which was good especially the new Short Rib Enchiladas (us Germans love Short Ribs ;)). The Service by BEN was Phenomenal! He was patient and attentive at the same time always taking care of us as we had a nearly 20 year reunion with an old friend and business associate. Way to go BEN! Thanks for the great service!

What a shift in customer service. Only three and a half years ago I gave this place a great review and it earned it. Now that has changed and it has earned this negative review. The last few times I have been there something was wrong or just bad. Today I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If this person worked for me I would have fired them on the spot. What should have been a simple question turned into a person just parroting an answer that some manager put in their head and not actually listening to my problem. The end result of this is me never going back into this or any Chili's ever again.

My first time eating at a Chili's. I'd have to say that, like most chains, there's nothing much to make this distinguishable from the Red Robins, Applebee's and TGI Fridays out there. Why there's one of these and TGI Friday's next door to each other is beyond me. I had ribs which were better than I expected. My drink was weak which was no surprise but was surprised that this was the most expensive drink during my whole trip (not counting the airport). The server was friendly and took good care of us.

I loved the Memphis style ribs. The 1/2 order is plenty of food if you order an appetizer or chips and salsa.

We love Chili's southwest eggrolls, and we've been to this location many times over the past couple of years. This has been our go-to restaurant when we wanted something close, but better than fast-food. But last night, an obnoxiously rude waitress in the bar convinced us that we're pretty much done with this location.

It's our fault for going in the first place. But we decided to try it, knowing how bad it was five years ago. Our poor server was working for over twenty people (don't sit in the bar). We ordered club soda, and we got refills of water (charged for soft drinks). Ordered rice and beans, got fries. Ordered sliders, stale bread and no sauce. Nobody came to ask if our order was alright. The rice was over spiced to the point it was inedible. We tipped 20% because I'm a server and then we slunk out. I'd feel better about being robbed for $50 at gunpoint.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home at this Chilis location. The food was incredible along with the 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour. Our server, Mark Gray, was one of the friendliest waiters we've ever had. Definitely plan on coming here again and requesting Mark as a waiter. The rest of the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Fast, friendly and tasty! What more could you want?

I have been to numerous Chili's and always had good service and met with friendly staff. This place was the first exception. First, while normally I would not make a big deal about it, after convincing my friends who were with my fiance and me to try the nachos, they did not listen and brought him an order with jalapenos, when he specifically asked for no jalapenos. While they did take it back and fix it, they should have offered a way to make it up to him, even if they got my order for nachos (which I ordered for my meal) mixed up with his. Then another friend of hours shows up to join us about 40 minutes after we got there, and we can't fit everyone at the table. So they let us move to a larger table which is fine. However, to me it seemed like they were trying to hard to pressure him into getting more than just a drink. That being said, when he orders an IBC root beer, they only bring him the bottle and no glass to pour it in. I would hope they don't serve beer that way, as be it beer or root beer it should be served with/in an ice cold glass, period. Overall the staff also seemed a little full of themselves and somewhat rude. Chili's corporate needs to come and retrain this location.

I was disappointed with the general upkeep of the restaurant. Table was sticky and dirty. Several flies were flying around, floor was dirty. Waitress took our order but we had to look around to find her to refill our drinks, check on our order, etc. I have been to several Chili's but today was not a good experience.

I used to really like chilis but over the years their menu has changed and now the only thing I find worth the terrible service is the queso dip. My partner and I have only been going to the carry out to get dip and every time we have to wait at least 5 minutes before the person standing at the takout counter even acknowledges us. This is always the same guy and he appears to be a manager. One time after waiting to be helped he made us wait longer while he went to get someone else to take our order. This time we tried to call it in in advance and this guy wouldn't even take the order over the phone because we were only ordering the dip. I'm really dissapointed.

The food here is good for a chain restaurant it's close to work so its great for a fast lunch. Friendly staff never had any trouble getting a seat or with the quality of food.

I love Chili's. It's a fun place to meet, and the service is great. You can get an entire meal for a terrific price, and lots of variety such as the Southwestern eggrolls, margaritas, corn on the cob, and who could forget the Quesadilla Explosion salad? Try it today!
