This was the NASTIEST food i have ever put in my mouth. Not only that, but i ordered chili cheese fries, paid for chili cheese fries, and got fries with bacon, ranch, and cheese. I asked the girl at the drive thru if they had mayonnaise packets and you would have thought i asked her for a hundred dollars...her response was a very stern "no...we don't carry mayonnaise packets here". Fine...but learn how to be tactful. I called to ask about the french fry fiasco and when they answered the phone, i had no idea what they said as it was all mumbled and jumbled however they answered the phone. I know this location/area is known for a lot of homeless people around and other varieties; but please. i didn't know Bon Qui Qui worked there that day. Bottom line...food was disgusting and i'm not a picky person.

Mediocre food, and service. I have been here a handful of times and half the time the order is correct, half the time it isn't. The staff doesn't usually seem to care and they are very slow. I think I will stick to Wendy's for fast food next time and maybe save a little money in the process.

Currently sitting in a lane and while I'm sitting here, I'm seeing people in the other lane getting waited on before myself. I know this lane is open because I was JUST here and they told me they could only take cash, so I went across the street to get some. Every time I have come to this location, there is something wrong, and the service isn't great either. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me and I'm being turned off because the staff here is not great. And just an FYI: Carice, or however you spell it, has a TERRIBLE attitude. I don't believe she's the kind of person a company would want working for them. Rant over.

At first glance, it looks run down. And when I pulled up, I had to look at the menu because it had been a while since I've been to one. The service seemed extremely rude at first. I was about to give a bad review but the food came really quick, contrast to what others are saying. The lady inside was extremely nice. We laughed and talked..she was a hoot. I'm not sure what the miscommunication was at the receiver thing but in person, the service was much better. I get my food and I hold off on writing a review. I take a bite...dang. I'm glad I came. It was a bit smaller than I expected but it tasted really good. I love the purple onions they put on the cheeseburger. Other than the place looking run down, and shorty service at first, great place.
