Just waddled back to the hotel room after a fantastic dinner. The lady that sat us was personable and highly recommended the sweet tea ;) Our servers name was Dana and she was the sweetest thing, even though our family can be a pain. She was nice enough to let me sample a new grapefruit beer, which didnt suit my tastebuds so i opted for a margarita, despite the dry lime it was enjoyable. The food was good, the service was better, and we cant wait to dig in to our pies that we had to have packed up to go because our meals were so satisfying. All in all i would definitely come back.

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Firstly, there were dirty tables when we were seated and they stayed dirty until we left the restaurant. The bathrooms had paper all over the floor, overflowing trashcans, poop splatter on the toilets, and no soap/toilet paper in the dispensers. There was also a hair in my salad. The servers did not have a sense of urgency, moved slower than molasses. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Never been to this chain. Service was good. Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in some time. Ordered the cowboy steak with smashed potatoes, salad and pie.Salad arrived with wrong dressing. When it was corrected I dressed my salad and out came my main course. The steak was cooked just under well done and was half cold when I finished my salad. The meal was edible and the server attentive. The only highlight was the caramel pie. It was sinfully good. So if you want a good meal have it somewhere else and drop by for the pie.

Let me preface this review with an acknowledgement that my husband and I were both servers for several years (I actually worked at an O'Charley's down the road in Murfreesboro) and are VERY flexible and patient while we eat out. We went to Sunday morning brunch, and we arrived about 10:05 (they open at 10am). We were immediately seated as the first table of the bartender's section. We were quickly served our coffee and water, and then everything went down hill. We ordered no later than 10:15, and our meals (combo appetizer and chicken and waffles meal) didn't arrive until about 10:50. The chicken and waffles was delivered without syrup, and the combo appetizer was delivered with the additional sauces we requested. Our waitress brought the syrup about 5 minutes later and the other sauces about 5 minutes after that. I'm not sure if our waitress was flustered or if she had been over-seated or what. I know that some of our issues were from the kitchen. What I don't understand is why the other server in the area didn't help with backup or why the manager didn't come by any of our tables until about 11:20. This store needs better teamwork and a kitchen staff that is adequately prepared for a busy Sunday brunch.

Walked at 11:02am for lunch, the restaurant was definitely not busy yet. Showed to a table towards the back where the server entrance was. Server to our table busy so another person took drink orders. Another server brought them back to us in a timely manner. Told that server we were ready to order and she said she'll be back as she didn't have paper or pen to write with. A few minutes later third server takes our order. I get my club sandwich and soup 35 min later. I used to manage restaurants so lunch turnover for food should be no more than 12 min especially for a soup and sandwich combo.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and ordered soup, salad and pie and an appetizer. Took forever for the appetizer and the salad soon followed. Our server barely checked on us and we never did get our soup. The bill came and we had been charged for the soup and when I told the server to take it off, she looked puzzled and said, "you didn't get your soup?" I'm thinking if she didn't bring it and there was no soup bowl on the table, it's a no brainer that we didn't get it! After another long wait, we got our ticket back with the soup removed. We had been there so long, we took our dessert to go.

I don't know where to start as soon as we walked in no one seated us , we sat ourselves. The waiter took 30 mins just to bring us our drink. After that I got the most dried out and disrespectful piece of meat that I paid 13 dollars for was dried out , my husband had ordered soup on the side and we didn't receive that at all we didn't even get the bread that we were suppose to get ! After being so fed up with the extremely horrible service I ask for the check my husband reminds me that he still hasn't gotten his soup !!! So we asked for it to go I will never in years will ask anyone to go eat there specially POC!!!!!'

Food was delicious. I ordered the seafood trio, it was a lot of food for 1 person. The fresh baked bread was awesome. The service....ehhhh could of been better.

I needed this afternoon's experience to remind me why I don't go to chain restaurants very often. There is no sense of urgency, no care for how long guests have to wait. I won't even discuss the mediocre, overpriced food. I worked in restaurants for several years when I was younger. If we had tables open at peak times, like say Sunday after church, we would seat them. I don't want to hear excuses about not having enough staffing. This isn't the first time you have served lunch on a Sunday. The parking lot wasn't even crowded. Staff your restaurant. Get one of your better servers to pick up an extra table. Do something to show you are trying instead of just going through the motions.

Visited on a Saturday, but not that busy, no wait to sit. But after sitting the waiting began. They would not swap out a food choice, waited for bread, waited for salad, more bread, sweet tea was empty about ten to 15 minutes. Unreal. Then after all the waiting the steak was under cooked. Will not repeat.

Sometimes the customer service is lacking

Even on busy days usually a short wait, staff always friendly. The food is typical of all chain restaurants.I would have given a 4 star but each time I have visited the utensils have had spots , not dirty just dish washer spot but still I have to wipe down
