What a great experience! Johnny was a really nice lady who hung out with our group in the store while we waited for or table. She "bent our ears" (her term) about the place, the town, and how much she loves working at Cracker Barrel. She helped us find some fun things to buy and made us feel really welcome. Our server was named Todd. I overheard the hostess saying she was worried that they were overloading him because he just got a bunch of tables so my spidey senses were up about not getting enough attention and I just couldn't find one thing he could have done better. He was so attentive, remembered who ordered what thing, and allowed 4/5 of us to order earlier than the fifth who couldn't make up her mind - then made it a point to get all 5 meals out at the same time. Above and beyond in a way that was humble about it. Such a great experience. Food was great and I can't figure out how they make money on selling me a meal that size for $8. Must be the pop rocks I bought. :) Thanks Cracker Barrel for a great experience!!

Jasmine the waitress was such an exceptional waitress! She made the entire experience perfect! We came in and it was SUPER busy but she didn't make us feel rushed & was the sweetest soul, the food was great, the store & restaurant was very clean but she just made our entire day with her exceptional hospitality! Thank you so much Jasmine!

They made me feel welcome! I had the roast beef with corn, turnip greens, and pinto beans, along with sweet tea! The usual biscuits and butter was super delicious! There was a Conway Twitty/Loretta Lynn poster artifact on the wall that was nice to see. The location is great, right off I-40, and the store was well maintained. I enjoyed my server named Tarah.

As always, the food is delicious & plentiful. Huge portions will ensure that you don't leave hungry. The service at this location has always been great - very friendly & attentive. If this is your first visit to the Lebanon location, it might throw you off that the floor plan is backwards. I felt like I walked into the Twilight Zone when I first tried it. Aside from the disorienting layout, it's like any other Cracker Barrel: nice people, good food, rocking chairs.

My wife and I were returning to Knoxville from Nashville. We have generally had positive experiences at Cracker Barrel restaurants, and we drove past 2 different Cracker Barrels (with lower ratings) to eat at this one. We walked in and were promptly seated. It was 10:00 AM on a Thursday, so it wasn't busy at all. We sat for at least 10 minutes, before our server made it to our table. Prior to arriving to take our order, no one stopped to say they'd be right with us, no one brought water; we were completely ignored. Then, once the server did arrive, she did not apologize for the wait, but merely asked if we knew what we wanted. We placed our order, both starting off by saying we'd like water and coffee. Then...nothing. We waited a good bit of time, again, before we decided that this store didn't care about our business. So we got up and walked out. On the way out, I spoke with the store manager, Randy. I explained our experience and poor service. He offered to take care of us and get us another server, but we declined and left. I appreciated Randy's concern. As fate would have it, I forgot my glasses at the table and had to return. The original server returned my glasses to me and then explained that she was waiting for coffee to brew and apologized. I appreciated that, but that still doesn't explain failing to come to the table sooner, failing to bring any water or even provide an explanation as to what's taking so long. I'm reasonable, and I can certainly understand when there's a problem, but I can't read a server's mind, especially when the restaurant isn't that busy.

I love cracker barrel. It was founded in this town and has been something I enjoyed growing up. The food is just sooooo good. Breakfast or dinner you are going to enjoy it.

Dad says the fried okra ids some of the best he's ever had but the hashbrown casserole was dry. My roast beef was super tender and delicious! Best sweet tea in the area.

The food is the same as the other Cracker Barrels around. The service was polite and was ok but I had to ask my server 3 times for extra napkins. If you're a server, take that as a hint that I'm about to make a mess or I've already made one so you should hurry!! I would have given it only 3 stars but I'm giving it an extra star because it has an EV charging station in the parking lot - you get extra credit from me for being eco-friendly!

Cracker Barrel was one of my old standbys when I was on the road as an OTR driver because they're all over the eastern U. S.. I would often eat breakfast at one and then drive a few hundred miles then eat dinner at one in that area. When I was in the eastern half of the country, I could count on a Cracker Barrel to be in a convenient location. I could almost always count on a good meal at Cracker Barrel. One thing I really appreciated was that they use real maple syrup instead of that thickened sugar water (aka imitation maple syrup) that many other places that have pancakes serve. They make their mashed potatoes from real potatoes. They have a nice choice of vegetables too. I could say lots more about the food and still not say enough. I liked their country atmosphere too. For those of you who like gift shops, they have nice gift shops to browse if you end up on a waiting list. And yes there are rocking chairs out in the front to chill in I picked this one to write about because Lebanon is the headquarters, although I've been to this property too. What I wrote above applies to all the ones I've been to. I've been to many of them around the country.

Ah, the Mecca of Cracker Barrels.. we come here every single Thanksgiving and intermittently throughout the year. I love this place. The food is always amazing, service is incredible, and the management is always walking around the dining room checking on guests. Great atmosphere for families :)

I think the gravity must be stronger in Lebanon than elsewhere. On a Sunday morning when the place was already crowded enough that there was a 20 minute wait, it was a constant barrage of dropped silverware. Annoying as hell. But the food was good and the service was good and that's what counts. French Toast for Mrs. K and she enjoyed it. Uncle Hershel's breakfast for me and I enjoyed it. All cooked exactly as ordered. Next time, we'll come prepared with ear plugs.

Love the cracker barrel for its atmosphere and home style cooking. The service could be better though. They are always so busy and I feel like every time I have been here the waiter forgets something I ask for. I think they have them working too many tables at once.

GIFT cards are a joke....YOU WILL NEVER receive that little plastic card if this is a gift purchased and CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ONLINE! FUNNY how the charge goes through immediately...not so with follow-ups to the customer! IT has been several weeks now, no one can find my 19 digit gift card number I need to purchase ANYTHING from Cracker Barrel.

Oh, come on. If, by the time you have gotten your food you haven't realized that you are going to get something pretty much like what you do get, then you aren't paying attention. I had the deep-fried pork chops with mashed potatoes and corn. This is comfort food times ten. I didn't see any alcohol on the menu - this is a family restaurant. Lebanon is where the headquarters of the chain is located, for those who are interested.

Tasty, lots of options, and budget priced. As the name suggests, there is a store attached to the restaurant, with nick-nacks and candies/sweets in it. The food is country-based and is very tasty. There are daily specials that include a variety of things. The regular menu has a variety of things like catfish, chicken, turkey, or even vegetarian items.
