We went there for lunch on a Monday and it was fairly busy but certainly not overcrowded. The Buffalonian- a beef on weck accompanied by four chicken wings was excellent. I also tried a bite of the steak sandwich which was flavorful but too cheesy and soggy to finish. My complaint about both sandwiches would be that there was too little bottom bun--resulting in messy, soggy sandwiches. I was not permitted to substitute fries for a salad so I ordered a side salad which was little other than iceberg lettuce. Aside from these issues I was honestly pleased overall- the building is nice, the prices were reasonable and I am interested in trying a number if the other dishes on the menu. I'd give it a 3 and a half if I could figure out how :)
