Janet young, manager of Apple bees on July 30,2015 needs some training I work for Cracker Barrel old country store so I know how important it is to Please People. Explain to me how can you put a new hire that's been working for TWO WEEKS and handle a 17 top. My group and I are here for business so why is it because we are a big group that we should get treated differently. So Why is it that a manager has to inform us that they are short staff. That's shouldn't be an excuse for anything if your short staff then why not call more employees to come in. And don't blame the server for the mistakes, you are the manager. Get behind the bar make drinks, get on the grill to make food, get in the window and run the food, go to the table and check up on them and make sure that EVERYONE Is eating. Callin corporate on her just saying Andrew was amazing for a new server and handling a big group

Eat here all the time so I can say it's a great place. My only complaint is the horrible country music they play sometimes at top volume.

I first went here on St. Patricks Day with a 15 month old. Everyone was having fun. The waiter was great and I raved about his courtesies. We went back a week later and what a difference a week can make. After we were seated, we were moved. I ordered a children's meal for the little one. It comes with a drink.I ordered milk. The waiter wanted to bring soda as it's refillable. We got milk after it was asked for again. I eventually got my meal. I had to ask for silverware and napkins. Had to ask for a to go box. I did not have to ask for the bill. I would not go back.

Service is slow. Lunch staff is rude. Drinks are horrible. Mentioning to server the drink doesn't taste right is met with "well that's how it's made". This would be a great place for someone to buy and open a restaurant.

Applebee is an American full-service restaurant brand popularly known for its signature Riblets. Applebee was conceptualized in 1980 by Bill and TJ Palmer in Atlanta, Georgia. At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.
Later in 2007, IHOP Corp. now known as DineEquity, Inc. acquired Applebee's and began their journey together to make Applebee's the world's largest full-service restaurant chain. Today, Applebee's serves at more than 1,830 locations worldwide. The Applebee's menu ranges from Appetizers and Salads to heavy meals consisting of ribs and steak.
