If I was rating just the pizza and the employees, I would have to give this Domino's a five star rating, but when also factoring in all the other items such as the desserts, chicken, and pasta, it drops to an unfortunate three stars. Still pretty good but with some definite problems. The pizzas are usually spot-on and delicious and the employees are always incredibly polite, friendly, and eager to please customers. I've had several problems with orders over the years, and the management has always made it right without hesitation. The funniest thing that ever happened was the order was dropped when the delivery person fell and failed to check the order contents. When we opened the boxes, my pasta order was all over the container and our thin crust pizza was all at one end of the box. They immediately sent out new ones and gave us a credit for the same order. The reasons I can't give the rest of the menu the same high ratings are: 1.chocolate lava cakes: I believe the ovens are too high for this item because we have yet to get one that hasn't been way overdone and quite hard on the outside edges. They taste great when you get past the hard edges but it leaves several large bites wasted and since they are small and pretty expensive, $4, this is especially frustrating. I keep hoping they will change this but so far they haven't. 2: As for the chicken, same problem. I have given up on the chicken in any form, wings, specialty, etc. The chicken sauces are great but the chicken itself is usually hard and very chewy and just difficult to enjoy. I seem to end up with as many bits of hard pieces left behind than what I actually got to eat. I love chicken and want to eat it from Domino's but I just literally cannot sink my teeth into it. I love the breadsticks, just a bit on the hard side but still great and I like the pasta for the most part but again, the cooks tend to not make sure the pasta is under the sauce and there is always a good amount on the first layer than is dried out and too hard and chewy to eat...underneath, it's great but the top layer is just really tough. I have complained a few times over the years and the management always treats me fairly and makes any issue right...that's why we will keep coming back to this Domino's again and again.
