So, um. I need to say this first. If you've never had steak from a real steak house, not of the Outback variety, but a real honest to god steak house where it is all about the steak, then you need to go. Seriously. This is coming from a girl who doesn't typically like red meat. As for this restaurant, well, yummmmmmmmm. The steak is fabulous. The service is over the top. The location is beautiful. And well, the view is of the river (can't wait to sit on the deck in the summer). But let me just say, be ready to drop a bit of cash. But when it's worth it... I did hear a rumor that Regas has a better steak (and then part of the draw is that it's a bit cheaper), so I'll have to get back to you when I check that out. And then given this rave review, I must explain the four (rather than five) star--shortly after eating there, I heard someone say that this specific location is not one of the better one's he had been to. I have to say that resonated with me. The steak was not as amazing at this location (same order as last time) as it was at that Boston location. Just a thought.

When I made the reservations here I mentioned that it was our anniversary. What a nice surprise was waiting for us. Our table was decorated in honor of our special day and a personal card was there from the manager. The wait staff did everything to make sure that our night was indeed special. As always the food was top notch and the service was impeccable.

All you'd expect from a Ruth's Chris. Location was really nice and very large.

A crisp October night, reminding us that Fall is in the air and winter is still a bit off. Went here with Rich and Kim for my birthday. I don't know if they are still having the prixe fixe dinner but that definitely was a plus. A la carte can get pretty pricey. It also helped that Rich knows how to order. But we all had steak of course and Kim and I had petit filet and shrimp. Think meat candy, think melting yumminess. So damn good. When you go, You MUST ask the waiter for the sweet potatoes. You will be haunted if you don't. You'll wake up nights murmuring "sweet potatoes." It will become your personal "rosebud." They aren't always on the menu (BTW, the recipe is on You Tube). It was a sublime night. One of those nights when everything hit the right chord ... the company, the place, the energy. Treat yourselves and make it memorable.

One of the best steaks ever and the sides are big enough to be share. Worth the price. A great place if you love steak.

This Ruth's Chris is quite good however it's not my favorite Ruth's Chris. At the bar the martini's are always quite good. The Brandy Alexanders are delicious especially for an after dinner drink. One thing I do enjoy is that the bathrooms are always clean here and that they have valet parking at the door. It is probably a smart move to do valet because many peoples cars have gotten broken into here. I was recently told that Valet is only on the weekends now. This place is good in my book. Service is always very good I must say and it is very pricey. I am not a fan of the shrimp cocktail because the shrimp are very tough. The tuna appetizer is always very good. You should ask for a little soy sauce on the side when you order. It is delicious. The wedge salad is good but I always seem to have to ask for more blue cheese dressing because there is never enough on the salad. I don't particularly care for their tomato, basil, and mozzarella salad just because I have had a better at other places. The steaks always come out tasting very good. They pepper the hell out of them and it tastes good! I think the side dishes are just average or even below average. The broccoli au gratin, the potatoes au gratin, and the creamed spinach taste like they could all be frozen. The broiled tomatoes don't taste frozen but I just don't care for them. The halibut is also a good alternative to steak. Every dessert I have tried from here has been very good. The creme brulee, cheesecake, bread pudding, apple tart, and the berries with a cream sauce are all excellent. This place has a decent wine list. You will have a good experience when you dine here just make sure your wallet is full otherwise you might realize you won't have much money after you dine here. Enjoy and Cheers!

I'm giving them four stars but three and a half would be more accurate. The overall experience was fine and a good time was had by all. Stellar service but the steak I had on this visit was a seven on a scale of ten and I expect better from them.

Food was good. It wasn't the best I've had (I've been to a lot of upscale restaurants, though), but it ranks in the upper end. Had a ceasar salad, loaded baked potato, asparagus, and the filet - rare. The filet seemed a tad underdone, even for rare, but it was still tasty. Wasn't the best steak I had ever had, but it was very good. Ceasar salad was very crispy and juicy, well done. Baked potato was good and a great size. Asparagus was great, just the way I like it. Ranks in the top 3 asparagus I've ever had. Nice and crispy. For desert I had the cheesecake. Very good. One of the better cheesecakes I've had. Service was great, friendly staff who weren't obviously trying to kiss your ass. Great atmosphere. Would recommend.

Food is always good, but it's sickenly expensive. And you have to pay extra for a side dish after paying a fortune for a steak. It's worth a try, but I boycott it because so many places are so much better and not hung up on their name.

Amateur service on my birthday. With patio table reservation had to wait 15 minutes for table to be set up: wrong wine brought to table after long wait; large spider nest next to table forced us to relocate inside: moves to a table set for 5 when only 3 of us; entrees delivered and no waiter to take a wine order; had to flag down bus boy 2x and the manager once. Very disappointing for the prices charged.

Visited Ruth's Chris this last Saturday evening for a post Valentines Day dinner. If I'd neve eaten at another top quality steakhouse, I'd probably think this place was worthy of a five star rating...But that's not the case. Let me start by saying the service was pretty darn good. Our server was very attentive, and knowledgable of the menu/wine list. For the meal...We started off with crab cakes. Crab cakes are our go-to at any restaraunt if they have them on the menu. These particular crab cakes were among the worst I've had. They were wet and soggy, not crispy like crab cakes are supposed to be. My girlfriend ordered the petit filet mignon, and I ordered the bone-in filet mignon ($57). Fifty seven dollars!? That's insane. My favorite steakhouse in San Francisco has a bone-in for $43 that puts this one to shame! Anyway, the cook was good on both of the steaks (medium rare), and the flavor was pretty good as well. I'm a fan of some drippings on my plate from the skillet, but not a fan of plain butter, which is what I got here. My side was Mac-n-Cheese. Nothing special really. Just tasted like jalepeno Velveeta cheese with elbow macaroni. The potatoes au gratin were actually very good though. The absolute best part of my meal, hands down, was the bread pudding I had for desert. WOW! Seriously incredible. All in all, it was a decent experience. The quality of the food and service were good. But I've had a better steak, and meal, for less money. Not sure whether or not we'll be back. Like I said in the beginning. If you're not used to eating a good dry aged steak, you'll probably think this place is incredible.

Best steak in Knoxville (better than ye'old steak house). Sweet potato side dish is the best. For what you get it is just too expensive for 4 stars. The steaks are al a cart and my oscar cowboy ribeye was $52. The paired glass of wine was $21 (needed two). The side dish was $7.5. Add a shared starter and a desert and you are looking at $100/pp. If it were $50/pp it would be a five star, if it were $75/pp it would be four. At $100/pp it has to be a three star. It was kind of noisy but the service was good.

We reserved the private party room for 50 guests for Boomsday on Labor Day weekend - and it was spectacular. The room minimum is incredibly reasonable, and this was a great value, and a very memorable experience. The staff set up the food for a three course dinner buffet, which worked great. After the meal, we had a nice reserved spot on the restaurant patio from which to watch the fireworks, and then a sheltered place to retreat to once the downpour started. Shawna, the event coordinator, was fantastic - she answered all of our questions promptly, and was there the entire time the day of the party to make sure that we had everything we needed. She really helped us pull off this fun event for our families on a very big weekend, and we appreciate all of her hard work.

In a word, pretentious. In another word condescending. Prices are way too high for what you get. Steak was dry, lamb chops were tough. Asparagus could not be cut with a fork. Probably the best part of the meal was the sautéed mushrooms. Service was good, but what do you expect, two people assigned to the table., One to to ask you if you like it and another one to keep your water filled. All in all I would much much much rather go to bakers peters Jazz club where they don't serve steaks on blistering hot 500° plates. all in all I would classify my experience as under whelming.

This place is good for meat lovers and special occasions.Overlooking Tennessee river.Come down closed to sunset you 'll have a good view.I ordered lamb chop was a bit salty but the meat was really tender. The service was good. The thing is they really take time to serve from appetizer to the main course.I came with my 2 little girls they got bored while waiting their food to come.I suggest you if you came with little kid ask the server to speed up a bit the service. It is pricey. If you don't mind with money and want to have a good steak and a nice atmosphere then you should check this place out.

Happy hours are the best hours here! Fab views of the TN River via glass enclosed bar Are. Sweet prices on some yummy eats and cocktail specials. If you're dying to try Ruth's Chris but can't afford it under normal circumstances, just go during happy hour. You'll be happy you did. And ask for Bartender Graham-- tell him I sent you! :)

Even vegetarians know that Ruth's Chris has amazing steaks! And seriously, I think we can all admit that if we could afford it, we'd eat at Ruth's Chris on a regular basis. But that's why Ruth's Chris is one of those places that you go for a treat or special occasions. Unless you can find a way around that...and you can! Ruth's Chris Steak House offers an incredible happy hour menu! Monday-Friday from 4:30-6:30, you can come treat yourself on a regular basis! You are limited to their bar area seating, but it has a really great view and usually has a pretty lively crowd. The happy hour menu consists of around 6 meal options and you can't go wrong with any of them. I can't seem to get past their steak sandwich. Cooked any way you order it (I always go with medium) and covered in bearnaise sauce, their thinly sliced and incredibly tender steak is served on a ciabatta roll that is toasted and slathered with some kind of garlicky-buttery heaven sauce. Along with a healthy portion of french fries, it's hard to believe that this meal is only $8. No, that's not a typo. All of their meal options that are on their happy hour menu are only $8. It's kinda nuts. The mister and I went there for dinner on Thursday and walked out of the door for 2 entrees and before tip for $17.83. Craziness! They also serve several drink options for happy hour that are made with heavy pours and high quality liquor. It's hard to find a better price on a stiff drink. If you are looking for a great, new happy hour spot, this should be the first place you stop!

Each time I visit Ruth's Chris, my dining experience continues to be more magical than the previous visit. I was lucky enough to win tickets to their Bubbles to Bordeaux French wine dinner at a Yelp event (also held at Ruth's Chris) last week. This dinner was spectacular. The champagne, wine and all five courses were scrumptious, and paired absolutely perfectly with one another. My favorite part was their generous portion of sizzling steak, and the French onion tart was fabulous. The staff was so accommodating, the atmosphere jubilant. And I won the drawing for a free bottle of champagne! This restaurant will definitely be seeing more of me in the future.

My first time to go to a Ruth Chris. My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday Monday night. We both ordered the 6oz filet and lobster tail. POSITIVES: The server was excellent. Everyoneone was very friendly. The atmosphere was great. We sat on the balcony looking out at the bridges and river. My food was cooked to perfection. NEGATIVES: my filet tasted like it was cooked in a pan. The glass that my beer was in would catch the condensation at the bottom of the stem. Everytime I would take a drink, the water from the condensation would pour on my shirt. Water on my shirt is not a big deal but the filet tasting like a pan is. For $175 had everthing else been bad but the filet perfect I would have figured bad night but try again. Since the waiter said they have the best cuts and best tasting, I consider that's their signature steak! I won't go back. Conners in Farragut is head and shoulders better.

Recently, I needed to take some clients out for dinner. I asked if they had a spot they would like to go and they said Ruth's Chris. My experience with this franchise has always been positive. In fact, when out of town and am looking for a consistently good meal with great service, I look for Ruth's Chris. Sad to say, the one in my hometown will not warrant a return visit, let along a business dinner. Service not only was inattentive, he was also slovenly and possessed a certain air of "I don't wanna be here, so I'm going to make you pay for it." Messed up order, incorrect entrees, forgotten wine order, the list could go on. By the way, I made the reservation using Open Table and gave my comments when asked. No word from management at the restaurant. I guess they don't want to be there either.

The only place I know to get a Pittsburgh rare steak that is edible in the Knoxville area. They keep the temperature so high they can seat both sides of a steak in minutes and keep all the flavor. The sides are good, family style, and the deserts are seasonal. Probably the fourth best wine selection I have seen as far as pairing with theI is they offer and as usual, the service is top notch.

Steak is good.. I will give them that . Had two servers.. What sounds good.. But even with two servers the service is better at shoneys . You are there for a VERY long time. We went on a Sunday evening and for very long periods didn't see anyone to ask to fill our water glasses. It wasn't busy at all.. Infact there were only 5 tables when we were there. Hated the service !

We enjoyed an excellent meal at Ruth's Chris - wonderful service, good steaks. We were concerned however with the plate temperature. Two members of our party have blisters on their fingers from touching the dinner plates. We get it - steaks should come out sizzling but that is a bit over the top. As if the plates had sat in the window awhile. Be cautious of this going forward, you say hot plate but SCALDING HOT - come on now. thanks!

I have been fortunate to dine at Ruth's Chris several times since they opened in Knoxville. First, let me say that a meal at this restaurant is pricey. Nothing on the menu is moderately priced. That being said, the food is truly excellent. Both times there I had steak and lobster, and it was top notch. The steak is very tender and super flavorful. The service is superb. Their wait staff is highly trained and very helpful if you have food or wine questions. If you're looking for a real treat, and feel like splurging, this is a great place to do it.

The Cowboy Ribeye was really good and tender. Only cons were that it was maybe a tad bit salty, if we really get perfectionist, and maybe they used a bit too much butter to top it. Expect to spend $350+ for a family of 5. Nice place to celebrate a birthday, though. Almost perfect, truly.

For the best in Knoxville... Oh, starting with the fine shrimp platter... Moving on to the awesome salad... Them to on my gosh... The best ribeye ever!!! Then the fantastically great desserts ... If you are in Knoxville you need to make sure your waiter is the fabulous Andy.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. My wife and I have been coming here for years and still love it as much as the first time. Our favorites: App: Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat or Calamari Salad: Ruth's Chop Salad or the Lobster Bisque Entree: Petite Filet or the Caribbean Lobster Tail Sides: Spinach au Gratin & Sauteed Mushrooms Dessert: Berries with Sweet Cream or the Cheesecake Perks: - entree comes on 500 degree plate - restrooms are clean - nice view of the river - usually free desserts with birthdays, anniversaries or some other occasions No quirks here. Go to this place and enjoy!

When talking about a great meal, there are two factors to consider. 1) Quality. 2) Value. Ruth's Chris tops the scales in one of the factors. Their food and drink are top notch. 5 stars if we're just talking about quality. The staff is professional and friendly, and the food is delicious. My struggle here is that 10 hours after eating my meal, I'm up and not able to sleep because while it tastes great, it sits heavy. Not just heavy in the sense that I'm still feeling it in my stomach, but in the wallet as well. More on the expense later, but first, let's talk about how great the meal was. My girlfriend and I attended a special wine pairing event that put some of their best meals with some of their best beverages and "oh my god" was muttered on multiple occasions. We started with the Shrimp 'N Grits appetizer. Never before have I had more delicious grits, and more perfectly cooked shrimp. This was, in my mind, the highlight of the meal. Buttery goodness abounds, and I could've stopped here. The drink for this course was a front runner for my new favorite. An Old Fashion made with Tequila. Weird, I know, but it was damn good. Second course was a salad. It was sort of a spin on a caprese salad. Tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Paired with a Robert Mondavi Chardonay. Salad was good, but not special. I would've skipped this course if it weren't a set menu. I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to wine, but this was my favorite wine of the night. Good stuff, but not extraordinary. Next was the French Onion Soup. Fortunately, it was the best French Onion Soup, I'd had all day. Coincidentally, it was the only French Onion Soup I'd had that day. I like it when a chef takes a step out and tries a different twist on a classic, but this departure was too far from a nearly perfect soup in its original form. Served in a dainty tea cup, the soup was fairly bland by most comparisons. Lacked the beefiness that you'd expect from this staple soup, ESPECIALLY considering that this is the best of the best steak house chains in the country. Where's the beef, people? The cheese was baked into the bread, rather than broiled over the top. Nice twist, but it really shouldn't have qualified as French Onion. The entree was next, and it's where Ruth's Chris hangs their hat. The steak. A 12 ounce sirloin came sizzling to the table, and it smelled delicious. They do steak different here, and that's sort of what sets them apart. The different method can be a real winner, or fall a little short. In times I've eaten here previously, it is perfect. Tonight, it had more crust than before, which is a nice contrast to the juicy insides of a steak, but it was a tad thick this time, which made the fat around the inside VERY tough, so if you didn't cut it off right, and got a piece of fat, it was kind of like chewing a fried ballon. Fortunately I learned quickly, and worked harder to cut off the fat. Much better. The buttery flavor mixed with the beefy goodness is hard to beat. They definitely know what they're doing here, and the cut of meat is a good one. To wrap it up, Creme Brulee. A crowd favorite desert with nearly anyone. A perfect crust of sugar on top of a creamy and smooth filling, garnished with fresh fruit. A scrumptious way to finish an extravagant meal. Paired with another Robert Mondavi wine, this time a Moscado. The combo of the dessert and wine wasn't my favorite, but the two of them separately were excellent. Like I said early on, the words "oh my god" were muttered pretty regularly throughout the night, especially at the beginning and end, but when the bill came, there was only silence. For two people to eat this delicious food, it came to $237 before the tip. The wait staff was top notch and deserved more than a standard 20%, but unless you're a surgeon or oil tycoon, who's got that kind of money to drop with ANY regularity on a single meal for two? Ruth's Chris is a good special occasion restaurant, but you better well know what you're getting yourself into before you go. Now, for the pro tip that will give you the quality you'd expect without breaking the bank... Happy hour at the bar. Ruth's Chris has a small but delectable menu that they serve in the bar for happy hour that isn't just reasonable for Ruth's Chris standards. It's affordable by most standards. Great food. Decent prices, and the atmosphere is better here than in the main part of the restaurant, in my opinion. In summation, if you're going to make a habit of eating at Ruth's Chris, try the bar. Getting engaged or celebrating an anniversary with the one you love? There aren't a lot of places that will take care of you better, so once every now and then, blow it out on a great meal here. The quality is 5 stars. The value is more likely 2 or 3.

We did an impromptu stop in Knoxville en route to Memphis (from Jersey), so we did a quick check in at the hotel and then hopped the shuttle to Ruth Chris. The weather was beautiful even though we arrived late, so we opted to sit outside. The views were really nice. Food wise, it's what you would expect from Ruth Chris--expensive, excellent service, good food and overall a great dining experience.

In the field of local, franchised, expensive steak houses, this is at the top in my opinion. I only order meat when I go here ---- I'm a huge fan of that 1800 degree oven that's always touted. But it really is awesome. I went yesterday and had a special bone-in filet, which apparently was a big deal. On a 1400 pound cow, apparently only 4 or 5 pounds are bone-in filet meat. Who knew? Well, the server got me hook, line, and sinker, but it really was an incredible cut! As always, the plethora of side were incredible. Lobster mac, mushrooms, spinach au gratin, potatoes au gratin, onion rings......... Oh........ My......... Also, I haven't been to happy hour yet, but I've heard the selection and pricing is quite incredible. Put that on your radar!

My overall experience exceeded my expectation. Hands down, the service here is phenomenol. You truely get the guest service here and it shows. Come here on a special ocassion (ie, your birthday) and be pleasantly welcomed with bday confetti on the table linen. Try not to get full on the bread and butter. Save your apetite for the steak entree. Be far warned that the sides are portioned big and family stylesque. Even the salads are gigantor! A good variety of mixed drinks are on the menu as well as beers. The real deal. I ordered my filet medium well. It came out perfect with pink. The side of mushrooms are delicious as well as the asparagus. When the entrees came out, it literally sizzled on the plate with rich aromas of butter. OMG the smell of hot butter is such an unbelievable experience. fyi- wear loose clothing and be prepared to eat well.

  • Tara S.

Ruth's Chris is always delicious. I mean...a sizzling hot plate with a medium rare piece of anything crackling in melted butter and I will probably eat it. If you're scared of the price, know that they feature a Ruth's Classics (or something like that) prix fixe menu basically year round and this is the way to go. The French onion soup is extra-good. Further, they have a bomb happy hour with good food (crab BLT and spicy lobster) and drink specials and a view of the breathtaking, scenic abandoned Holston Gases building and partially-deconstructed former Baptist Hospital. (Sit on the patio and face Neyland instead). They have good cocktails and a GREAT wine list. Bon appetit.

My boyfriend and I decided to spend our Valentine's Day dinner here. We made a reservation yet we still had to wait when we arrived and the hostess seated people that came in behind us first. The place is very nice and upscale with a lovely view of the water. It's a great place for date or for any occasion you'd need to impress. I would love to return and sit on the deck in the summer. Service was wonderful. The waitstaff works in such a way that you are waited on by several different people but it's not in such a way that it causes interruption but it's just the right amount. Our main waiter was Andy (If I remember correctly) and he was just wonderful. I went with the surf and turf and my boyfriend got the new york strip. Both were very good but his steak was under done to what he ordered. Sides are charged separately which I didn't really care for. I mean come on...I'm paying $40 for a 6oz steak the least you can do is give me a veggie. We had baked potatoes which were good. We also had desert of bread pudding and lava cake. Both were great. Overall it's pretty expensive for what you get but it is good and it is nice. It's not something I would do all the time but it's nice to splurge every once in awhile.

I was treated to a lovely dinner at this location. The decor was stylish, the view was amazing for Knoxville (river, bridge and lit-up stadium) and the food was perfectly prepared. I had the Surf-N-Turf with the lobster, that was delicious and the steak had a terrific flavor. The Strawberry/Basil Gimlet was also very delicious (and rather strong) as well as the White Russian. I also had a mini cheesecake to take home for later that I savored for several days. I highly recommend (if you can afford it).

Whether you are having a fancy steak dinner or dining at the bar after work, Ruth's Chris will treat you right. The servers and bartenders are all fantastic! The happy hour menu is very good - especially the burger, steak sandwich, and the crab BLT. Z and I love to come here and order from the Ruth's classics menu. You haven't lived until you have had a filet from here. All delicious!!

I was one of the fortunate few who was invited to sample Ruth Chris's sizzle swizzle and swirl happy hour menu at Yelp's launch event recently and I have to say you MUST GO TO HAPPY HOUR!! This menu is delicious!! The food is superb and this menu is priced according to the rich quality you are getting at Ruth Chris. At $8 a plate its a good deal and you can make dinner out of the sublime steak sandwich (delicious!!). The lobster bites are spicy and yummy. Crab BLT had real crab and not the fake stuff. Tenderloin was moist and delicious. The seared Ahi tuna was fantastic. Everything I ate was great. Now on to the drinks- it depends on what you fancy as to what you will like. Everything here is made from higher end liquors. Not the typical cheap stuff you get at happy hour. The $8 price reflects this but these drinks are worth every penny. They were created with pride by bartender Bill and delicious. The classic Cosmo was my favorite but Ruth's Manhattan was a new spin on an old favorite. No drink was cheated on flavor or liquor. I sampled 5 of the happy hour drinks and everything was fantastic and high quality. They will not disappoint. I was lucky to be able to sample this menu and can't wait to go back and eat again. GO! EAT! Drink and be merry!

What an impeccable night this was. I can't get the Crispy Lobster Bites out of my mind. I believe I have to have them again. Soon. Tomorrow maybe? Please Ruth's Chris tell me they are always available always and at happy hour.... I believe this will be a weekly visit....! Also, try the desserts.... yummy!

Great steaks and sides but what is truly exceptional is the first-class service you receive. Well worth the higher prices. Outstanding desserts.

  • Steve Q.

Over-priced and mediocre food. The menu is all ala carte. $50 steaks come stand alone. Too haughty. The sides are $8 $9 each. When you add up the sides it is not worth it. You are looking at $70 for rib eye plus 2 sides compare to $30 steak at Connor's Steak House which comes with 2 sides. You really have to stretch your imagination to convince yourself Ruth's twice as good. When it comes down to it, beef is beef. The bread they serve is unacceptable. It looked like the unbaked oven-ready bread you buy at markets. There is no crusty top and was cold. Why bother wrap it in a white napkin if bread itself was stone-cold. And it tasted uncooked but in fact it was done. They did not give us a poor exampe of a good bread but a representative of very poor dinner bread. Unacceptable especially in this class of restaurants. About the only thing of some note was the Harvest Salad with balsamic vinagrette. That in itself is sad because the best in a steak house is the salad ? We had high hope the Chocolate Explosion Dessert would offer some redemption. Unfortunately it was false in advertizement. We expect a hot cake with molten chocolate but instead got a barely warm chocolate cake and mildest hint of chocolate draped with some caramel topping. A single piece of strawberry adorned the plate. Explosion ? Anything but. Looks like This Ruth Chris has serious need for professional baker and dessert chef. After spending nearly $200 for dinner for two, when we leave the restaurant, the two very young hostesses were too busy talking with each other to offer us any compliments.

I have been to Ruth's Chris on several occasions over the last few years. The food is good and all, but nothing spectacular when considering the price. I do feel that the ambiance and atmosphere is perfect for those looking to celebrate a special occasion. The one thing I truly appreciate is that Ruth's Chris is often open on holidays offering a traditional holiday menu which is quite delicious and a convenient service offered for those who go against tradition by opting to eat out.

Me and my boyfriend came here for valentines from Kansas. It was elegant and nice. Rose peddle on our table. We mad a reservation and was set down quickly. We order steaks which came with our valentines special and it was amazing.......yummy! We will eat here again if we ever come back to Knoxville. We did eat at the one in Kansas City. It sucked !!!

A few months after my last dinner here we came back again for another go. First I think its official now that this is my favorite location for Ruths Chris. I have been here many times now and it is always great. For this evening our waiter was Steve (actually two Steves took care of us). Service was wonderful from "Steve" with enough contact to make it interesting but not too much as to interrupt dinner conversation between me and my wife. Tonight I had the stuffed chicken and if you can believe this it may be one of my favorite entrees here. I had creamed spinach and it was delicious as always. My wife had sea bass crusted in almonds and it was fantastic as was her broiled tomatoes for a side. As someone who loves beef I am looking back at my last two reviews here and see that we both had something other than beef which tells you how good everything is. The steaks are always amazing but so are the other choices as well.
