Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Excellent! I love Chinese food but it's hard to find a good place fresh and really good. I had chicken with garlic sauce not really a noodles guy. I get rice. Fantastic place quick service. I would come again.

Stumbled across this place when I first moved to Knoxville & had a craving for Chinese takeout. My friend & I found it hilarious that the name is Panda Garden, but their sign has a koala on it, so we went in! The place reminds me of restaurants I went to in Dallas, where you walk in, grab a large paper menu, & have at it. This place is delicious & reasonable priced. You get large portions & food is made to order.

Agree with other review. The general Tso's is the best. Pretty cheap for the amount of food you get. Nothing special if you eat there but you can't beat the flavor. Also, it's not too greasy.

If you like food that has been cooked 30-45 minutes before you eat, this place is perfect. If not, you can expect a little worse than mall quality food. Never going back!

I love Chinese food and get it often, and this is the place I go most. I usually get takeout but I sometimes eat in the restaurant. It's very empty inside usually. The food is always good.

They have great authentic Chinese food. They make everything to order. The portions are generous and fresh. The prices are very fair. Try the family special, it's $12.95 and you get a ton of food.

No frills Chinese food. Served in styrofoam container. Good portion size for the money. Service was quick

I have eaten here a few times over the last few years, and I've never had a bad experience. I don't feel compelled to become a regular, but you can get a very reasonably priced lunch and the food tastes pretty good.

The greatest Chinese food i have had. It is also very authentic, not pretensions like mall Chinese. Don't worry about the price either - it's cheaper than McDonald's.

The name makes it sound like it's in the food court at a mall but it's really in a strip mall between Cedar Springs Christian store and Lowe's at the intersection of Clinton highway and Callahan Drive. My wife and I ate here last night after hearing good things about it. First, the good things: the food was very good (4 stars), the portions were HUGE, the prices were very fair. Now the bad things: there were five real good wontons in the soup but the soup itself was just chicken broth, the dining area is very loud (like eating in an empty house), the "silverware" is the cheapest plastic stuff I've ever seen, and even though we ate here all the food came to the table in to go boxes and bags. Sort of hard to eat until you ask for a plate. Also, if you ask for water, they give you a cup and direct you to the coke cooler where you get your water from a gallon milk jug, without a cap, that's been filled with tap water. The water tasted fine but that's just gross! If I had gotten my food to go, I would probably give it a four. Since I ate there all I can give it is a three. I might still go back for some take-out though.
