Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Great meal for the price. Try the chicken and gnocchi soup it is real good. Our server was Noel S. He is one of the best servers we have ever had - way beyond nice. Thanks Noel! We really enjoyed our dinner .

Went on a Friday during lunch and was seated in 5 minutes. I like the endless soup and salad. This place had good service so would go again.

I'm new in town so this was my first time here. I went with my father on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't overly crowded. Our server didn't tell us her name and all I can remember is she was blonde, and she didn't bring the breadsticks out with our drinks, so I had to ask for them. My father and I did the buy one take one deal but because of dietary restrictions, I can only have the plain pasta with the marinara (no meats or cheeses). It was really good, but for the one that I took home, she wouldn't let me do that. She said they were premade and that if I wanted the marinara, I had to have the pasta that was stuffed with cheese, and if I wanted plain noodles, I had to have it with either meat sauce or Alfredo sauce. I'd done the buy one take one at another location previously, and they were able to fix my to-go pasta to match my dietary restrictions but this place wouldn't, I'm not sure if the waitress didn't care or if she just didn't feel like going out of her way a little bit. My father had the pasta with meat sauce and enjoyed it. We returned that Friday and had a tall brunette waitress and she was more friendly. I only ordered the pasta fagiole this time and my father had the seafood option that was pictured. We both enjoyed this visit, which is why I'm giving this review an extra star. You know what you're going to get with Olive Garden for the most part, so your server's attentiveness will highly influence your experience.

While our server, Lucas, was very friendly it was also extremely slow. It took a long time for every item to be delivered...from wine to to go boxes. The food was sub par in flavor and the temperature was warm, not hot. For the first time, I tried the tour of Italy as that is the current promotional item and it was very disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like a frozen meal. The only thing "fresh" tasting was the salad. Sadly, the best part about our meal were the Andes mints.

Why have I been going here occasionally for dinner when lunch is so easy and affordable? I now like to stop here when I am out running errands. They offer a wealth of well proiced lunch items, which come out very quickly. The daytime staff runs a well oiled machine. The food arrives promptly and has always tasted good.

Overcooked pasta which makes their low end pasta inedible. I am all for Olive Garden but their food quality leave no room for error. We stopped by a few times and they seem to enjoy overcooked mushy pasta in this area. The minestrone, the reason I came, was watered down beyond recognition. The few pieces of vegetables and shell pasta were swimming in dirty dishwater basically. Not sure why they are watering the soup down to stretch it out. I've never seen anything like this in a chain restaurant. But whatever. Not a good location. They need some retraining or replacements.

Service is awesome and the food amazing. Our server recommended his favorites and all great choices. Highly recommend him: (Casey). Tony the General Manager stopped by to check on things. 2. If you haven't had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala... You are missing out! If you are in Turkey Creek, you should visit this location.

Went a few days ago and left kind of disappointed . Just to be clear, this rating is on our service alone since my hubby and I both enjoyed the food. It was a really slow afternoon and I ordered the endless soup and salad and my husband ordered endless soup + a mini chicken parm sandwich. Our server Nick brought me salad and brought my husband his soup, and then we didn't see him again for awhile. He came back to say the rest of our food should be out soon and asked if we wanted more bread sticks, I said yes please since I wanted to dunk one in my soup. He said he would be back with them . He came back with my soup and my husband's sandwich but with no bread sticks so I asked if I could please have cheese with my soup and he said he'd also be back with refills on our waters. Another several minutes must have gone by before he finally came back with the cheese (and I'd eaten half my soup) and he even said "I finally found cheese for you". he waited a little bit and asked if we saved room for dessert. We said no thank you but we asked if we could please have refills. He said "do you want them to go?" And we said sure and both kind of wondered what the rush was. My husband and I looked at each other confused because we were never offered refills on our soups or salads and he never came back with bread sticks. Luckily, we were both full or I would have said something but you should at least ask when someone ordered endless soup or salad! I heard the other server in the same section as ours being super friendly and constantly at her tables offering refills and it made me wish we had gotten her! Maybe Nick was having a bad day but I definitely wouldn't ever request him.

The saying, "Third time's a charm," certainly rang true on my visit to Olive Garden this Sunday afternoon. I drove to not one but two places beforehand, Mexican and seafood, and both were closed. Quite hungry by then, I reluctantly settled on this chain, and WOW, I'm pleased I did. Because I am dining solo these days, I agreed to sit at a booth in the bar area -- no waiting. My joanny-on-the-spot server came to the table for my drink order, after she'd delivered menus, and by then I was prepared to ask for the "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" with the new Pizzaiole meat sauce ($8.95). Quick as a flash (trite, I know), my super-server brought me lemonade and warm bread sticks and shortly thereafter, a chilled salad bowl and another large bowl filled with crispy lettuce and croutons, carrots, olives, peppers, onions and house dressing. Refreshing! She also attentively re-filled my drink each time the lemonade fell below the half-way mark. Then came the piping-hot angel hair pasta decoratively adorned with the new, yummy sauce with tender beef and sausage and onions and peppers and mozarella cheese. Excellent! I ate the whole thing and asked for a small second bowl, which I was unable to finish and took home for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. A great deal, great service and great food makes a happy customer who won't make this restaurant a third choice again.
