I grew up in NJ, so finding an authentic pizza place is very important to me when I move somewhere new. My feelings on pizza can be summed up as follows: if you make a bad pie, you're dead to me. Little Nicky's is home to the most delicious, authentic pizza and cannolis in Knoxville. I just went for the first time last night and I'm already trying to decide how soon is too soon to return. I had two slices of cheese and about a cannoli and a half (shared with a friend). Everything was exactly right. 5 stars was actually not enough. I only wish they would open another location closer to Henley St., so I could get my fix more often. But I won't even deduct a star for that; I'd probably drive to Maryville for these guys. They are also super nice people, so give them some business!

Just are here for the first time tonight. It's a great little NY style pizza place hidden in a small Knoxville shopping center. You definitely would drive past it and never know it was there! The food and service were both good... It was just a very noisy atmosphere. I guess since it's so small it's hard to shut out all the screaming kiddos. I visit Knoxville about 2-3x a month though- and I can see myself stopping in here 1x a month for a quick slice!

Didn't even know this place was here until I recieved a flyer for the place in the mail. Had trouble finding it at first but it is behind walgreens on Kingston Pike, right next to Zhu garden and it's so yummy cafe. Didn't want to write a reivew until I've been here a couple times and tried several different things. This is real authentic New York Pizza, very similar to Roman's pizza that used to be open near the dollar theater. The owner makes the pizza dough to order which I thought was awesome. My boyfriend and I came in and ordered 2 pizzas (They were having a great special) and the guy started making the pizza from the dough up so it was very fresh and very good. The sauce was awesome and the meatballs we got on it were amazing! Everything i've tried here has been fresh and homemade and very good. They have daily specials everyday and great lunch specials. The cannoli was some of the best I've ever had. The owner said he makes them fresh daily and you could definetly tell. They sell pizza by the slice and the slices are huge! I loved it! I'm excited I found this place and will be back often :)

I was turned on to Little Nicky's by a co worker of mine who is from Connecticut. He said it's the best pie he's had since moving here. Boy was he right! We had a 3 topping large thin crust and what pleased me the most was the fact that they don't skimp on anything. Lots of thick pepperonis, onions and ham. Great pizza! Don't forget to try the garlic knots. They are slightly crunchy twists of dough doused in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese and olive oil. You'll need a whole tin of Altoids after eating these though! I liked the friendly shop owner because that made for a personal experience. I totally recommend!

Very Good NY Style I went here after going to the other location on Oak Ridge Hwy a few days before. First off the pizza is excellent, maybe even 4 and a half stars. I am rounding down to four because the experience at both locations left something to be desired. The guy working at this location was friendly enough but there were some problems ordering. I asked for an 18" pizza with pepperoni, then changed my mind and decided half pepp and half sausage and asked if its the same price he said yes. When he rang it up I was charged for two separate toppings at 3 dollars each. I asked to remove the sausage he couldn't figure out how to cancel it on the register from the 80's he was using. I told him ok just put 2 toppings on the whole thing. Poor guy looked like he was struggling with the flu and maybe his head just wasn't right. Pizza was prepared fresh and when it came out he boxed and sliced it. At this point I noticed him putting pepperoni on the pizza in the box. I'm not sure, maybe this is the way they always add the pepperoni to pizzas, but at the other location the owner put the pepperoni on before he put the slice in the oven. Ate one of the pepperonis in the car and it was lukewarm so maybe the guy forgot and just added it after the fact? Either way it still was a delicious pizza with a very nice crust, flavorful sauce, and decent cheese. 2 topping 18" pizza was 22.95 after tax. I overheard the guy saying that they were going to stop taking credit/debit cards for orders under 10$ which is ridiculous. That will kill a lot of the lunch business they have. They do sell by the slice at a great price and I would have been in there all the time. It was a little divey but the Heath Dept score on the wall was 100 and it looked clean so kudos. Overall I recommend the pizza highly but get it to go or stop in for a quick affordable lunch.

True New York pizza. We loved it. Reminded us of pizza place near 48th close to the theater. Good price and delicious. Start with the knots. Reminds me of the no longer Little Italian that was in Homburg.
