The veggie burger here is one of the best I've had and tastes so good! You can put your own topping on your burgers (which means mucho pickles for me)! You can also put hot, melted cheese on your food, my fries were covered! :-)

Phew. Tough one for me as I typically love me some Fuddruckers. Never been to this one and won't plan on being back anytime soon. On the plus side, there are claw machines and other games which keeps the kids happy. Kids had the hotdogs. I do not have a very discriminating palate. I will eat pretty much anything and anywhere. Not snobby enough to throw down on some Taco Bell. However, these hotdogs were inedible. My kids love hot dogs and even they could not finish them because of the unusual taste. There was some taste in the dogs that seemed part freezer burn and part stored with other spoiled foods. They were nice and big but the appearance and flavor were terrible. Burgers were extremely mediocre and very greasy. I know, fat is flavor but when you have a bun that can't hold up to it, that's not good. On the plus side, the condiment bar looked decent with reasonably fresh products. It didn't make sense that there was only 1 ketchup dispenser so even though it wasn't terribly busy, it took a second to get me some ketchup. All in all, if all you're getting are mediocre burgers and playing the machines, it's not a bad place to be but do not think about getting the hotdogs.

It has probably been 15 years since my last visit to a Fuddruckers. I can remember judging the quality or sophistication of a city by whether they had a Fuddruckers. The Nashville location closed long ago and was replaced by a new shopping strip that now includes reigning champ of the hamburger industry - Five Guys. Anyway, my fond memories of Fuddruckers were diminished in our visit last night. To be fair, the flavor of the burger was good. The bun was actually excellent. The bakery man brought free cookies for the kiddies. Perhaps my issue with the burger joints, especially the ones that advertise so prominently how great they are is that I have been to Gabby's in Nashville. It is clearly the best burger I've ever had, and by so large a margin that everything else just seems like crap. But back to Fuddruckers. I'll save the review of Gabby's for their own entry. On entry, the Fuddruckers seemed disorganized and a little less than clean. Not dirty, just not clean. And not in a vibey cool "joint" kind of way. I remember back in the day, a bright open decor. This Fuddruckers is dark and cluttered. Once upon a time the butcher shop was likely to have half a cow hanging in the walk-in, with a big window so you could really see that your burger was freshly prepared, never frozen. The lights we off in the walk-in but I could make out shelves. No side of beef hanging in there. At the counter, the menu board is all burgers. The web site advertised a few organic, grass fed options but they haven't made their way here. They used to have some alternates - ribs, chicken, etc. Now it is all burgers. We came for burgers so no biggie, but I would have liked to see some buffalo. The burgers came out, all uniform in shape, all little too round, too flat. The bacon clearly precooked and nuked. We dressed them at the salad bar which had plenty of options including salsas and peppers and such. I was surprised that the burger actually tacked very good. It was seasoned well, and the bug was fresh and light. It was a little too tender (breadcrumbs?), but properly cooked medium. Still seemed a little prefab but good none the less. We had a side of skins, but I had expected potato skins, not the regular fries with cheese and bacon bits. Oh well, there were plenty and they tasted ok. I gave it a two because I won't go back... Too expensive for the quality of the experience, and they've lost the things that really made them different.

Last time I went to a Fuddruckers was probably 10 years ago. I only came here because my friends wanted to eat here, but I've never been a fan. I would rather go to Five Guys or Smash Burger. My burger was ok, nothing spectacular. Customer service was pretty lame The restaurant was empty, yet we were scolded to sit down and wait for our names to be called only to be called less than a minute later. My meal included three cookies. They were hard and tasted old. My friend's brownie was like eating a sandpaper block. Yea I'm pretty done with Fuddruckers.

I like fudruckers but this place just doesn't serve like others do. I always get a milkshake and this one you only get a little in the second cup, not filled up half way like others. The prices seem a little high as well

How can you go wrong with a big juicy burger and a plate full of seasoned fries? You can't! We ate last week and throughly enjoyed our meals. I had the burger, and she had a chicken Caesar salad, and we left happy and full.

Disgusting burger I had to spit it out! My daughter wanted a hotdog, but it when the waitress brought it out it was old looking and gray. We def don't plan to revisit this restaurant.
