Chili's has really gone downhill in the past few years. It's sad to because my wife and I had one of our first meals dating at a Chili's in Waldorf Maryland and we have some cherished memories to this day of that meal. This particular Chili's is in need of some basic cleaning and maintenance. The tables are worn and just feel dirty with chips and dings standing out very visible. Honestly, the restaurant just seems like it's not clean. On to the food...since 1994 when I first started going to Chili's, my wife and I have been hooked on the fajitas....we've always done the fajitas for two. Today, since my wife was not with me I ordered the chicken fajitas. Well I was really disappointed....the chicken seemed warmed up from a bag or something as did the onions and green peppers...it smelled good but lacked fresh flavor...like it had been prepared way in advance and then warmed up?? I wish I had something good to say about this visit but nothing really stood out...even the chips and queso were lacking as the chips were straight out of a long ago opened bag and stale and the queso was lukewarm and had a strange texture....not like melted cheese?? It's apparent to me after going into many Chili's across the United States that consistency is very lacking...some of the Chili's do better than others....I guess that's the way it is with a chain restaurant. Sorry Chili's.....I'll stay out of this Chili's in the future.

Like any other Chili's, the food was okay. Our orders came out at a reasonable time. I was content with my food. Didn't find or taste anything bad. I would've given 2 stars just for the food, but because the service was good, I'm giving this place 3 stars; the waitress gave us extra chips for the whole group even though it was one person's order.

What can I say about Chill's? You are always going to get the same food across the country. The service at this place was good and my regular chicken sandwich tasted like it always does.

Always crowded and I just love the classic Oldtimer Burger! Everything I have ever gotten here has been good. I recommend it.

We came in to eat on a Sunday afternoon, after being told the wait was twenty minutes we never received a buzzer to alert us that we can be seated, after 40 mins my husband went up to ask the hostess if we were to be seated soon and if we needed a buzzer, he looked on the seating chart and our name was crossed out, the hostess did not apologize and acted as if it was no big deal, my husband being a diabetic had to wait an additional 25 minutes before we could get seated poor customer service

Dropped in here for a quick bite while traveling from Chattanooga. My wife had the BBQ ribs with fries and I had a new entree, Chipotle Chicken Fajitas. The food arrived hot and steamy. My wife loved the ribs and I loved the fajitas. The ribs were succulent and excellent with the crispy fries. The wife stated that the ribs at Chili's are "always good." The new entree was served with sliced chicken breast, topped with a chipotle sauce, cheese, peppers and onions. On the side were plenty of flour tortillas, some chunky guacamole (which was very good), salsa and shredded cheese. Our service started off a little slow, but quickly picked up and I would give our waitress a good review as well. If you are ever in Knoxville on Kingston Pike, this Chili's is a winner.

They have a great sandwich or tow for lunch stop. The BBQ and the chicken are both great sandwiches. The fries are crispy and hot! They have a friendly nice atmosphere and service.

The fajitas at this location are delicious. The service is hit or miss but most sit down restaurants are like that. We eat here at least once a month. Our most recent visit was Saturday May 12th. The food was good and the service was as well.

We enjoy going to this Chili's every time. The parking is convenient, centrally located to where we go, and great service. Tonight, we went to redeem a free Flat Bread Coupon. Delish! The flat bread isn't an appetizer, but a huge meal. It was at least a foot long. I had the California Flat Bread and the avocado on it. Their roasted Garlic Aoli was more like a silky Mayo, but still delicious! I had Sweet Potato Fries with it and I took 1/2 my meal home. My husband had a burger and fries. Their burgers are always juicy, messy, but delicious. The time was when they were pretty busy, but the service was great. They have a tag-team system where two share a section instead of one for smaller section. This is great when one person isn't busy and the other is slammed. I've never been disappointed going there for lunch or dinner and we'll be sure to return next time.

Had lunch there today with two family members. Two of us ordered the two meals for $20.00 that also includes an appetizer. The chips and guacamole was delicious. My meal of the 6oz sirloin was really good. The steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes was delicious. My niece had the chicken fajitas and enjoyed them. I do not like smell or taste of cooked onions and green peppers but she loved the entrée. Mom had the Swiss Mushroom burger and they were very accommodating to her tastes and made mushrooms with no garlic and left off the red onion. Love this place.
