My family had Easter lunch at this Aubrey's. There were 18 of us, including 4 children, and the service was exceptional. Chris was great! The food was also excellent with very large portions that the children could share. An Easter treat was peanut butter pie and we shared the last two pieces. This restaurant is one of our favorites for Sunday lunch. The call ahead seating is very nice and we all love it!

Great Ribs. Nice fall off the bone with a decent sauce. Had the homemade chips with it. One thing I like here and other Aubrey's is the attention to details, especially me. I come in and sit down and within 30 seconds someone it greeting me to get my drink order. They also keep my drink full. I ordered Sweet Tea and a nite for all servers. Never let the glass go empty. No problem here. I will proudly go to any Aubrey's as they obviously have a great training program to have those that I have visited bad so similar in service and attention.

Very good meal---all the way around. Chicken Fingers are unbelievable: not your average fast food! Worth the short detour from I-75.
I have family in Knoxville and eat here as often as I can when I visit. The food is awesome, but even more impressive is their customer service. Last time I ate there, there was a slight delay in one of our meals being delivered. It was no big deal, but the manager came over and apologized and gave our whole table dessert and comped our drinks as well. In another instance, I wanted to send a gift card to a sick family member and one of their staff took my order for the gift card and then mailed it for me with a personal note. So these guys don't just have great food, but make their customers feel special as well, which is not something I can say for most other restaurants I've been too.

All even better from my January review. We have been a faithful patron here for twenty-five plus years and all from the previous review still applies. Always get the same thing and it remains one of the best dining experience of our lives each time we go.

I went here for the first time with my friends super excited! This place is always packed full of people and parking is always hard to find. I was very disappointed. Service was slow and she never checked on our table. I had to grab another waitress to fill up my drink. The food was pricy and the selection is limited. I went one other time after that to give it a second chance and my experience was not any better. Not going there ever again. And I do not recommend it.

The Rajin' Cajun chicken sandwich with a side of buttermilk ranch is the best thing on the menu. The chicken finger appetizer is also a good eat.

We had dinner there and enjoyed it immensely. Service was excellent, friendly and prompt. Our waitress was very helpful and gave southern hospitality. I had salmon tacos and tomato bisque soup that was delicious. My boyfriend had sirloin tips with mushrooms, spinach and potato dumplings. Served with a lovely scrumptious gravy on top. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the Cranberry Chicken Salad (with Balsamic dressing), is the best salad I've ever had at a restaurant. Toppings were chunky and fresh and abundant. Just delicious. Waitress was great. Wish I wasn't just a visitor so I could try the rest of the menu.

Check out my other reviews. You'll notice I'm usually Mr. Positive. I used to live in East TN and visit often to see my parents. Aubrey's has always been a favorite. Going back a few weeks ago was like visiting the former high school stud, discovering him in sweat pants, 100 pound overweight and hateful. The place was absolutely filthy. We wiped down our table with a wet cloth to take off a ton of grime. The bathroom was shockingly gross on a not-so-busy night. The bread smelled like urine. Yes, urine. My "medium" steak was charred, my baked potato was still crunchy from being uncooked, my spouses chicken tenders were rubbery and gross, my son's cheeseburger was greasy and full of fillers. Aubrey's management: Get your act together at this location. Knoxville deserves your former glory, Mister! The fries were great! Yay! I can end on a positive note.

Delicious comfort food! I was looking for a good local place near my hotel and found this place here on Yelp. I had the buttermilk fried chicken with sweet potato fries and squash. SO GOOD. Chicken was smothered in delicious, savory gravy. Not too expensive, not too cheap, and literally a ton of food. I could only eat half of my food.

Aubrey's is a good local restaurant with lots of interesting menu options. The focus is on southern cuisine, mostly. I never had anything there that blew me away or made a long-term impression. But, it is an acceptable place to eat.

The smallest location I've been to of this typically reliable local chain. Food was good, but the service was lacking and for a place that prides itself on it's beer selection, they didn't have a beer list OR a server who could tell me about it. I don't care that ur not 21 and haven't tried them, it's ur job, read or ask about it, lol!

This place has great southern-style food and reasonable prices. I love the baked apples! The owner is also very supportive of the local school system, which is great.

I remember when this place opened. These were the frontier days of Farragut, when Turkey Creek was a road surrounded by wetlands, a pass-through road at best. Enter Aubrey's. A man had a dream to make his very own TGIO'Crapchilibees, Farragut's highest level of dining was Burger King, and thus a restaurant empire was born. Denizens of West Knoxville flocked to this new place, and business was good. I think half of the gals I went to high school with were hostesses at some point during the early years. Twenty years later (holy shit, how'd that happen?), it is still the go-to place for meh dining, for when you've given up on putting anything in your body that was crafted with love. And good news, because if that is your bag, they are all over the damn place now. The finest in slop trough dining awaits you! Bon appétit!
