Buffalo Wild Wings in Kingston, Tennessee you guys are really personable. Costumer service here is on-point. Southern hospitality at best. Kudos on the WINGS!!! I ordered mild & BBQ. Oh by the way Buzztime Trivia is fun!

This company has steadily gone downhill for the past three years. Will never eat at a BWW again, this sealed the deal. The boneless wings used to have chicken in them. Now it's all hard crunchy breading, of poor quality I might add. Ordered my favorite sauce, Mango Habanero. Three of the 12 bread nuggets had no sauce on them. My wife ordered "wings" too and we were both offered ranch or blue cheese, pretty standard for a wings place. We both asked for ranch. One of us got it, one got nothing. To top it off THEY CHARGED US 60 CENTS FOR IT!

This particular location in Kingsport, Tennessee is hit or miss with the service and food. One visit the waitress/ waiter can be very personable and on top of things and the next no enthusiasm to please and go for long periods without even hearing from them. The food is never less than average but sometimes can be 5 star. You can never go wrong with the boneless Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing, or Spicy Garlic wings. These are some of the best specialty sauces of any wing joint I have ate at and i have ate my fair share of wings from all up and down east of the Mississippi. At these to some ranch and or blue cheese dressing and your set for a meal or a snack to go along with a beer while you watch the big game. The wings are very well priced, whereas the beer and other foods can seem steep to some. The drafts are always cold, refreshing, and satisfying.

It is ok. Mediocre food. High beer prices with long wait times (they may be improving since business has slowed down) but the very best night was bike night. Giveaways and fun outdoors or in (depending on host) it was fun. Do not show up thinking you will have any kind of culinary enlightenment experience. Trivia is fun. Fun for older kids for sure.

I would have to say this is the Best sports bar & grill in the Tri-Cities. Never really been a fan of sports bars but I have to say I was impressed. From the menu, the service and the amazing selection of beer you can't go wrong. Oh yeah, and the endless flat screens surrounding the entire bar area is really cool too.

If you're looking for a loud, lively atmosphere, then come here. The food was good, but the people at the next table felt like they were part of ours! We could hear their conversation, they were so close. I think they need to remove a few tables so you can at least walk in between the chairs!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is fine and it's a good place to drink but the service is terrible. They seem understaffed at times and most of the server's aren't that attentive even when its well staffed. I use to be a big fan of this place but as time has went on the service has gone hill and now I'm coming to it less.

I eat at this chain all over the country. Tonight was the worst food/experience I have every had. They got my order all wrong and the bartender who is my waitress seems to not mind that I have been waiting 30 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. I point out that 1. my beer is empty, 2. There is no hot sauce or cheese on this sandwich as we discussed. Before I could tell her the chicken would have broken all my teeth she walks off to get the missing sauce and cheese.....Then I ask to see the manager when the second attempt at my food comes out wrong as well. I then realize the manager had been sitting 2 people away from me at the bar the entire time. The men on either side of me got the wrong wings. Sure she comped our food but come on lady! You are letting your staff disgrace the BW3 name! Then I waited 20 minutes for my check. There was about 10 servers for the dinning room, 3 bartenders and about maybe 15 customers.
