Very busy Starbucks. Service was good despite the crowds.

Good coffee. Pretty darn good baristas. Even still, I have no clue why this location is in a strip mall, with NO DRIVE THROUGH ACCESS. This often makes for long lines and crowded tables inside. Moreover, this is the only Starbucks in Jackson. It is also located across from Walmart. Surely Starbucks caters to a different demographic than the "people of Walmart." In conclusion, I go anyway because its Starbucks and our options are limited here in Jack-tastic. Bad corporate planning in an otherwise good coffee joint. Note: This Jackson location has been completely remodeled in 2013. Party bonus: this location has a PREMIUM ESPRESSO COUNTER. These are reserved for only the highest volume Starbuck's locations.

The coffee is great! Typical Starbucks Coffee. It got remodeled this year and the new design looks great. Great location just off the highway and near the mall; however, there is very limited parking and it's usually overcrowded since it's the only one in town besides the one inside Target. NO DRIVE THRU. The staff is very friendly and pretty fast, but they will mess up your order 2 out 5 times I guarantee.

Good Location decent service considering the overwhelming crowd all the time. Just off the highway and conveniently located near the mall. Lacks a drive through.

Like any other Starbucks, this one tastes more or less the same but has limited parking, very small inside and high traffic. This makes it hard to get in, get your coffee and get out.

I'll make this short since, you know, this is a Starbucks. The Jackson location of Starbucks is my go-to spot on trips between Nashville and Memphis. If I have any time to burn, this is the place I usually do it in. What I like about this location most is that they have the Clover machine and can brew some of the more creative blends. Pros: They have the clover which means I get some creative choices in coffee on my trips to and from Memphis. Cons: This is in the end of a small strip mall center and the parking situation can get a little crazy. Based on how busy it is in there, they should have chosen a larger location. Ingress and Egress can also be a bit difficult but Starbucks couldn't have done anything to improve that as the tenant. Overall: It's a Starbucks and feels like one. This one is a bit cramped considering how busy it always is but they offer great service, coffee selection, and clean restrooms for your trips on I-40!

Beef brisket sandwich is the most disgusting representation of food I have ever had in my life. It didn't even look like beef. What is it ? What is it from ? Where did it come from? Look at the photos I took of it.

This Starbucks has clover brewed coffee which is awesome - and fun to watch. Unfortunately the line is longer than the store front and there's no drive through. Still, we stop here every time we pass by on the highway. Just use the patio door and turn left if traveling means the restroom is your first priority.

Although I like my local shops Starbucks is a solid win. They are always fast and consistent. Mobile app makes finding nearby local easy and paying quick.

I really like the white chocolate mocha with raspberry, skinny, 190 degree with a extra shot! It's my favorite! I like this Starbucks because it has comfortable seating outside. Since they don't have a drive up it makes me get out of my car and go in bringing me to want to stop like I am doing now and chill on a comfy sofa outdoors. They also have some pretty flowers in the setting. Starbucks never fails me for a delicious cup of coffee!

Each cup of hand crafted beverage is made by a smiling barista who wants you to enjoy your coffee, tea, or freshly made food item as much as you do. This Starbucks has a warming atmosphere and plenty of space for your indoor outdoor seating. Smoking is prohibited within 50 feet of building.

My beverage was spot on. But this happens to be one of many SB locations that unwraps the slices of pound cake, and then keeps them so long they become rock hard squares.

This is a strip mall location with no drive through. Busy, but they handled the crowd. Close to my new job... so I see myself swinging through in the future.

Ummmm it is Starbucks...but there is NO drive-thru and extremely hard to get to when you just want a pick me up driving down the highway - not a good exit Starbucks

Average Starbucks. Nothing special about the location. Quick service. Clean bathroom. Normal food and coffee selection and supply. Decent site selection. Outdoor seating was a cute touch. Cramped and uncomfortable seating area indoors major disappointment.

Their re-design makes it actually look like a coffee shop. It looks so great. The staff is usually always friendly and they make drinks pretty fast. Star off for being the only Starbucks in Jackson and NO drive thru.
