    The 10oz is plenty honestly, but if u want more 15 oz is more than enough. I love this place. It's very simple, good in both quality and quantity, and the service has always been solid. I eat their very frequently, and never have a bad experience.

    Not impressed. It's basically a mongolian bbq, where you pick out your proteins, veggies, sauce, and starch, and then it's cooked in front of you. My husband and I both got items in our bowls that we had not initially included, so it just didn't seem like the guys were very careful. Wasn't really tasty, but that's probably because you have to add your own seasonings and sauce. I would rather go someplace where the chef has already determined what flavors work best together.

    This location has been open for some time. Today is the third time I've been, as far as I can tell there is no management out front, seating people seems to be a problem. The service is very poor. We will not go back.

    Awesome! The restaurant meets my expectations and then some. I've been to two other Genghis Grills and this one is just as good as the other two. The 10oz bowl is more than enough food. If you are a type of person that loves Stir Fry and can't decide what to get because you want it all, then this is definitely the place for you!

    My third time to try to like this place but after this time I've given up. The floor was so sticky I literally walked right out of my shoes. I thought maybe it was just by our table and asked to be moved but our server said the entire floor was like that "due to humidity". The food didn't look fresh as it hadn't at any if our visits but I kept thinking maybe it was due to the newness of the staff. Several staple items weren't even available. Our service was quicker than the previous two visits but it was still very slow and we were only attended to when we flagged down a different server than was assigned to us. Too many other great options in Jackson to waste any more time with this place.

    This place is dirty and overpriced. We walked in expecting it to be like Hu Hot and boy were we wrong. It is a one time trip to the "buffet" with a small bowl and limited sauces. When i received my bowl and sauce cups they were dirty...literally had crap left in them. He brought me a new set...same thing. Third time was the charm but i should have left then. The meat looks slimy and their vegetables had been sitting out all day...even onions that collect bacteria, they were yellow and not in a good way. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    I've been to this location 3 times. I kept thinking that because it is new the problems would be resolved but so far, no. First time we went there was a strong smell of paint. Second time it smelled like an old mildewy mop. The third time about 3 weeks later it still smelled like a mildewy mop. I talked to a friend that went in a week after my third visit and she complained about the mop smell, too. As far as the food, it was hard to enjoy because of the smells but it was okay. Don't think I'll be back and that's too bad because Jackson needs some variety in their restaurant scene.

    I am writing based on one experience, which was my first. The service is awful. I should know better than to expect fresh seafood this far inland. The calamari and shrimp stank; it was nauseating! The prices are reasonable. I may, or may not try them again. If I have a better experience, then I will update my review.
