I'm an everyday starbucks visitor. They remember how I like my beverage and are consistent with their interpretation of it. the staff are fun & quirky - as Baristas should be. they engage their customers & ask follow-up questions to activities outside of the store. endearing & warm. A pleasure to do business with!

This is a great location, but the service is extremely slow. After I waited 20 minutes for my vente tea, they actually served it with one tea bag when there should have been 2.

How hard is it to not put whipped cream on my frappuccino. Really. Been there 3 times, whipped cream on my frapp twice. Maybe I'll stick to the Starbucks inside Target...

If not for the outside seating I would just go to the Books a Million on the other side of the parking lot. In spite coming to the story every week for three years, it's rare that I can consistently get a drink done as requested, the baked goods are stale, and every time I have ordered plain coffee it has been filled with grounds. It's a typical starbucks.

I always love the Starbucks atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. Free wifi, newspapers and chillaxation. They are very clean, customer oriented and polite. Very rare occurrence in most places nowadays. I actually learned a fun fact. "chai" also means tea. I order a tea, tea... My children laughed and laughed when the worker told us that. Keep up the great work guys!!

I ordered black iced-coffee. They gave me sweetened iced-coffee. OMG! a fly flying in the showcase. I guess no lemon pound cake for me...sad :(

What can you say. We went through the drive through and a voice from a mechanical box welcomed us and asked us what we would like. We ordered our drinks drove to the window where we exchanged payment for our drink of hot water poured over ground beans mixed with hot milk (non-fat latte). This was the Starbucks experience, consistent but not a magical experience. We got what we wanted.

They always get my order right. They are very friendly and quick. However they are very popular and sometimes the drive thur line gets crazy. But that's just world we live in were people rather wait in line than walk in a place. This is my most favorite Starbucks!

This was my first visit to a starbucks and will be my last! Paid 2.00 for horrible sweet tea, the Wi-Fi is a joke, the place was filthy! The best thing about it was the young lady behind the counter was very nice & she used the word "crappy" when describing the Wi-Fi there. Panera ROCKS!!

I feel compelled to write this review due to how loud the music both in and outside the establishment. I suppose from a business perspective, Starbucks general managers want people going in and out. Which is an odd paradox for a coffee shop maintain. Basically, you are not quite that welcome to stay. The music is really loud to prevent people from gathering there. Plus, it is a small joint and there aren't enough nearby starbucks or coffee shops (maybe Panera bread) so this place could get crowded easily. Wifi - rarely works well, if at all. Which is pretty common amongst the surrounding starbucks around this area. It's really a joke that they even provide this. Strong coffee aroma. The scent of coffee aroma is way to strong here. It's like Starbucks is trying what subway does with its overbearing product aroma. Short review: This starbucks is not the urban, trendy kind you find from Seattle or what the brand often typically promotes. This is a drive-in, get your order and get out joint, akin to a dunkin donuts with high prices. Quick tips: Do plan to use this place for wifi or to do any work out of for more than 20 minutes or so. The loud music is very annoying.

All the people at this Starbucks are super nice but the service is lacking. Be ready to wait an extra 20mins for your drink at this store. As a former Starbucks manager I am shocked that corporate hasn't fixed the speed and quality problems at this store.
