Hickory Bourbon Chicken with BP & Salad bar.. Surprised me - incredible chicken perfectly cooked and the bourbon glaze is out of this world. Salad bar was just ok... But chicken made up for it.

I had lunch there today the service was slower than normal but the food was good and a reasonable price. The salad bar has changed over the last few months it doesn't seem that the items are are fresh as in the past.

I just aye here today. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly professional people. I am picky when I'm not pregnant, and seeing how I am currently pregnant even pickier. I ordered the chicken Bella with mashed potatoes and the salad bar was so fresh. The chicken was very juicy and the potatoes just right. What really made the experience phenomenal was our server Lee. He was beyond on point. Very professional and polite. Made us feel very important as a customer. Will definitely return here. At least while Lee is working. Management was also very nice.

Horrible. Service sucks and food is terrible. Table next to ours stayed dirty the whole time we were there. Plates at the salad bar were nasty.

This is by far one of the best Ruby Tuesdays around and one of the best places to eat in Hixson. My wife and I visit all the time and have had great service every time. Lee is the absolute best server and we make a point to sit in his section every time we visit. It's even worth the wait for a table to open up in his section. The food is always fresh and the salad bar is always very clean and well maintained.

We waited almost 30 minutes before our sever came. When he finally got to our table he was cracking lame jokes. The food was good. I had the Big Dipper Sampler. Overall Ok

Possibly the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. This goes for any Ruby Tuesday, by the way. But especially this location. You almost have to TRY to make food taste this bad. Truly. And as others have said, service is terrible. Restrooms were disgusting. Restrooms say it all about any business. I ate here tonight not by choice but as member of a party. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I knew it would taste bad regardless. So I went with the "minis" and the salad bar. Minis are slider-type burgers. You can get them with beef or turkey burger. I got one of each, knowing that they'd both suck. Fries cold. A friend of mine got a steak, medium well, with green beans. Steak and beans plated without any flair or anything to make it look nice. Steak did not have one bit of pink in it. Green beans were hard as a rock. Instead of tasty Southern-style beans that have the daylights cooked out of them, it looked like these were sauteed in olive oil for maybe one second. As we were eating, I starting b1tching about the whole thing and asking who brought us here. At once, everyone at the table looked at me and said, "WE AGREE! IT IS TERRIBLE!" The person who suggested it was an older lady who didn't want the other place we all wanted to go to (a Mexican restaurant). Salad bar selections, other than the lettuce, were bad tasting. The potato salad had potatoes that were not peeled. So the potatoes had a very tough and not tasty skin on them. Pasta salad and broccoli salad bad tasting. The place was empty, but server was always MIA. We had to chase her down to get our bill. Waters never got cold refills. They had water, without ice, in a pitcher used to refill our drinks. What was incredible is that there must have been 15 people working. Probably one employee for every two diners. The general manager was doing NOTHING that we could tell. She never came by our table to check on us. Just avoid this place and save yourself the frustration.

I took my kids on a night where kids eat free and all I can say is it was horrible dinner we ever had. The waitress was very unkind and spilled my drink on table as she was refilling. Didn't check on us let along remove any dirty plates and a fly was in the salad bar area. I will never go back again...

Two stars because the food was good. Other than that, it was a train wreck. We sat at the bar where there were two bartenders working. Come to find out, one was training and couldn't do much. The trainee was sweating profusely and kept wiping her head with her hand. She never washed her hands and continually made drinks and touched lemons and limes of multiple people's drinks. Gross! It was so bad the I declined a second drink because I did not want her to touch my glass or fruit. Additionally, we asked for bread 3-4 times. A to-go order came in and asked for bread after we had requested it a few times and they made sure to grab some fresh bread for THAT person but still ignored our request. There seemed to be a lot of drama/arguing among staff members at the expo line. I wanted some water after my drink was empty (I was eating spicy soup), but no one ever offered. Nor could I get their attention. We got tired of waiting on our check so flashed our card. They took it, along with a coupon, but they (including manager) seemed to have a hard time figuring that out. We never got an actual check, just a credit card receipt, so we hope it was right. Over all, terrible visit.... but Great people watching as this was all happening (sarcasm).

Not a fan of this place. This our second visit to this establishment and neither time has been above two stars. The food takes forever to get! It doesn't matter if it's the late hours of dinner service or right after the lunch rush. Both times our food took forever to come to our table. Also I ordered something called the "California BLT" which said it had a fried turkey breast, bacon, avocado, lettuce, etc. When I got my sandwich it was deli sliced Turkey. I asked the waitress about it and she brought out someone that I can only assume was the head cook or the manager (since the waitress didn't tell us who she was). The cook/manager told me that it comes ore packages and is fried turkey breast then sliced. I told her that was stupid since the menu made it seem like a crispy chicken sandwich except with Turkey. She continued to tell me they receive their turkey meat pre packages and that's how it comes. She offered to get me something new but I declined since it took us so long to get our food in the first place. After two negative experiences, I can't say I'll be coming back anytime soon!

Cold food and abysmal service. At least they took a couple of the entrees off the bill. I asked the manager for extra napkins and he never brought them. The blind are leading the blind at this restaurant. It might be worth stopping by if you enjoy sardonic wit, and your dining partners have what it takes to entertain you (assuming you don't actually want to eat). Otherwise, avoid!
