This one is horrible to eat at. Do not go!!! They have people who have piercing a on their face and don't refill your drinks or check up on you.

If there was a test for O'Charley's this one would pass. Everyone was friendly and attentive. They happily brought us all the extra sauces, go boxes, refills, Ketchups and A-1 Steak Sauces we asked for. Should I have the urge to visit an O'Charley's in Hermitage, I would have no hesitation about coming in here.

A friend suggested I go here when I said I wanted a steak. This review is only about the food and nothing else. Service was great, but the steak on the other hand was one if they worst steaks I have ever had. Yet on the menu they claim to have hand cut steaks. I ordered it med/rare when it came out it was more on the done side almost well done. It was very tough, it was the worst ribeye I've ever had. If you go I would stay away from the steaks on the menu.

Atmosphere has changed again. Not sure if that's what this place needs. Better quality of steak would nice. And if you could negotiate better food prices. So you were competitive to the food of Cheddars.

The service was slow. We didn't see our waitress much. I ordered a refill on my beer, which didn't come until I was already done with my meal. The food was ok. My steak was over done and rather small. Overall rather unmemorable.

Went to the Hermitage location 2 days ago for a late brunch with my bf. VERY disappointed to learn they no longer have happy hour all the time. Yes, we were going to drink with our brunch. Don't judge! :) I got the Ultimate Omelette and it was still pretty yummy. Our bartender was ok, but didn't go out of his way to be friendly and never once smiled. Probably won't visit here as much anymore simply due to the happy hour changes.

OHH Charley's. Where do I start? Maybe with.. I will not be going back.. but thanks for the comped meal. Service, horrible. WE bussed our own table in the bar area. Cleared plates, wiped table, found napkins, silverware, and menus. I asked the girl for help.. she said she was busy and never returned. Our server was a young man.. he could tell we were frustrated. Bless his heart I could tell he was nervous and he tried his best so kudos to him. Long island iced tea- found a dead fly in it. (It was replaced but they still charged us for it) Food- not what we ordered. SLOW. stale chips and cold artichoke dip. Our food took over an hour to come out. A group was there 30 minutes before we got there and they didn't even get their bread until our meals arrived and they were complaining. Another group ordered food and got no attention so they finally walked out. I finally complained to the manager and she said it was because they were short a server. I understand that but then why was she standing around and not lending a helping hand to her employees? I was very disappointed. It was father's day and I instead of enjoying my time with my father, we talked about nothing but the service. What a waste of 3 hours.

I love this restaurant . Customer service is charming, and the food is completely spectacular every single time I go. I have never had anything off of the menu that I didn't enjoy! Every food here has tons of flavor, and tons of side dishes or sauces to compliment the meal amazingly. If you do decide to go, ask for Kathryn! She has made our experience very pleasurable with her attentiveness and a delightful personality. I recommend everyone to have a great time at ocharleys !

Sat in the bar area and had potato soup and prime rib pasta. The food was excellent. Hot fresh and very tasty. Portion was more than enough. Dinner comes with hot rolls that are amazing. I'm 200 lbs and I'm leaving very full. I was impressed with Jeff at the bar. Very attentive and extremely polite. The ambience is nice. Not too soft and not like a sports bar. Bottom line...above average food, better than expected environment and an overall very satisfied customer. I will return to this place again. Many more items on the menu I want to try. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Good service. Decent food. Great rolls. Rarely go here due to so many other options that seem more enticing. Three stars mainly for that reason. It is just kind of an average place to go and eat. Not something to get excited about.

I like the food and servers are great. But that hostess.... every time ive seen her she looks totally annoyed, never smiles, and never friendly. Total mood kill the second you walk in. I've worked in food service and a friendly, cheerful hostess is a huge advantage.

Waitress left food to sit and get cold while fries cooked. So my husband had hot fries, but the burger, and my cedar grilled fish, rice, and broccoli were ice cold. When I complained they took my plate away and reheated the fish, but the sides were left cold. My husband but into his burger to find the bacon severely undercooked. After all this, they did not offer any discount or comp. Never going to this location again. Apparently, if the food sucks, it's on your wallet. Call me crazy, but I go to a restaurant intending on paying for hot food.

Not sure why there's tons of negative reviews. I love it every time I go. Now, I will say the only O'Charley's I'd never return to would be the Antioch location. The Hermitage location is amazing and the food comes out promptly each time. But..you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try.

Had the Teriyaki seseame chicken...horrible. Tasted like warmed up chinese food. The grapefruit martini was way too sweet. And I'm not really sure the wow with the bread but the rolls at this place were less than wow. Just regular bread to me. Will not be back.

I try to visit here on Chicken Harvest soup day but when I went for dinner yesterday the soup was awful. Instead of bright white it had a brown tint and tasted like it had a cleaning agent in it. I sent it back but none of the management ever came out to apologize. I was very disappointed.
