Long wait with really bad coffee. The breakfast was actually really tasty though. Love the McGriddle! Fairly clean inside as well. Overall, a slightly below average McDonalds.

Well, this was certainly a WOW experience and not in a good way. It immediately got off to a bad start. I was the only 1 at the counter and ready to order. They girl working told me to hang on a minute and proceeded to continue her conversation with the manager. You should have spoken lower because I heard the majority of your conversation. I'm not too sure if what you are wearing that night when you all go out is something I should have been put on hold for but whatever. I ordered a combo, ketchup/mustard only. It was ready quick, which proved to be a problem. My burger was regular with everything and to top it off the fries tasted rubbery. At least let them finish cooking, hell, you have a timer that tells you when done. Anyways, manager apologized and replaced order correctly this time. Typical McD's bullshit. I just needed a quick meal and they couldn't even get that right. Don't bother with this place, go up the road, many other better choices. Til next time. SYOY!

This might be the worst Mcdonalds I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. Was thinking a quick exit off I40 for some fries and burger. I was with the GF and decided to get something to hold us over driving to Knoxville. The burgers were cold, fries stale. Returned both and waited for fresh food. Fries better but not really. I think they never cleaned the fryer grease out. "Learned watching Bar rescue". Bad oil just will not cooking anything good. To top off the stop the coke machine was kicking out highly carbonated drinks. Just sucked. No way I will stop here again. Drive on, I say!

I stopped here at 1am and didn't leave until 1:30am. I was in the drive thru and was scared that my car was going to run out of gas I was in the line for that long. And there was only 2 cars in front of me. I know 1am isn't prime time, but how does it take 30 minutes to make 2 Mcdoubles and 2 medium fries? The food was hot, but for 30 minutes it should be hot, right? I'll only be back to this one of I'm randomly in the area and have the time to kill and STARVING.

I mean, it's McDonald's, folks. Don't come here (or any location I imagine) and expect greatness. Almost every Sunday I treat myself to a large vanilla iced latte and sometimes a sausage burrito. Well, EVERY TIME they try to hand me a hot vanilla latte. After I correct them it's still a game of which random size/cup iced latte will they end up giving me. Sometimes it's the correct size, sometimes it's a small, sometimes it's in a medium cup with a dome lid and sometimes it's not even an iced latte, it's an iced coffee. Big difference. I just don't understand why they have so much trouble with this standard menu item. On top of the issues with the drink, the person usually taking the order always sounds like they are dying. Not sure if it's a Sunday morning hangover or just hating their job in general but it's pretty annoying. I'll continue to come here when I want my iced latte since it's right up the street, but next time they F it up I'm going to throw the hot coffee back in their face. Just kidding. But I will probably call the manager and see why this keeps happening.

This is the closest McDonald's to me, which means I frequent it when I'm running low on time and can't have breakfast in the morning. Every time I order a single sausage burrito, they give me 2! Also, they are very friendly.
