Have eaten here a few times in the past few months. While the food is typical of Chili's, the service here is seriously lacking. On our most recent visit, my friend and I got unlimited soup and salad. We sat for a little over 10 minutes after our first bowl of soup before the waitress came to ask if we'd like our salad or more soup. Our drink glasses were empty, our bowls had been empty for 10 minutes, the establishment was not very busy at all. This is the same kind of experience we've had each time we have gone here. Management needs to ensure the wait staff is taking care of the guests.

We wanted to order a burrito with no sauce and were told we could not do that because they are on a conveyor belt. This was told to us by the server, the manager, and the general manager. Translation: the food is prepackaged and frozen. They just heat it up and you pay high prices. Better just to go to the frozen section of your local grocery store. This place used to be good but, sadly, no more.

We ordered Chili's To Go for a Sunday family dinner. The bag seemed light so we asked the young lady if she was sure everything was packed up. She said it was. Got home with half our order. Called back and were told the manager (Hannah) would mail us a discount card for our next visit. Three weeks later, no card has arrived. Restaurants make mistakes, but if they promise and fail to make it right, there is significant problem with customer service. Should have known when we were not offered plates, utensils or condiments -- pretty standard with large take out orders (Feeding 15). Would not go back and would not recommend this restaurant's take out/catering services.

The service was awful. We had about 3 different waitresses throughout our meal. Had to wait an extended amount of time to get meal which was not the best! Would not recommend this place!

My wife and I are big fans of Chili's Southwest egg-rolls. This Chili's is out of our neighborhood, but we went there to support a VFW fundraiser. The food and service were good, and the prices are very reasonable. My wife and daughter both had the shrimp tacos, and really enjoyed them. I had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and couldn't finish it. That almost never happens to me.

So, w decided to come for dinner the Wednesday on the week before Christmas and were promptly seated at the tale closest to the kitchen (terrible spot for a table) and got drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came quick as did the appetizer, and we felt that we were going to have a good dinner based off of the way the night was going. That's when we made the mistake of ordering entree's. I ordered the steak and my wife ordered the tilapia plates. I asked for my steak to be medium rare, and after about 20 minutes of waiting I made the comment to my wife that I wonder what's holding up our meal as she got fish(fast) and I got medium rare steak (really fast). When our meals finally came, the waitress made the comment of "want to check that steak?". That's a sure sign the steak isn't cooked right, and after cutting through it, it was over done. So off goes my steak as my wife goes ahead and eats her fish and then waits for a refill of her water that we had to ask another waitress passing by to get. After another 15 minutes, a total of now 40 minutes since we had the appetizer, I said ill just pass on the steak as the appetizer is settled, and the manage came by and offered to send us home with the new one and take the steak off of the bill. So, I would normally be happy with this, except as I get home and opened my steak I realized that it was basically raw. They had barley seared one side, and the other side was bloody. I actually had to cook the steak at home to eat. I would normally go on but at this point im about all out of eating at this chili's.

Well this visit has started out really horrible. We understand that it's going to be a wait when coming to eat on a Friday night. No biggie. But when your seated you would expect to be greeted in a timely fashion and you would expect not to hear snide comments about kids. And you would expect for someone who came after you to not be greeted and served before you. Well not the case. I wish I wasn't so mad or I would ask the gentlemen (waiter) what his name was but I don't think that I can without being an ass. Worst service ever. I hope that at least our food is good. Stay tuned for an update on that an the new waitress we just received.

I have to say that chili's has really stepped up their game! This chili's was one of the nicer ones that I've been to...probably because it's in hermitage. This is a chain but I do enjoy their food and the atmosphere is fun. They updated the menu and made the burgers fancier! I had the bacon burger which was good. The plate appearance was clean and appetizing with the fries in their own separate basket. I liked this upgrade! They also added mini kiosk to each table where people can order drinks, pay their bills and play games if they wish. Although it was somewhat bulky on the table, it made checking out very easy and convenient. There was no hunting down the bill or waiting for someone to run the card. Overall it was a great meal and experience!

My wife and young son arrived around 7:00. Was told it would be 15-20 minute wait so we decided to eat in the bar area. We ordered drinks and headed to the bathroom to wash hands. The whole backside of the place was empty - seating everywhere?? Asked and they said they did not have enough help - on a saturday night?? There was 2 staff members serving the whole bar area. They were working hard and was helpful. Food was just ok. My chick/ranch was cold and lacking. The chips we were served was cold/oily and stuck together. The good news is they have on table pos devices that have games which entertained our son... But darn it they charged us $1 - really? It is not much - but it just magnifies any other issues you may have...

My favorite place to eat. Took my two kids out to eat here yesterday for dinner and the server was very accommodating for my toddler. When he started acting up and doing things that toddlers do she didn't even bat an eyelash. I felt horrible so we left quickly, but the food was wonderful and staff was patient with my kids.

This is a super typical Chili's. I've been here a couple times and I've never had a problem, but I've never been impressed either. I've gotten the usual, no-brainer, can't mess up fried food meals and always enjoyed them. This is in a parking lot to the Loews or Home Depot, I always mix them up. That makes the parking lot a little unique to maneuver but you'll manage, even if that means making a u-turn. Most of the seating are booths, and I've never had to wait here. Very in and out kind of place. Bathrooms are nice and clean too.
