Been to this location several times to get some icecream....I should say "attempted to get some icecream." I would estimate, out of 10 times, 8 of them have involved me being ignored at the drive thru. I don't know how the kids working there have gotten away with it so much. All I ever want is one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough, would take 1 minute of their time, and I'm not showing up 30 minutes or less within the closing time! I thought it was a fluke the first two times, you can see now why I have moved past that theory. I typically choose to drive further to the location in Mt. Juliet or Rivergate, rather than gamble on this location. I'd advise anyone else to do the same.
