Love this place for a quick steak dinner. Their prices are affordable and quality is great. Good value here!

I have ordered the filet mignon 5 times and not once have i received a cooked to order steak. I specifically give instructions on how to prepare my steak to no avail. Again, the filet came out over cooked The manager on duty did nothing to offer me anything else to eat after I sent the steak back Pretty sad that a "steak house" can't cook a Pittsburg blackened steak.....

I know what Texas Roadhouse is, so I don't go in expecting anything extraordinary. Free peanuts is great, large mugs of beer is really nice, and it's a hat trick when you're not seated around wailing children. Standard chain restaurant: mediocre but acceptable starters and entrees; middle shelf beer and wine choices; cocktail offerings that make you think a fruit juice factory exploded; and staff who can barely give enough of a damn to pay attention. Here's my real complaint. I ordered a ribeye, rare. I got a thin slice of steak that was just gray enough on the outside to qualify as done and probably medium rare if you turn the lights down. I pointed out to the server that there was no color to the outside of the steak, and he explains to me that you can't cook a steak that thin rare and get color on it. First, yes. You can. Second, don't lecture me on how a steak is prepared. Your job is to bring it to me. Third, if the people in the back can't cook a steak to proper doneness without cooking it well, that's OK, but don't call yourself TEXAS Roadhouse. Texans know how to cook meat. This place knows how to warm it. Go if you're hungry and it's the quickest place to sit down. Be sure you get you money's worth by eating at least 3 pounds of peanuts.

I've probably been here about 50 times and it never disappoints. I always love the Chicken Critters, Country Fried Steak, Blossom Onion, and the Oven Roasted Chicken. It's always awesome. Love it.

Second time at a Texas roadhouse. Service from Richard was great. Nice size steaks for the price and well prepared. House salad was a step above average.

My favorite place to eat, best bbq chicken and ribs I have ever had. Great staff, attentive and friendly, and the food simply rocks. Love love love this place. In fact, we are going there tonight ! Nuff said. Just yumbo.

One of my favorite steakhouses! The ribeye is the best and so flavorful. The side salad is the best with the homemade ranch dressing and homemade croutons that crumble in your mouth. The bread with cinnamon butter before the meal is great! The baked potato and sweet potatoes are great! Service is great! And u can do call ahead seating!

We got seated very fast. Waiter was very attentive to our needs. They had bread on our table in 30 seconds. The food was really good. I had the half slab of ribs, corn & salad. The price of our meal was not to high for 3 people. Everyone seemed in a good spirit. There was country music playing continuously .

The best staff and food. As soon as you go in you feel so welcomed. But let's get to the good stuff they start by giving you some fresh and hot rolls with their signature butter that literally melts in your mouth. They are so delicious there are no words to describe. I got the roasted chicken and some loaded mashed potatoes with a Caesar salad. I'm going to tell right now your going to feel like you're in heaven. I also tried an appetizer that had jalapeño and cheese inside I give them a 10 as well! Overall the place was amazing could not have asked for anything better. A big plus the manager came to our table I'd say about 3 times to verify we were doing good nowadays you rarely see then do that.

If Texas Roadhouse traded signs with Logan's, I doubt that most people could tell the difference. Both have buckets of peanuts on the tables and shells on the floor. Both have great drinks, warm bread, and pretty good food. Unfortunately, both also have disappointing steaks. They are tough and loaded with gristle. We'll be back, just not for the steak.

I've never been disappointed by this place. I've come at least twice in the last year, once for my birthday. The servers are nice and the food is very good and filling. Next time we may just get chili and salad because we were full just off that alone last visit. Once the bartender felt didn't make my drink up to par so he gave me a new one. I thought both were fine but I was impressed with the customer service anyway. Very thoughtful.

I ordered cheese fries, no bacon. Friend ordered a steak medium rare. Cheese fries showed up with bacon, steak showed up raw in the middle. All I ordered was cheese fries as a note, so I got to wait about twice as long to eat and was already starving when I got there, the steak and potato was the only thing my friend ordered. So, basically got to wait twice as long for each meal as should have, then had to wait to get tickets taken, eh... not a terrible experience, but the fries were not all that good. Just sort of seemed half-assed from the nearly empty peanut bucket, waiting on waters, waiting on food, waiting again on food to be made right, waiting for check, waiting for check to be picked up, and did I mention waiting? Place was not busy, wasn't all any one person's fault, just a lot of screwups and delays.

Four of us ordered different meals and everything was perfect. The Dallas filet was perfectly cooked to my order and every bite was tender. My wife had the salmon and loved it, my mom said the ribs and baked potato was the best she has ever had. My brother was quite pleased with his sirloin as well. The service was timely and just the right amount of attention.

Easy and good food. I was in the area for business, and ate at the bar. Mike the bartender was great and attentive. The manager was really nice too. I will probably eat there again, when I am in town. Filet, baked potato, salad, and beer, under $30. Good meal and a good price. Nice folks.

This place has great food, that's the only reason we continue to come back. The service is fairly awful. To-go orders are never ready when they say they will be and servers are very rushed and act as though you are an inconvenience to them

I have been going to this particular Texas Roadhouse almost every Sunday for the last three or so years, and it's one of the best steaks I've ever had at a commercial place. They've got good food other than that as well! Great chicken, even good shrimp skewers! "You should be eating!"

One of my favorite places to go, the food is always good and the steaks are always cooked just right. The employees are friendly and fast with service, they will have my business for as long as they are in business, if you have any doubts about eating here, don't .

I love Texas Roadhouse! The steaks are always reasonably priced and cooked well. The sides are always solid- love the baked potatoes. It's just a great, casual place to throw peanuts on the floor, eat some freshly baked bread and get a decent steak. The service is okay- not great, but generally reliable. I keep coming back, though, because the food is consistently of good quality and the prices are so good.

Poor service. The staff is not very friendly and do not make an effort to satisfy their customers. On my last visit an employee was out back in a fist fight with someone. The food is not worth the cost. It seems that management is out of control.

The steak tips were amazing but the onions weren't grilled at all. I've never been served fresh onions on this meal before. The potatoes tasted delicious but weren't warm enough to melt the butter. The servers were wonderful and kept up with our requests. By fast the best steak house meat wise that I've been to in Nashville.

Avoid this place if you can. My family of 6 went here a few weeks ago, and the service was great! About the only complaint I have about this visit was that our ribs were absolutely burnt to a crisp. Tonight, my parents and I wanted to give this place another go. After waiting about 10 minutes for a table for 3... and watching several big parties being seated... We were told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a table. Meh. There's just so many other great places to find BBQ, steaks, and ribs in and out of town other than this miserable place.

I was impressed with how fast we were seated and how prompt the service was considering the restaurant had only been open a few days. Definitely call ahead or you will be in for quite a wait. The server was personable and the food ok. Kids had a great time.

Finally found a new place to go on the weekend. I had the grilled salmon and it was the best I've ever had. The rolls were very hot, served with cinnamon butter. Service was fast for Saturday rush. We live in Hermitage and it's a long drive but so worth it since everything here has gone to the dogs.

For some reason going out for steaks can turn into a fiasco as everyone has their favorite steakhouse and quickly shoots down other opinions. We settled on Texas roadhouse as no-one had been to one lately. I usually don't like to review chain type places but this visit was exceptional. Strangely for Sunday night the place was pretty empty, we were immediately seated and the server quickly appeared to ask about drinks and appetizers. Drinks quickly appeared and the appetizer was not too far behind it. We happened to get the fried pickles(I honestly haven't met a fried pickle I didn't like) which appeared to be common sliced dills out of the jar breaded and fried. Not exactly what one may consider an award winner but were delicious non the less and a testament to their breading or brand of pickles they use . The server was VERY attentive and refills were brought promptly when your glass reached about 1/3. The food arrived and my steak was juicy and cooked EXACTLY as I had ordered. The flavor was exceptional.... no steak sauce for this piece of meat! Sides were very appetizing and I server appeared several time to check on us and offer dessert which I had to pass on. Considering steak prices today at the market, I got out for $20 for a 12oz Texas Rib-eye which was a steal in my book. It was a little cool when we arrived but someone adjusted the temp right after we got there and the dinner was comfortable. I will definitely go back to Texas Roadhouse for steaks again! Being a steakhouse I did not even look for veg options as I was too focused on large pieces of meat!
