Beef brisket sandwich was excellent with spicy sauce and potato salad. Tender, moist, quality meat. It's piled with so much meat that there's no way you could pick it up and eat it like a sandwich. Yeah, that's my worst criticism. And no wifi.

I've been to this place twice and enjoyed my meal both times. Good spot, nice staff, and good food. The Shane burger is awesome!

This place is awesome! You've gotta try the pulled pork and slaw sandwich on Texas toast. It is amazing. I ate mine in about 5 minutes. After savoring the first bite I couldn't stop myself from devouring the whole thing. I even snached some of the leftover pork from my wife's plate. I am definately coming here again.

Best place to eat! It is so nice and always clean! Mr. Mark who is he owner, comes out and greets his guests and knows everyone. The food is amazing and such huge portions for the price! Our food took 3 minutes to come out and we were eating dine in!!

Everything was going great, then the food came. Red flag for any restaurant: our food was ready in less than 2 minutes. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer it when my food is cooked after I order it, not simply warmed up. The food was just ok. Eating my grilled chicken tenders was like eating leftovers--dry, bland, tough. Reheating is acceptable in bbq places that time hours in a smoker to cultivate a rich bold flavor in the meats. That was not the case at Shane's. The variety of sauces at every table are a nice feature, but the meat entrees should for themselves. In the future I'll be supporting mom and pop bbq restaurants that use authentic recipes and take pride in their menu. I gave it 2 stars primarily because the food was lacking but he service was friendly, and the restaurant was kept clean. To sum up in a word--uninspiring. Won't be going back.

Outstanding-- as fast as fast food but much better quality.large serving, good service very clean We had 6 people it was no problem everybody's meal was good.. Best part the banana pudding to end with.

Decent food but ribs lack any smoke flavor or smoke ring. The ribs seem to be oven roasted which is disappointing. Overall this place is just a very average chain BBQ restaurant. Warning if you order a hamburger it will take 15-20 minutes

The sauce is amazing. We always get a couple of to go sauces to bring home and finish off the ribs with the next day! The ribs are some of the best I've ever had. Great restaurant for the whole family and not too pricey either

I had their loaded potato with chicken BBQ. The potato was cooked averagely, chopped in half with melted butter poured on it with the chicken sitting on top. There was a pack of sour cream that came with it. Presentation was horrible. I got the chicken off to make my own loaded potato with the melted butter and sour cream pack. (No cheese like there was supposed to be) then I added the chicken back on and ate it how I normally am served already a loaded BBQ potato at other places. When I finally got to eat it, the chicken threw the entire potato off. The sauce on the chicken tastes like stomach acid. The potato was good after loading it myself. The chicken was gross

BBQ just doesn't translate in a chain. Unless it's Dinosaur BBQ in which it's done right. I would go to Center Point, Moore's, or Whitts. This super sweet cookie cutter meal plan is an epic fail for die hard BBQ lovers. The BBQ looked like pre cooked meat with sauce. The beans are too sweet and the slaw not fresh. The most tasty things here are the ribs and fries. This is BBQ done wrong and should not be confused with the real thing. This is Southern fast food and is in the category of Bojangles. Clean, decor and service all perfect. Price point high for counter service. Try using real smoke or pit meat and less sauce more substance.

I honestly do not see how people can rate Shanes Rib Shack below 4.5 stars.... The food is amazing, the service is always great, and the prices are low for the portions you get. Probably my favorite place to eat in the area. Great job Shanes..

I love this place. They have delicious sides...unlike most of the meat and three spots around town. The greens are to die for!!!

Good food for a great price. I had the sampler and only had half. Ribs, pull pork, chicken tenders were ok. I had famous dave's the day before and I like famous dave's much more

The good news, they are getting 3 stars because the Managing Partner was there and gave me her ear and an apology. The bad news is this..... When we visited last week at approximately a couple minutes before 11am, the doors were locked. Ok, so they are not ready as several people lined up outside. A little after 11am, a girl unlocked the door without opening it to the customers outside waiting. There was no opening the door or no greeting and this was the same person taking our order. She took our order with much frustration but not nearly as frustrated as me. I took one look at her hot pink shirt to find that it seriously looked like it had been on the railroad tracks all night. It had black marks on it and was extremely filthy. As I stared at her shirt in disbelief and looked at her vaguely, she made no apologies about her dirty shirt or her "careless" attitude. Our whole conversation throughout our meal was about employees and their attitudes. As an employer, I know you can only fix issues that you know about and those you don't know about can never be resolved. So from employer to employer, I befriended the Managing Partner and told her about her employees issues. She was very open to listening, made apologies and thanked me. There are many morals to this story but the one I like.....owners, managers, partners work in your business not just on your business because in this case if the MP had not been there, we would not go back.

I've had some undercooked chicken tenders here before and how they "settled" the matter was so pitiful. I was basically told that they were "just a little under" and just had a "tinge of pink", but when someone came by and asked how our food was ,and I said "well," they go "are your tenders undercooked?" like they knew already when they were sent out of the kitchen. I was also told "well some other the bigger tenders don't get done all the way", well then why send them out?! That could kill someone or make them very ill. I got replacement food, but it disgusted me so much I could barely finish my food. However, we've given them second chances and they have great lunch specials (salad w/ meat, side, and drink for $6). Food is mediocre, not amazing but not slop.

Sorry Shane...I bought a smoker and I've started making my own BBQ. We don't go there much anymore but if I were to go out for BBQ, I'd go to Shane's first.

Food is great, love the ribs. My husband also says the chicken strips were very good.

This place has some great ribs. One of things I love the most is they have side dishes worth eating unlike most BBQ places. Great variety for the whole family

This was my first experience with southern BBQ. I got the sampler plate with ribs, pulled pork, and chicken strips, fries, and corn. The corn was gross, the ribs fell off the bone and were SO tender and good, the pulled pork was delicious, and the chicken tenders were just like any other. The peach tea was REALLY good too. I LOVED the ribs. It was also nice we had a buy one get one free coupon, so for 2 samplers the total was $16.

No smoke = not bbq. Why is there no smell of smoke at Shanes? Becasue they only have an electric smoker and apparently they choose to not smoke their meat for more than a couple of hours. Rib shack? Really????? If I go back and I see a pink smoke ring, I'll reconsider.

Chicken Tenders are GREAT!!! Smoked Chicken Salad is really good. Brisket is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, sometimes it's not. Good Variety of Sauces.
