Mostly fast food burgers with other options. A chain so if you've been to one, this one is the same. Nice side options plus ice cream based desserts. Staff did a good job of getting the food to us while still hot. Handy location.

High prices for low quality burgers. It's enjoyable but I would rather a burger that isn't completely soaked in grease. Picked my burger up and it was dripping with grease. On the other hand their fries are wonderful. Only part of the meal I enjoyed considering the tea I ordered was sweeter than syrup. Would have to really think about returning.

They have really good burgers and the place is brand new. Our overall evaluation of four stars was a combination of excellent service and good burgers that are large enough to share. The price is about what upscale burger shops charge and may be a little pricey for some folks but the size of the burger mitigates this somewhat. All in all they deserve a god recommendation.

The burgers aren't bad. They aren't the best in the area, and they're a little pricy. But that frozen custard is simply awesome!

We came in to order and my daughter specifically asked for something not to be on sandwich after being asked and it was still on sandwich anyway. Workers standing around doing nothing. I had to ask for condiments on to go order. Milkshake came to me so early I had drank it completely before food arrived. Food ok at best.

I hear this place was supposed to be great but I do not recommend a burger here. The bun was exelent but the patty looks like they rolled out with a rolling pin. It's a paper thin burger and the price is way to much for such a skimpy patty. There are far better burgers right down the road that actually have meat.

Love that hendersonville got a culvers! We had them all over up north. If you are looking for health food , this is not the place but if you are in the mood for a good juicy hot burger than this is the spot! All of their food is freshly cooked when you order, you aren't going to some burger that has been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 min.

Very tasty Midwest chain finally arrived down South. If you like cheese, you'll love this place. Classic butter burgers and fries. Everything from grilled cheese to pot roast. The custard in to die for and it's worth a trip on it's own. The interior decor is done is a nice, warm blue and all employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

The Reuben was good my husband got a single Wisconsin melt, he was disappointed the burger was Krystal thin he considered it poor value for the price. The cheese curds were good too. My husband's boss and his wife were there as well and they did not put mushrooms on his mushroom swiss burger. Staff was friendly and they worked hard to keep tables bussed.

Wowowow over priced for White Castle like burgers. I've tried this place twice before this review and would rather eat at Krystal's before going back. Sooo sad to see a nice building and such poor quality food for this price.

I've been here many times since they opened. The butter burgers and frozen custard are so yummy. The pot roast sandwich and chicken tenders are very good too. The service is wonderful. There were a few times early on where they got my order wrong, but they immediately fixed it. I put it down to getting the new business kinks worked out. They are a little more expensive than other burger places out there, but their food is fresh and way worth it.
