We love smoked BBQ and recently found this place. The beef brisket was moist, lean and tender. We were there for lunch and the sides were good. Service was fast and staff was very friendly. They have much more to offer and we will be going back soon to try more things on the menu. Looks like good country cooking. I liked the log cabin feel and want to eat out on the deck soon. Yum

9/10 would visit again. Great fried okra (freshly fried) and awesome potato salad (served at room temp). The chicken tenders were good, nothing really notable about them, though. The pulled pork sandwich was moist and had a good smoked flavor and the sweet tea was above average. No room for dessert sadly! Neat place..great service, nice people, cool interior, family and wallet friendly....we really enjoyed our meal there.

Our family loves this place! It's nice to eat out on the porch. My crew loves their cheeseburgers and "All you can eat" catfish. The staff is always so friendly!!! When I ask the crew where they want to go eat, my one son always says "JC's"!!

On Tuesday nights & Friday nights they have "all you can eat" catfish. It comes with slaw & hush puppies & your choice of 1 additional side. All of this for only &10.99. The catfish is good and not "off flavor" which means that it doesn't have the taste of pond like most restaurants have. It is good to see a family friendly restaurant that does not serve Beer. The business is owned by Christians and provide a wonderful atmosphere. Try it. You won't be disappointed. One thing I forgot. On Monday's they give a substantial discount to Senior Citizens. This is the only time Senior's get a break on their bill.

Knew their BBQ was excellent but tried breakfast after reading review in newspaper. Great breakfast - best vegetable omelet and pork loin ever. My wife and I definitely plan to make it a regular stop.

The place was clean and the waitress was nice. Thats about all i can say good. BBQ was simple and bland, sides seemed to be fresh out of the freezer and warmed up. Nothing like what 2 pigs use to be. I miss them.

We ate there last night again. I tried the barbecue this time and announced to the family that we need to come more often. I had the pork platter and it was great. I also ordered the hot slaw and loved it. The fried okra was good too but there was a lot of batter and it was crunchy so I couldn't even really taste the okra. The disappointment was in the service. Just not very good. I never care for a server that starts asking questions fifteen feet away from the table and not even making sure that we are not in a conversation before asking questions, etc. We placed an order for fried pickles and never received them. After the server brought our entrees, she asked if we had ever received them. Also, we had a table of seven and either four or five of us ordered the Mac and cheese only to be told about ten minutes later that they were out and asked what we wanted instead. The food made up for our young servers shortcomings and I will definitely eat here more often now that I eat barbecue. The very friendly owner checked on our table two times which really impressed me. I like this place. I still have to try the breakfast.

This restaurant is in a small log home or big cabin and has a very country feel to it. They have a all you can eat catfish dinner on Fridays. So, that is when I decided to visit. I got waited on as soon as I walked in the door. They still had their big Christmas tree up and they even had their fireplace going since it was cold outside. I took a picture of both. I ordered the catfish dinner with green beans and coleslaw as my two sides along with a sweet tea. It also came with hush puppies. The catfish came in filets and was very good as I might have to come back for this meal soon. I used catsup on my hush puppies to flavor then just right like I always do. The customer service was great as my waitress took care of me, and the owner actually came out and greeted me while I was there while I was enjoying my catfish dinner. The owner also gave me a sample of fried oysters which I thought were good but not my 'thing'. There's plenty of parking to be had as they have a big parking lot.

This place is great!! Been here twice and the food is just good ole home country eating! The brisket is smoked just right with tons of flavor. The home fried pig skins are warm and tasty! Ribs, catfish, brisket, okra, potatoes, just yum!

I love this place. Tried the brisket for the 1st time last night. I'm a Texas girl and finding decent brisket in TN is rare. However, they knocked it out of the park. The rest of the food was great too. I especially enjoyed our server and his attitude, gracious and positive.

Sadly, this place has gone down quick, fast, and in a hurry. For our final and last meal to allow JC's one last attempt to redeem itself; swing and miss. Placed a carryout order of fried okra and fried green tomatoes. The fried okra is extremely heavily breaded and mushy (I kinda think it's grocery freezer okra refried), at one point I do know it was homemade and lightly breaded. The fried green tomatoes...wow, so thinly sliced that upon frying this breaded cornmeal grease patty is inedible.
