I have stopped there my last time. Surly counter staff. Inconsistent, incorrect orders, biscuits that are as tough as Chinese algebra. The "ulimate omlet" biscuit I got there this morning was the ulimate dissappointment. About a half an egg worth of filling, fried to a tough, crispy, plastic consistency, on a tough, stale biscuit. Never again.

I like Hardee's because my food is always HOT.... I love the chicken tenders and fries.., the staff here are very friendly

When through the drive thru as it was raining. I ordered my meal and then asked if they could sell me a gift card through the dt. I assumed I probably needed to do that inside but I decided to ask just in case they could. The answer? "We sell them, but I don't know if we can through here.." silence.... I thought maybe once I pulled around they would have an answer. No answer, here's your food. Bye. No pleasantries or anything. Good was made fresh, that gets them 2 stars. However, the smell at the drive through while waiting. Awful. It's obvious customers just pour their old drinks out there, which isn't hardees fault, but that needs to be washed away every other day or something with this heat. It's like walking Bourbon street. Y'all know how stall and rancid that street smells! *gag*

Worst service ever. All employees look like they are having the worst day of their life including the managers. Nobody understands hospitality and treat you like you're a nuisance. I told them to have a nice night and the girl the drive-through turned around looked at me out of one eye and curled her lip at me like she was disgusted. They're more worried about hanging out with their friends than doing their jobs. On top of everything else it took me 15 minutes to get one value meal. Save yourself time and headache just go somewhere else.

I wanted some breakfast before running a bunch of errands, so I stopped by Hardee's for a steak biscuit. Of course, the sandwich that I received didn't look anything like the picture on the menu, but it was tasty. I may have to go back just to try the pork chop biscuit. The picture on the menu really looks good.
